It's literally the best hotel I've stayed at.. I required a very late checkout which they were able to do for me for a very small fee-$30-- Staff was wonderfully nice and accommodating welcomed me to the hotel and welcomed me back each time I walked in. The rooms were incredible especially for the price of the room itself... And the bathroom!! Wow. The whole place is state of the art and it was a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to return

Had our work Christmas party there a couple of weeks ago. The food was delicious. The room was really nice and they had games and things for us to play with our workmates, that made it a lot of fun! The wait staff was really polite and attentive.

This hotel charges an extra $100 for incidentals automatically on your bill, and refunds you in as much as 30 days later if they don t observe anything wrong with the room. This practice is not disclosed anywhere. I would never stay here again and never recommend that anyone else does either. This practice is absolutely deceptive and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Nice, new, clean hotel, and room. Front desk is hidden behind a huge column as soon as you walk in so that is just bad design. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice and modern. I checked in real late so the room that I booked was sold out so instead they upgraded me to a suite which was nice. Will definitely stay again. A lot of amenities in the room including tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving cream and razor, bathrobes, bath salts, etc. (not sure if this is in all the rooms or just the suites).

In the midst of the Polar Vortex, they'd carefully planned staffing and service so that my stay was comfortable and safe. Stylish rooms, very comfortable beds, great Italian restaurant. Loved the huge bathtub, separate shower. Luxurious. Highly recommend.

Was here for a wedding and did not stay the night in a room. The bathrooms were very clean and upscale. The food was excellent and cooked just right. The banquet hall where the wedding and ceremony were held were spacious and nicer than the average ballroom. The doorman greeted us and was very friendly. The staff at Hotel Arista really seem to go above and beyond. There was also plenty of parking in the garage wig easy access to the hotel.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms were nice. Downfalls were the water closet door wouldn't shut ( picture 3) and the toilet paper was as cheap as you could possibly buy. It was so cheap it was crunchy pulling it off the roll. Also the bed didnt have a top sheet which was awkward.

Beautiful hotel, ambience was out of this world. Stayed here for our 5th year anniversary and the hotel staff left complimentary champagne and a personalized note for my significant other and I. This touched us so much that we will be making this our annual stay for all future anniversaries. We ordered room service and the food was very good and the staff at Sugar Toad was great. Overall a great stay and we can't wait for the next stay.

We stayed here the day before moving into a new home. It would be a great place for business travel, not great for a family stay. Rooms are relatively updated, BUT never felt like they were clean (ie old carpet, drapes, cleaning staff not thorough). I'd recommend cautiously, but I'll probably never go back, as Geneva has great hotels just up the street.

The hotel was clean and that's about all I can say. My stay was during the napervile wine fest on Friday August 12, 2016. The Arista was unable to compensate me for the hotel/ticket deal I bought from them. after the event was shutdown they said they would do something for me. I should of known that was a lie. There was also a webbing going on at the same Tim and they were playing very loud music which many of the people staying that night complained about. Do not stay here if you have an event going on.

A family wedding brought me to stay at this posh boutique hotel, which offers both elegant decor and premium spa services. It's conveniently located off of I-88, which made it easily accessibly to explore the West Chicago suburbs.

Usually love staying there but this one was bad. The pillow had a large curly black hair on it and was fixed. When checking out one girl with blond hair at the front desk from 03/22 - 03/23 was less than friendly and actually snippy and was like that from check in also. Whomever it was needs a lesson on customer service and doesn't belong at a front desk. Maybe a month of cleaning rooms will help her attitude. Enough to make us go elsewhere for sure.

The best place to stay at! Our personal assistant Warren and Azull helped us with the luggage up to our room. Our room, hands down the cleanest and most luxury we have ever encountered. We will be back!

Ive visited this hotel twice and I would definitely come again. One of my favorite getaway hotels. Spa and great restaurants on premises. Convenient parking. Beautiful rooms. Amazing amenities. There's a TV in the bathroom mirror for Christ's sake! Book and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Didn't take advantage of many of the services, but the building is very nice. We went for a wedding, so we didn't have much choice, but it is very expensive relative to other hotels

This was probably the nicest hotel I've ever been to. Awesome style, great bedding.

Also, had a tub which I could fit into comfortably as a 6ft tall man.

Will look for them everywhere I travel, as my first choice

The initial presentation of the hotel was excellent, however when I walked into my room, from a long hard day, for some R&R, I see the headboard to the bed is ripped. Not a miniature, covert rip. It is a large noticeable rip. So I call the front desk. Me: hi this is Mrs. So and So from room so and so. I would like to bring to your attention that the headboard is ripped very badly. Him: yes we do know the headboard is ripped. Thank you, have a good night. All I could say is ok, thank you. I can't believe they have patrons paying money to sleep in a bed that is in shambles. We will never stay here again. Management should be ashamed to even utilize this room, with a bed like this. When someone stays, at a supposed 4 star, hotel the expectation is of high standards. However, if you book here, lower your expectations.

Easy to get to location, easy parking, semi-removed from downtown Naperville. Nearby restaurant, bar, and spa. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Clean. Decent service. Did get a deal on the room through 3rd party website, can't comment too much on price vs value, but for what we paid was worth it

I stayed overnight at the Arista recently and was pleased with the overall stay. A few things happened with this property that were a huge turnoff and will keep me from using The Arista in the future.

1. Their billing department is shady. Watch your statement. they tried to double bill me.

2. They place a hold for the invoice total +$100 on your account which takes a week to remove, AFTER you leave the property!

3. There is no in-room coffee. A personal preference of mine yes, but man, even a 3 star hotel offers that.

4. There are no icemakers. In order to get ice, you have to call (and pay for) room service! smh.. SO petty.

If you like to be nickle and dimed, stay at Arista, if you want to take care of business and have peace of mind that you won't be "given the business" after you leave, you'll probably be better off down the road.

I'll be giving Arista a pass next time I bring my business to Naperville.

My wife and I got married at hotel Arista March 10...

My wife and I got married at hotel Arista March 10th, 2017. Katie was our wedding planner. Katie helped us from day one, making our beautiful day as perfect as it can be. She was on top of any request we had giving us an answer almost right away. If she did not have an answer she found a way to get us the right answer. They had an excellent tasting for our wedding and even set our table up the exact way it would look our wedding night. They accommodated every request we had. We had 30 guests book rooms at the wedding and they all said it was gorgeous and the beds were amazing to sleep on. They were like sleeping on a cloud. Katie helped coordinate everything on our wedding night. The whole staff at the hotel took care of all of us and our guests exceptionally well. When you call here to make a reservation they are so professional it almost sounds like it's not a real human! When you book a wedding here you're the only event that is going on and the room was so gorgeous! All our guests were talking about it for days! If you're looking for a top notch venue to get married at look no further hotel Arista is where you need to go! If you're looking for a wedding I recommend talking to Katie Jones!!!

Hotel hosted our company summer summit this year (as others) which means they had to deal with almost 600 of us all over the place and they never not once didn't have a smile on their faces. Greeted every time I walked by someone. Amazing staff who deserves the praise for dealing with us for a week!

A lovely hotel! High class and a great atmosphere. My wife and I stayed here just for one night and wished all our hotel experiences were as good as this was. Clean big rooms, lots of entertainment in and around the hotel, beautiful bathroom...even the mirror had a TV in it!

A monument to mediocrity amid traffic and generic ...

A monument to mediocrity amid traffic and generic office complexes. In town for a wedding in a room that had already been paid for... Upon check-in, the clerk mentioned she needed a card on file for incidentals and ended up charging $429.00 when we were told it was only a hundred. When I discovered that she had done so, I spoke with a supervisor who offered to call my bank but nothing else... Stated they couldn't do anything about it and that I'd have to handle it with my bank... On Monday. The rooms are nice if you like views of the highway and water tower. And the beds? You'll get a better night's sleep on the lobby floor. For what this place charges to stay, it's truly a disappointment in what you get for your money.

By far the best hotel and restaurant experience I have in a very long time . The customer service was exceptional, especially from Ruben the manager at che figatta . He took time out if his schedule to come to our hotel room to bring us samples of wine for my wife to taste , and all we asked for was a wine list . We were totally blown away by the level of service from the entire staff, from the bar to everyone at the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon .
