Beautiful place, really nice and elegant rooms, to talk about eating buffet ........ Above my expectations ......... Quality food, and abundant, have been 2 days of true relaxation and fun ...... To return as soon as possible.

Beautiful staff place all very available. A special praise for the wellness center to Mrs. Valeria and to all the staff. We had a great time surely we will return

I made a journey to the wellness center with the hot stone package to guarantee the exceptional kindness and professionalism of all the staff, really compliments immediately put us at ease ... What about the exceptional massage I received from the masseuse Roberta a wonderful person, I did not receive only a massage but it was a real sensory journey that touched my soul, thank you and how wonderful it is to know a person who does his job with true love, I recommend a lot.

I stayed there a weekend with my wife and it was amazing. Excellent location, high-level Spa & wellness, staff courteous and helpful, the food excellent and plentiful buffet.

2 STARS ARE TOO MANY!
Booked "Amore e Psiche" package on full board 26/27 May.
The weather was not clement, as in the whole peninsula, but we said to ourselves ... "What does it matter ... Unlimited SPA, massage and, according to what is said, you eat very well !!!" We will relax and definitely put on weight.
For relaxation there were no problems even if the SPA, apart from the friendly and affable staff, is from the third category.
The very large piacina has only 3 whirlpool stations, fortunately, given the period there were few guests and we were able to take advantage of the hydromassage, but.I don't dare to think that it can happen when the structure is full.
Another handicap to go from the pool to the Turkish bath and from this to the sauna (which worked very badly) you have to go out from the various rooms, put the towel over you, cross a cold corridor and enter the other areas.
Last but not least problem ..... breakfast, lunch and dinner from a "tourist trattoria" .... breakfast only croissants, 2 types of cakes (a chocolate tart and one with apples) the usual Yogurt (the same brand that sells LIDL), juices in the vending machine and, for the international breakfast, only scrambled eggs, sliced ham, which they proposed as a starter for lunch and la.cena.
Let's move on to lunch and dinner ... not even at the factory canteen but already like that.

Let's move on to the first ones .... at dinner: gnocchi with speck and peas or risotto with broad beans and raw ham, second: roast mackerel and pork loin.
Then we think ... tomorrow lunch will be better .... double disappointment!
Half sleeves with peas and speck, in the evening they were gnocchi .... and mushroom risotto.
Second course is the usual meatloaf with potatoes.
Better to stop here ..... not to repeat !!!

Cute, clean and welcoming, but I would set rules for the queue at the buffet as there are people crossing each other when it comes to reach. There must be a single point from where to start the line so as not to cross with others who come in front of you and you should also avoid infiltration of rude people who do not queue.
Too bad because the food is excellent and abundant.
Another thing I would avoid: late morning cleaning. At 9 o'clock there are still people cleaning and customers who go to breakfast must be careful of the wet floor.
Last tip: the staff should devote more time to the customers giving them exhaustive explanations for the functioning of the services offered already at the time of their entry into the hotel.

The structure is very respectable but the catering service is somewhat embarrassing, we have been instructed in the rules of the house, which is there! But to say that dinner is served from 20.00 to 22.00 when at 10.10 pm there are only leftovers from the buffet, why is it a buffet? A 4 stars! 21:30 is already carrying off what was left. The spa and wellness center is not operating at 100 to 100 to the 9 worst dinner breakfast seemed like grasshoppers in plastic cutlery and table linen dirt or paper were passed as towels, coffee, plastic cups, while a group of administrative staff served and revered as you would expect in a 4-star hotel, ask for explanations ..? We were my girlfriend and I from Tuesday to Thursday, we were enthusiastic about great service, a nice welcome explaining everything from breakfast to the bus that takes you to the beach,
From breakfast to dinner a delicious and plentiful buffet (let's drop a veil on the usual ones that pounce on the buffet like hyenas on a carcass)
Also superb is the spa where we mingled with a massage based on essential citrus-based oils (the girl who did the massage also gave me a vegeta style XD dragonball hairstyle). The spa is huge and with a very large very relaxing pool, I recommend the hydro-massage bed.
I would definitely recommend it to young couples or families who want to spend days in comfort and relaxation

Really rubbish. I was well done by the photos. Tiny rooms, an aircon that works once on 2 and a magnificent view of the parking lot. a pool at the other end of the hotel. It's like being in a campsite. A so-called parking lot where all cars are parked as quiches. The hotel is really badly placed. Honestly, there is much better than the so-called 4-star hotel. I'm going home today .. I gave 3 stars because in my opinion the dinner on 31st was very scarce x the rest of the days it was more or less well .... I found Whoop excellent animation the guys Alberto Nancy Martina Antonella and Luca always friendly and never a hint of tiredness available (I would return only for them) so 5 stars xl animation and 5 stars for cleaning ... Bar staff alas 2 women 1 more rude than the other I'm sorry to have to say it but if it were for them I would not put more foot !!! cmq a new and very beautiful structure and I repeat as above clean !!!

Very overcrowded resort like place with almost only Italian guests, also personnel with no proficiency of the English language.

Structure built in a historic beam near Mazara del Vallo. The location is truly remarkable and the rooms I have been able to visit are well kept and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. In the wellness center that I was able to visit there is a beautiful swimming pool in good condition. The only drawback is that both the sauna and the Turkish bath are located in different environments from the pool and it is a bit uncomfortable. The dinner I was able to eat was of medium quality, better breakfast. Another cute little thing is that the tables are 8 and therefore eaten with other perfect unknown guests

One night stay in full board and spa entrance. A very beautiful and fascinating structure surrounded by greenery, very accurate both inside and out. The rooms are large, modern and well furnished. They are equipped with every comfort. In my case, lunch, dinner and breakfast were buffet style and even in this case I am very satisfied with both the kitchen, the variety of choice and the service offered. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful from booking. Regarding the spa, the heated indoor pool is noteworthy .. Wide and in spite of the average turnout we were very well. Sauna and Turkish bath are two noteworthy services too. In general, everything was very satisfying, clean and comfortable. I hope to return as soon as possible
