Thank you to Craig Wago and Robert Henessey for helping my wife and I with the purchase of our new 2021 Odyssey EX-L. We initially came in to see what 2020 odyssey s were available and get an idea as to what the cost would be.

Craig was patient with us and allowed us to explore all options available to us, which included taking the time to drive us off-site to see another Odyssey EX-L, which didn t suit our needs.

Craig also made every effort to ensure that we got the best deal possible.

Even after we initially decided to hold off and think things through, and left, Craig worked with us after we called him back later that day and gave us the same offer. Thank you Craig.

Robert was also great after Craig had to leave. Robert made sure he showed us different aspects of our Odyssey after we received it.

Though my first experience with Honda Windward was not good back in 1998, this second experience was much better.
