Hotel baglio basile**** Review

For the first time at Baglio Basile it was a wonderful experience. We found exceptional, trained, available and polite personnel, specifically the manager of the wellness center, Ms. Valeria. Experience that I will surely repeat with my wife.

Courtesy and professionalism. I finally found a large shower and not the cramped 40x40. Proper air conditioning, great food. Maybe the pools are not very clean, but with dozens and dozens of people in the water, it can also be there. In short, perfect to rest for a few days.

And the third time I stay at Baglio, I have to say that in these years it has done nothing but improve in everything, even going so far as to excel in everything. Experience that I highly recommend.

You are a communal pool not a spa.

The structure is beautiful but the food leaves something to be desired as a variety.

I was with my mother 4 days c we found good, clean excellent, helpful and kind staff the only flaw the pool closed badly the nice days

It is the best place to spend holidays and weekend relaxation I recommend to those who have never been there to go there.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and not expensive, large rooms and bathrooms, excellent cuisine and the dining room staff is very kind. Just a shame that at the time of booking on the phone or in the online package we were not advised before we were at the table with other guests. The SPA with its huge indoor swimming pool with hydromassage offers the possibility to switch off. It was nice to relax in a clean place with attention to detail and thanks to Valeria who treated us like special guests.

Do five stars only because I can not give six are many times that I come from and the service is excellent not to mention the spa is wonderful. Of course there will still be the most beautiful among those centers it affordable for me this is the best, especially if you make the comparison with other spas.

On all the quality / price ratio. For a relaxing weekend, between spa and swimming pool and buffet to never finish of excellent quality. Free Wifi in the lobby. Really good breakfast. The location is very popular for weddings that do not interfere with the rest of Baglio.

It is an enchanting place with lots of greenery ... Elegant hotel ... Attention to detail, new and clean rooms, average restaurant service, welcoming and helpful staff, a little lacking entertainment ... Because of me of tools that could help animation kids ... to express even better ... The word "entertainment" The pianobar area is satisfying, very good and engaging singer, ... Ideal place for families and children.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Inside the Spa service and to do. Beautiful, clean and functional rooms. At the restaurant meals are not served but at the buffet, the kitchen is not particular nor too complicated. Focus so much on simplicity with taste, vast choice between appetizers and more.

Boys attention to flies and mosquitoes, make a killing

NIGHTMARE HOLIDAY <br/> I have just left the structure where my family and I stayed for 4 stars, but that in fact would not even deserve 2. The most common inconvenience consists in the accommodation located outside the main building , immersed in an abandoned countryside and invaded by flies and mosquitoes. A real invasion that did not allow me to sleep turning my nights into an insect hunt. The grime of the mattresses, the hob, the bad smell in the rooms, the broken air conditioning have sublimated our nightmare. In the face of all this the following morning after the first night in white, I exposed my complaint in the reception and was told that in the evening they would provide for a disinfection. Inefficient and insufficient if carried out once every two months, in fact the following day the situation was staggered and headed, in fact we had been told that the last pest control dated back to mid-July. An absurdity since it is a structure immersed in the countryside. Concluding with two-star food and non-existent animation, I again complained to the management from which I received only indifference and indifference. They failed to meet me and the reception lady was limited only to huffing and giving us the title of market people as I expected to receive a 30% discount against the nightmare experienced. Receiving therefore only rudeness I paid the bill and ran away with the certainty of not wanting to approach this structure even by mistake. Advising everyone to spend a similar stay here I attach some shocking images.

Very nice great resort the food served, too bad if you choose the formula residence, too, find in a hovel cabinets without doors and old furniture very worn and air conditioning will not be adjusted to turn it off I had to detach it from the electrical panel by climbing on a chair.

Wonderful weekend, located in a large, beautiful structure, which recalls the flavors and colors of Sicily with all kinds of comforts.

We stayed a week in this beautiful structure, we found ourselves divinely, always good food, our compliments to the chef, adequate entertainment: the boys made us spend nice days and always entertaining evenings, there was also the possibility in the evening to go and listen to live music. The only advice is to lower the volume of the music in the pool, a little too high ... for the rest, keep us that way.

Excellent location for a holiday or events ... Very nice rooms ... Great food .... Good hospitality and availability.
