Hotel baglio basile**** Review

We were from September 16th to 19th, Beautiful building, cozy, clean rooms, beautiful outdoor pool, the inner one less. Poor entertainment, good food. something went wrong about three hours of black out, the light went out, staff unprepared for the emergency, dark corridors not even an emergency lamp. at the reception they told you that someone opened with the keys, none of that, keys to some non-existent rooms. You stayed out until a guest took the responsibility of opening the door with a burglar-type system. Then another negative thing in the pool too many mosquitoes. Apart from these notes of demerit, a beautiful and welcoming structure.

I was satisfied with everything. Everything was in the right place. Services, hygiene, the staff and everyone else will come back for sure. See you soon

Nice hotel good rooms and an animation team for children. Too bad the hotel is so remote.

Good spa, disappointing rooms. I recommend serving unsweetened herbal teas.

I stayed at this property having a nightmare holiday. Poor quality food, frozen fish, with an unpleasant taste. Then at 11 in the morning we had to leave the room !!! It is not normal not recommend !!!

With my boyfriend we were only one day but ... beautiful location and great food (huge buffets)! I recommend the wellness program, very relaxing. I'll be back for sure, and this time I'll be a whole week!

It's a very nice hotel but they can do much better. I think the best times of this hotel is gone.

There is animation for the kids which is positive. The swimming pool is nice but why the hell are they playing loud music or DJ. I thought it was a relaxing spa hotel. Nothing relaxed about it.

Too many people, not relaxing at all during our stay. I'm glad it was only for one night. Also breakfast was terrible. A lot of people on a small place, food was less then average.

Excellent entertainment also taking into account the restrictions due to covid 19, excellent food, trained and helpful staff, to improve the rooms in the residence formula. For a 4 star hotel I expected more

I was pretty disappointed. I would have expected something more from a 4-star hotel.
They accept small pets but relegate you to "Confort" rooms far different from the "De lux" rooms with a price of very little less than the first ones (6 euros less per pax) but it is not so much this only that then you cannot bring the 'animal in the common places (a little illogical considering that you accept them) and above all you ask to leave the room on the day of departure at 11 am
Then insisting they allow you to leave immediately after lunch (initially they asked to take turns at the table to hold the animal).
In all this it is honest to say that you eat well and strafogarsi (if you want) and the staff is very kind. I hope not to have bored you.

I was at basile Easter time 2017 with a group of friends fan club Semprenomadi m.comense Como. Everyone is satisfied with the hospitality of the staff in general. And the singer musicians. The splendid voice of (Valentina ferreri mezzosoprano) and Del pianist. And the wonderful guys who gave us inspiration to dance with a lot of professionalism. Excellent food and also the organization in general. Gigi.G.

A charming and welcoming place, we spent a wonderful weekend. All kind, the ladies of the wellness center, the animation, the head nurse (fine and ever-present person). The waiters all friendly and helpful (Mrs. Anna Maria pantaleo and the gentleman angel in particular) certainly an experience to be redone.

The structure is pleasant and comfortable, the food is not all 'height of the same. However, the most unpleasant thing is the failure to set up an adequate entertainment / reception service for guests, starting from a total inadequate seating during "downtime".

I didn't find him "in shape", not well cared for. Perhaps because of the fact that it is, to say someone, in controlled administration. I can't give you explanations about it. At the reception the staff is always very kind and full of information. We hope to restore it to its normal splendor

The hotel is beautiful, food average, but the air conditioner does not work. We complained several times. were told help was on the way, but no one showed up..made the stay miserable.

Excellent staff, beautiful facility with many services etc, a great flaw, the restaurant, I state that I bought a package, 159euro for two people, a good price, given the various services included, massages, Spa, dinner and breakfast, I can't complain , I didn't have high expectations, but I felt more in a school trip than in a 4-star hotel.

Too bad, I had a wonderful memory of the place!

I was there for a wedding. Beautiful interior location, somewhat dry exteriors. Quality food and right in content.

Potentially a very beautiful structure. The organization a little flawed (gore in the summer is better) but for how it is advertised it should be more attentive to details.
