Living leisure service Review

Never had any issues with British Monomarks. They deal with all my mail and phone calls and are on top of sending mail out and dealing with customers calls. Used them for over 10 years now and wouldn't change....

Do not use them they take your money and untruthful, service was not done and was offered refund by mrs brown who was rude , Run like a plague . Very unprofessional people

I have had nothing but excellent service from British Monomarks. They are always quick to reply (over emails and for phone calls), and consistently friendly and helpful with my queries.

Avoid.
Goods do not arrive. No response to emails. I had to raise a chargeback via my credit card company.

This company's service is like 5 star hotel service. They are always ready to help, always inform when parcels have arrived. My partner and I live temporarily away from London, and had in the past friends dealing with our post (last 5 years). However when we started to use British Monomark's services , our life has been so much easier and we can now feel much more secure with our post service . I have other friends which been using other similar companies &services with very mixed responses mainly negative) , and we were very concern when we signed the contract almost 4 years ago with British Monomark to handle our postal service. In all these years they have not failed even once .Their staff is always ready to help, what ever extra request we have had. I highly recommend their services.They are reliable and trustful company to deal with all your postal requirements . few times we were expecting very important mail, and they contacted us, as soon as mail had arrived

Have used Monomarks service since 2013 for my specialist remote computer business, their services are phenomenal plus excellent value for money & the front desk staff when collecting our mail is like a ray of beautiful sunshine, would highly recommend if you need a London mail address, and we will definitely use their various services again in the future if needed.

Staff are rude. I'm not a direct customer but use this address for registered office and post forwarding. Called regarding a letter I had been waiting on, the woman I spoke to was very rude. As soon as I mentioned I hadn't received something her attitude was very short and unprofessional. I appreciate I'm not a direct customer but she didn't know that before she was impolite - so clearly more than happy to be rude to someone she thinks is a customer having a problem. Then acted put out that she had to deal with me - to be fair my mail does go to this building and I can pick it up there so it wasn't as if my call was unwarranted. Frankly I'm glad I'm with 1st Choice Formations and not a direct customer ! Spoke to 1st Choice and it was rectified in 20 seconds and without any sass.

I would never use this service. Not worth all the hassle and they are not honest about the services

British Monomarks are the best virtual address/mailbox company is London bar none. Period.

I've used several other companies of this nature over the decades and had all kinds of issues with terrible customer service, my important letters going missing etc. But with British Monomarks everything runs like clockwork. I've never had a single letter going missing.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always welcoming when you go to pick up your post (or you can arrange for it to be forwarded anywhere in the world, of course).

Prices are reasonable as well.

They boast a brilliant central London WC1 address for you to use, which enhances your prestige.

British Monomarks are, without a shadow of a doubt, a premium five star service and I'm delighted to have found them. Highly recommended.

Have used these guys since 2013 and have had mail forwarded to Thailand , the US ...Spain etc . My family have collected post on my behalf and I ve popped in on occasion myself.
