Yesterday I called windward Honda to inquire about the air bag recall, and was told by a male in the service department not to worrie about the recall no one in Hawaii has ever been hurt by the faulty air bags and that he just got a email that the air bags would be in next week, he cut me short and hung up the phone on me. Not comfortable with this I immidiatly called Pacific Honda I was greeted by such a frendly staff and so helpful, I was told if I was not comfortable with driving the car to come in and get a loaner and park my CR-V until my car was repaired, it's funny how one person can make or break your company, I will tell everyone about my disappointment at windward Honda and how Pacific Honda went out of there way for me.
