Hotel Arista Naperville Review

Top Notch Hotel - Right up there with The Peninsula as far as room goes.

The hotel was clean and wonderfully appointed. The room service was not available for half of my stay for to the time of year, which I wasnt aware of prior to or upon checking in, so communication could be better.

Great Place to stay for work. Foods expensive, but close enough to other less expensive eating options

Was here for a business meeting. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was really good.

Comfortable but a little pricy. Also there doesn t seem to be a culture of service with any of the staff. But the rooms are nice looking.

Beautiful rooms with a ton of available amenities. The only downside is it's a little pricey.

Just had a company get together everything thatvo saw was fine needed more bars open in the room two bartenders is not enough for close to 100 people or more and food sizes was oo small and steak to undercooked for most people to want to eat middle of steak nobody liked the chicken

Unique space that catered to a large group of people. The parking was adequate and the service in the hotel was very professional.

I love the upscale ambiance, but reasonable pricing of Hotel Arista. One of the friendliest staff's you'll ever meet. All the rooms are well appointed and comfy. If that's not enough to convince you to stay at the Arista, I 've got six words for you "TV embedded in the bathroom mirror". Enjoy your stay :)

The hotel was beautiful inside. The service for the luncheon was great. All the employees were friendly and very accommodating. The food was wonderful also.

The hotel was conveniently located near my place of business, the rooms were beautiful and updated. The hotel had a restaurant and a nice size bar. There is a great coffee shop attached to the same building that you can access without going outside.

Hotel Arista provides a delectable atmosphere and luxary styled guest rooms featuring several on campus dining opportunities that will surely excited the heart and mind for your next get-a-way.

Not a good place too stay overnight house keeper Chrissy was very rude wouldn't help me with anything also said too figure it out myself ask for corporate stated there's no corporate very very rude person won't be there anymore

My 900 sunglasses and 300 in cash was stolen by roomkeepers while I was in the bar. When I asked the front desk about what they would do about it they said they couldn't do anything and had the nerve to tell me that I should of locked my belongings in the safe! I filed a police report and they told me they would start an investigation and that was 2 months ago. I still have no answers. Watch your stuff when you stay here.

The rooms are spacious customer service id awesomely great and there is enough sufficient parking.

My low review is for service and not the room. I purchased a romance package for our daughter and her boyfriend for her birthday.
Pros: per my daughter. The room was very nice and front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Cons: pacakage was to include a bottle of wine. I was asked 3 times what time did I want it delivered to room. Wine was never delivered. No biggie. Also included credit towards food/beverage. Our daughter checked in 7 pm ish, but due to an emergency, her boyfriend didn't get there until 10 or so. My daughter was only able to use a portion of credit, since everything was closed when he got there. Again no biggie.
I get the package charged to my credit card with an additional $378.00 charge. No notification, nothing. I called Hotel and was told, no they didn't charge anything additional to room and charge would be looked into. I was then told, the charge was because there was a stain on the sheets. After 3 days of leaving messages for the manager to call me, I finally get ahold of him and was told, we had to pay for sheets because of a stain. Then it was sheets and a duvet cover. That's it, no notice, no proof to me that sheets were stained. I said that was an unacceptable way of doing business. If I have to pay, I want the sheets and duvet cover, was told couldn't do that. I asked to see pictures that housekeeping supposedly took. Told no can't do that.
Sorry to ramble, but I worked in customer service for many years and I still have that mentality. Give the customer what they pay for and make them happy, sometimes at an expense. After much pleading, the manager did take something off the charge. (That's why they got 2 stars instead of 1)
I debated whether to write this, because I hate to complain about things and would rather write something complimentary. However, in talking to people, I have learned that no one had ever been charged for staining sheets at a hotel and it was suggested to write a review. Very nice hotel, but buyer beware.

Fun, modern designs and comfortable rooms. They take good care of you with lots of included features and perks like free digital magazines and shoeshines. Convenient parking and some good, onsite food options.

Excellently polite and professional staff. As international travelers, we were also offered free shuttle to surrounding areas (5-mile radius). Rooms are clean as well.

Was there for a wedding. We had a blast. Most of the things that made it good was not in their control, such as the DJ. But they have a very professional staff. Good was just ok. I ordered the vegetarian meal and it was discussing. Angel hair pasta, cranberries, pecans, in a sweet butternut squash sauce. It was not good. But I asked the waiter if I can have a potato side dish served on another eve and he pulled through. My recommendation would be to design a better veggie plate option. Overall very professional crew and nice venue.

Everything is really well kept. Room service is prompt. Here for my Brother's wedding.

The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are outstanding! I've never had so many people offer me assistance anywhere I've ever traveled.

I was in town as assistant conductor with the Chicago Sinfonietta and stayed at Hotel Arista the entire time I was there. The level of hospitality I received from the staff was UNBELIEVABLE! The facilities and room were all top notched! I have been thoroughly impressed with the hotel and everything it has to offer.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was extremely comfortable in an unfamiliar area at all times. They provided services for me that help me to get back in fourth from the hotel to the Route 59 train station daily, brought needed items to my room upon request, helped me to find some of the best food locally, accommodated my travels plans that needed to be altered upon my check-in, and much much more!

I was really impressed with the level hospitality I received. The entire staff learned my full name and went out of their way to greet me each time I entered or exited the hotel. One of the employee s, Dee as I knew him, was exceptionally helpful in helping me to connect to business and entertainment districts around Naperville, IL.

There was so much right about the way this hotel does business that I will definitely go out of my way to ensure the next time I m in the Chicago, IL. Area, I will ONLY do business with you! You can rest assure that your hotel and its staff will get the highest recommendation from me as I tell others about how wonderful my experience was.

Limited menu, but food was good and the. service was very good. Typical hotel dining/coffee shop. We will go again...Sunday was very quiet.

I attended the 2017 Best of Naperville awards at Hotel Arista. It was a very lovely event. They even won Best Hotel!!

Nice quiet location! The TV in the bathroom is amazing. It is actually built into the mirror. I can actually sit in the bathtub and watch TV at the same time. Service has been really great as well.

Very comfortable stay. I wasn't there for long but all my needs were met. Downtown Naperville isn't that far of a drive and business went well.

Hospitality top notch! I highly recommend staying here if you are able to. Naperville is very cute and this hotel is right in the nature with it's excellent restaurant.

Hotel was great. The bath tub was deep enough to soak. Service was great as well. LOVED the special offer we had that allowed for a 2 pm check out.

Stopped by the restaurant/bar to interview someone. Good quiet place at 5pm on a weekday, I'm guessing it's much busier at lunchtime. Nice friendly staff, good ambience.

Great location, views, and the room was very nice. I stayed here overnight, and I have to say it might be the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.

What a cool spot. The room is contemporary and chic, the staff is friendly even though we're obviously not their regular clientele. This has been an awesome weekend away.

Nice Room. No ice is available on the floors...called and requested ice be brought to my room. After waiting 45 mins....still no ice.

I didn't stay here but was attending a class next door. I wandered after a hot stroll and found a cool, quiet lobby with lemon water, newspapers, and very comfy seats. I wish I had been staying there. I had a hot ham and cheese croissant in the hotel's Lavazza cafe.

Very pretty facility, but the bed was super uncomfortable.

Very nice rooms, checkout 11am. Parking is odd - you have to walk around the building to access the parking garage, which is not ideal during poor weather. 24 hour room service menu. Restaurant and drinks are a bit pricier than you'd expect for the quality, but the wait staff is very attentive and pleasant. The Convenience store for hotel guest needs is extremely limited. There are no maps posted in the building for amenities, and there was no area/city information or WiFi information available in the rooms - you have to ask for all information from the front desk. The charging outlets near the bed were inaccessible one one side, and too narrow to fit chargers on the other side.

I attended a wedding and the venue was awesome food was good but a few of the higher ups running the show were intrusive to the wedding i.e. Holding the bride and grooms hand as they went too cut their cake and showing them how and wear to cut it. I mean if it were my wedding and they pulled that with me i would've pulled a chunk out of the center of the cake with my hand and threw it at him... But thats just me and imma savage.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Very clean room. Stayed here the night of our wedding, we booked over the phone without mentioning it, when we arrived they noticed my wife's dress and upgraded our room for us. Will definitely go back.

I have never been treated like such a VIP before in my life! From the moment I walked in the door (which was opened for me by a doorman) until my complimentary late check out. All the customizable treats that were brought to my room, the instant room service, and the willingness of everyone to accommodate anything I asked for during my stay-was a welcome change from the usual too bad so sad attitude of most hotels. I will gladly stay again and hope they branch out across the country because they are by far the best hotel I have ever stayed with! Thank you.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the suburbs on par with Chicago hotels.

Beautiful hotel. Simple elegance in design, seeming to go for a modern italian chic look and feel. Staff was very friendly and responsive, answering questions and making me feel welcome at all times. I did not use room service or the other amenities outside of the room since it was only a one night stay. I did call to ask for an extra sheet and extra time at check out. Both requests were quickly and courteously answered to my satisfaction.

Simple, clean, comfortable and convenient location..

Arista is a wonderful hotel, with great rooms and service. The nearby restaurants are great, and the exercise room is well appointed. There is a nearby lake with a nice walking path. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were married in hotel arista so I thought for our anniversary we could come to the restaurant sugartoad for a nice dinner. We left before we could try the food because my wife felt uncomfortable. I'm sure the food would have been great though and the inside was very clean and professional.

Fantastic hotel. Great room and bed. No thermostat in the room which is a bit odd

room was to hot, staff was very rude and the beds were slightly used from before. Wouldn't stay, just going to stay home from now on.

Fairly nice modern style European style hotel. Features shuttle service and has easy access to the interstate and to the downtown Naperville Area. Shopping and dining are pretty close in both directions. It offers fine dining on site and has a great bar both on site and around the corner.

The location was beautiful. Very up to date. The room was gorgeous and clean!

Kin bed room was necely amended. The bathroom was pretty epic with standalone bathtub and walk in shower. Only minus was no free breakfast
