This Hotel is probably the nicest that I have ever been in!!!

Beautiful room. It was on the west side of the hotel, which had a bit of highway noise from below, even at 0630. Nice bar with local beers. Easy walk to Dealey Plaza and the rest of downtown.

Didn't stay there, had a professional development there. They provided breakfast, but it was cold and not good.

Older style, but very professional and impressive none the less.

I did not stay here. I came to visit the vendors. So, I cannot answer any other questions.

The hotel itself was very nice with easy access to the DART, the pool was on the smaller side and the elevators were a bit inconsistent

Very nice, clean, welcoming, comfortable, and open space in the lobby. Pretty multi-story atrium with a glass elevator to enjoy the view. Excellent views from higher floor rooms. Comfortable beds, modern decor, and minimalist vibe. Super friendly staff.

Checking in was easy and the service was great really nothing bad to say. Had the most awesome view. Loved it and will do it again.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very cozy and the staff was extremely friendly!

I only briefly experienced the conference areas. Overall they were nice. The individual room I was in became very warm, the A/V gear was extremely convenient and worked flawlessly, the edible gift for presenters was great, and the rooms became rather messy after several sessions. (I'm not sure which if these things are the responsibility of the Hyatt.) The weather was excellent so parking in the north lot and walking in worked well. Even in the midst of a busy conference, I never had any problem moving from place to place within the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious room, friendly & helpful staff. Very close to quite a few very nice restaurants. I would stay there again, given the opportunity.

Beautiful place but $3 for a 20 oz soda is outrageous. But overall a good place

First year hosting the Texas Furry Fiesta convention. NavigatingDallas streets are a pain, but the convention staff negotiated comparative parking prices as well desirable discount on Reunion Tower tours when con badges are presented. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming od the furries as well, and this is turning out to ge an unforgettable experience!

Besides the scary neighborhood, this hotel is extremely taken care of and nice. Wonderful staff. Service at restaurant is great. Wonderful design.

Room was really nice and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we've been, and the second time we didn't have a working fridge. Also, we didn't receive items from our NYE package until the next day when we didn't really need them anymore. It's obviously just a really busy night for the hotel, so I understood. Just frustrating for the price paid. The brunch was out of this world amazing, though.

Needs a massive remodel and more modern restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool is awful. Basically a hole on the roof. Nothing nice or hip about it.

Family friendly and clean. Nice place to spend some time for any occasion

It was great! A bigger pool and continental breakfast would of made it even better. That's the only down side...oh yea parking is $20 a day

2 restaurants were closed for private functions. Not happy.

A nice hotel, even for one this old. Large, gorgeously appointed rooms, friendly staff (even to furries), and located close to everything fun to do in Dallas.

Good location to visit the Sixth Floor Museum and Reunion Tower

If you get a view of the city side, you also get a view of the train side.

Parking is confusing, but at least you can wait on people in the other lane.

Did someone say Luxury! I mean LUXURY! This hotel had me drooling, it made all the hotels I been to seem small. Felt like heaven on earth I gotta tell you.

Only passed through to get to Reunion Tower. Parking nearby was reasonable.

Visited for ROH on Friday, April 1. This place is huge. Super clean areas we saw. No real selection of food when there for an event. 4 hours with no food makes you super hungry afterwards.

Located in the heart of downtown Dallas this Hyatt offers walking distance to many historical sites incl. the JFK museum and reunion tower. Great for business or pleasure.

Spacious rooms, great views, relaxing and warm environment, easy access, great parking, all needs met.

I thought the lobby was beautiful. They these fantastic glass elevators that are a lot of fun. The rooms are very nice and I had a really good night's rest here.

Rooms were nice house keeping did a good job of cleaning and replacing towels but the pool is way to small, no discount for parking and no complimentary breakfast for the price I would have liked a few more luxuries but oh well not the worst but far from the best.

If you cannot provide halfway decent internet, then you are worse than the foreign hotels around the world that I've stayed at. I liked the pillows and the decorations are nice, but if I cannot access basic internet, then something is seriously wrong.

This hotel is super nice. The scenery is beautiful and everything is so clean.

Hyatt Regency is absolutely amazing! I got invited by a company, so my stay may have been affected by that, but everything was pristine and beautiful.

It was beautifully presented and when I ate breakfast and have great service and made my experience worthwhile

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views of the city are beautiful. Just make sure your credit limit can handle the place...

Right off the bat, checking in was not a pleasent experience. The staff was rude and valet was mad and rude that we were not parking in valet. They did not tell us where to park or approve for gate access until I brought it up. We were given no direction as to where to park, how to get to our room or anything. Parking is down a hill and across the street which is ridiculous. Hotel is loud and not enough outlets. Also our coffee pot did not work and that s they only way to get coffee in the morning without paying. Honestly don t know how this place is considered a regency class hotel because the Hyatt Place off Harry Hines is way better. Very disappointed in how we were treated as long-time Hyatt members and I would not come back or recommend this hotel. Take your money elsewhere and spend your points elsewhere.

2nd visit here. Happy both times. Accommodations perfect, view as requested. Quiet in spite of a couple of thousand children there for a convention.

After years of Our CHURCH having formal banquets at this hotel, This was the best tasting dinner served to us so far. Payment for parking increased greatly. It is a well kept hotel.

The rooms were very upscale, comftable, and the staff was AMAZING.

Service was not the friendliest. Pool way no small and no hot tub. You have to pay in business center for copies.
