Lavazza at Hotel Arista is a daily stop for me. The staff is professional and friendly. They know me by name and know exactly how i take my coffee. The hotel staff is always polite and respectful. Additionally, whoever sets their floral arrangements every Wednesday does a wonderful job. It's almost always a flower I've never seen or smelled before.

Very modern and upscale. Room we got was amazing and also very modern. We didn't take advantage of any of their other services. Parking can be a huge pain if there is an event at the hotel, thus the four instead of five stars.

Good hotel for business travelers not necessarily for leisure. There was no pool or spa available without an extra $35 fee per night. The rooms were decent with a nice separate shower and bathtub. The bed was comfortable. Overall I'd recommend.

Our Company relies on the great service at Hotel Arista. The conference room is well attended to without unwanted interruptions and the catered food is very good. Rooms are modern and very nice all around. Would recommend to any traveler or Business.

I love this place! It is, hands down, my favorite hotel. (I happen to be there about once a week so it has become like a second home.)
Staff are always professional and super consistent.

My husband and I stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary. I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel, the room, and the staff were amazing! The personal and unique attention to even the smallest of details sets the Arista apart. This upscale independently owned hotel is at the top of my list! I will definitely make a return trip and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in the Naperville area.

The hotel was above one of the best over night stays i have ever had. We had a wedding on a Saturday and asked for early check in. By chance there was a room available and we checked in at 830 Am no extra charge! The room was spectacular. Very clean and over the top with current and modern updates! I really wished I could have taken advantage of the bathtub and t.v. in the mirror! And it was also a great to have a shuttle to tale us to and from the reception which was across the street! Non the less I would stay again given the chance

My stay in this hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff friendly. My only real issue would be the lack of an attached restaurant/ area that served breakfast.

Nice clean room. Bathroom as well. First night I was worried that there was no hot water. It took several minutes before it wasn't cold. Following night water was hot from the start. Staff friendly. Room nice and quiet.

A very pretty room, good amenities, but surprising issues with electronics, considering how new the location is. TV remote was broken, but quickly replaced. TV embedded in bathroom mirror not functioning at all.

Very nice, modern, chic hotel. Staff is very friendly. Good dining options on sight. 10 minutes from downtown Naperville and River Walk. Not much right around hotel campus. Would definitely definitely stay again.

Fancy hotel, very nice room. All lights are independent, but also has an on/off for all of them next to the door and bed which is nice. Staff is VERY kind, and quick to assist. Rooms very clean. Beds were on the very firm side, comfortable for me, not so much for my spouse.

The suite room had a really cool and spacious layout. The rooms were clean, which is an obvious plus. On my floor and I presume the entire hotel, you cannot get your own ice. This is not a huge deal, but I felt obligated to tip the gentleman bringing the ice. I also thought the breakfast food through room service was pretty lame.

Would have to say Hotel Arista was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The greeting man at the door was the most helpful kind man. Gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful as well. The hotel is very peaceful clean and an over all welcoming environment. The room (king corner suite) was ok. The view wasn't what I expected though I should never assume. There was a tear in the headboard which was immediately reported to front desk. So I want blamed for it. Everything and taken care of and noted to be fixed. The bathroom how ever was very clean, neat, and updated to its fullest. The beds were comfortable the pillows too. Over all clean room and comfortable too. We will definitely be back.

Wow. This was my first time at Arista and I was blown away. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is courteous, and best of all the food, delicious. The attention to detail that was given here is better than what I've seen elsewhere.

Great!

I've been here for both overnight stays and professional events. I have to say this hotel is impeccable everything I visited. Their rooms are spacious modern and clean. The complementary shampoo and bodywash/lotions actually smell very pleasant and are very good (something you can't say for some other high star hotels). For professional events, their accommodations are also top notch including the rooms, food and service. Thus is definitely the best hotel in the area.

We had a deluxe suite. It was amazing. I loved it. Noce living room. Nice bedroom with great lighting. Bathroom was nice. Which came with all hygiene products and bathrobes and good amount of towels washes and soups. I would highly recommend.
And in the middle of the night you can get red bull from front desk amazing very accommodating!

phenomenal staff and hotel. I had a relaxing night and everything was the way you would want it. Beautiful bath tub nice shower that could've used a tad more pressure is all. The bed was super comfortable. There were freshly cleaned robes. There was an empty baby fridge in there that prolly used to be a mini bar.
Also, they gave two coffee vouchers to grab free coffee the next day at the Lavazza right next door. I didn't venture out of my room but from what i could see walking thru the property The Arista was clean and classicly modern. Rich colors and comfortable littleplaces to sit and chat. I didn't go into the bar but if i had been there longer i would've.

All in all, a beautiful property. And as mentioned before a very kind attentive and professional staff.

We plan staycations and house updates around trips to this local hotel. It's a great location by rt. 59 and 88. The ammenties are modern and the room service meals are excellent. Things are never 100 per cent with the hospitality management though. Sometimes it is a dirty bathroom, two beds instead of a king, and last time it was calling and asking us to check out when we choose a package with a late check-out. They had my husband on hold for at least 10 minutes to verify that and we were already up and dressed, so it was not a big deal, but just another example of why they won't get 5 stars.

The rooms are beautiful and very high end. The customer service is wonderful. It is such a relaxing atmosphere and near alot of food and entertainment. This is my second visit and wont be the last.

The Arista is a classy, contemporary hotel where you feel at ease. It is a quiet atmosphere with elegantly simple decor. Rooms are large with nice touches like a light switch at your bedside and at the door allowing you to turn off all lights. There's some glitz, like the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror, but it's not excessive. Beds are firm with nice linens. Great separate health club. It's handy having the Lavazza Coffee shop next door. Another classy Zen place.

One niggle... it's a four-star hotel with one-star toilet paper.

Nice hotel clean, everything went well.Nice bellmen helped with luggage when we checked in and out. We were not told they had a parking garage when we checked in we learned about it from another guest.

I went to Hotel Arista to attend a wedding. Very well organized, very decorative, staff was a pleasure, food was great but steak was a little under cooked. I would definitely recommend them for social events.

We stayed here after a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed the upscale classiness of this hotel. The rooms are modern yet cozy and the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. I recommend hanging out in the lobby bar, Sugartoad. I also really appreciate the noon check-out!

I've stayed at the Arista a few times for work. The rooms are great - large, comfy beds and huge bathrooms. Everything is always immaculate. Employees are always friendly. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine for under $12. Room rates are very reasonable but food and beverages are a tad pricy.

Fancy pants! This hotel is a great for a more upscale hotel stay. I was here recently for a wedding and found the accommodations to be top notch. Hello, a TV in the bathroom mirror! Classy!

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the hotel bar was hoppin'.

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and quiet. My one issue was I had made reservations early in the week but when i showed up at 3pm (check in time) they said my rooms were not ready. I had to wait until after 4pm before I could get in. I'm very disappointed that I was told to check in at 3 but then had to wait for an hour.

I just went to the Bahamas and stayed at a resort before staying here and comparatively speaking, this was a step up! The little touches on the room were my favorite, they had a towel specifically for makeup (I always feel terrible getting my makeup on white towels in hotels), a personalized welcome message on the tv for me, a television on the mirror in the bathroom, AND a luffa, which honestly might have been my favorite part. The Italian restaurant nextdoor was AMAZING!

By far, the best hotel stay we've had in years!
Hoping to return very soon!
We were just blown away with our stay!
Staff was incredible!
Our room was very quiet and very clean (something lost in major hotel chains).
Only real complaint would be about the fridge being a bit small but its understandable. A larger one would just generate noise (its a thermoelectric fridge, silent).
We felt very comfortable, welcomed and safe (security was always nearby and respectful of us guests).
Free parking in a well-lit garage just behind the hotel along with a few spaces located directly in front of the building.
Great location; stores and restaurants were just a short drive away.
We asked for a late checkout when checking in and it was free of charge!
OH and the TV had some nice features built-in such as a fireplace and Android Screen Mirroring (which was very handy)!

Important:
Not a big deal but the deposit is $100 (overheard another guest complaining about how they "should have made that more clear" on the 3rd party booking site that she had used - humans :P ).

Keep up the great work!
