Bobby Santos was great he took care of my car washed it when I didn't expect him to wash it he was great him and the team of Honda of Serramonte did a great job on my car I give him five stars in everything and I definitely will be returning again for more service on my Honda Civic 2015 he was very kind and friendly with the great smile and a great personality and service didn't take a long time it was very quick

They were great! Had an appointment to come in to fix a nail in the tire on a Saturday morning. They seemed really busy, but they were courteous the entire time and were able to give my wife and I a courtesy ride to the mall so we could pass the time until the car was fixed.

Another mechanic there Oliver who makes me steer clear of Honda - wanted to charge me $160 for a simple low tire light come on. Always some issue when I make a visit. The mechanic who was checking me in told me this is the busiest Honda service center in San Francisco. No wonder that I was told that a loose interior cover along the hatch would take 2 to 3 hours. I was not told this. On arrival, they had no record of my appointment setup over the phone. So I left after a wasted afternoon.
BTW, the Honda Care warranty is a sham. We had it but still they insisted we pay before they could make a diagnostic check.

I went to the Service Dept. to have my 2015 Accord recall taken cared off.While there, I had my rear brakes and wheel alighment done too.My service Agent (Darrell), took care of all my concerns and made me feel welcome and wanted. The jobs were done in a timely manner and professionally. I m really have no complain.JOB WELL DONE, GUYS !! BRAVO !!

They'll service your car fine, but will waste an hour+ of your time just trying to drop it off. So only go here if you have an hour or more to waste waiting for someone to do the simple task of taking your car keys and writing down that you want an oil change.

Friendly personnel, but place is crowded and it's not advisable to just walk in. At the end of recent visit for the unrelated purpose, CSR advised me that time to change break pads is coming because there's only 3mm thickness is left on front pads and only 2mm on back pads so I'd rather do break job soon to prevent rotors damage. Such well argumented advice soon followed by screeching noise while moving forward and annoying one if moving backward. Concerned, I've bought front and back genuine Honda pads. Surprisingly enough, my old back pads had thickness closer to 4mm, while front ones' thickness was closer to 6mm. At the same time, indicator springs, that made such noise to inform owner about pads damage, were deformed on both sides in a manner of being flattened by pair of plyers, and a timing of such noise appearance was also suspicious.

Excellent service and Eric Tom was very helpful.I have had a great experience when I go for my appointments. I have had Eric Tom take care of me on a few visits to service my car. I went in there for an oil change and when I left I had something my tire pressure light on and came in right away the next day after giving Eric a call and he immediately took care of me. These guys are people I can trust with my car. They always take care of me. Thank you Eric!

It's Friday and earlier this week I took my Honda ...

It's Friday and earlier this week I took my Honda Element to Serramonte Honda's Service Department because there seems to be a problem when I was starting the engine. They performed a diagnostic and determined that something was causing a drain on the battery. They also discovered that the alignment of the tires needed work which I had suspected because I was seeing abnormal wear on the right side tires.

Darrell Wilson is the Service Advisor who I always go to and once again he did a good job of listening to me and keeping me filled in on the details of my situation. As my situation would requires hours of work, I decided to take the Honda Complimentary shuttle back home.

The shuttle's driver was a lady name Leila (I think that's how her name is spelled) and she's nice. We had conversations on numerous miscellaneous topics and that made the ride go by quickly. Thank you Leila for a smooth, uneventful ride.

Saying my sister has a big mouth.Unbelievable he's been working there for over 20 years, that kind of service??? Without even offering a cup of water when he was drinking one. We were so mad. Never go there again.

I purchased a used Honda Pilot in Feb this year. ...

I purchased a used Honda Pilot in Feb this year. At time of purchase, I noticed a noise with front suspension area. Dealer where I purchased said it was the right front arm and they replaced it. I went back drove it seemed fine and purchased vehicle. Now, noise is back. So, I decided to bring to Honda of Serramonte (HOS) where I had taken my past 2 Pilot vehicles for servicing, so they could investigate the noise and find out if there was a warranty as I was under the 60K vehicle limit.
I was disappointed to learn the investigation resulted in no action being taken nor a recommendation made by HOS. They basically said we can't do anything more, they said it was fine. It's not fine, still makes the sound. I left without any help nor remedy and spent 3/4 of a day during the process.
The wanted me to pay a fee for the service. I refused and they agreed. That's why this isn't rated lower.
I was ok with paying for a reasonable repair. Now I will end up taking it to another service provider.

This was my first service visit during Covid and I felt very safe. Someone immediately acknowledged me that I d be taken care of in 5-10 minutes which was accurate. Jeric Vergara was my service advisor and I appreciated the thorough walkthrough of what my car needed in addition to communicating some additional critical items that needed attention. Even with these unexpected requirements my car was still ready on time as Jeric advised. I appreciated feeling very taken care of from start to finish. Thank you and stay safe!!

The folks did a good job for me, getting me out of their location as quickly as they could and turning around my repairs promptly. They also did well not to unnecessarily charge me, though the initial estimate included a fee for "reading" a service engine code.

Not coming back to have services done at this deal...

Not coming back to have services done at this dealership. Estimate to fix a power sliding door was outrageous. A power sliding door motor does not cost $1,100 dollars, plus $500 for labor! And they did not even offer to waive the $160 diagnostic fee if I wanted the repair to be done. They won't even give an estimate in writing with the parts required and the number of hours for labor. This is a great example of a "Stealership".

I gave 2 stars overall because everything else was handled professionally.

My regular Service Advisor, Darrell, is absolutely the best. He remembers me, always gives me straight forward & honest answers & fair prices. The wait time is usually fairly reasonable, and they have a good waiting area with TV, newspaper, coffee, and some pastries (although the recently downgraded to some cheap supermarket muffins that have a long, long shelf life). The also offer a very good shuttle to nearby places (shopping center, home, BART,etc).

The service writers are very welcoming, give good advice and make sure your car will be done in a timely manner. Oliver made my experience at Honda excellent. There's a lot of public opinion out there not to trust a dealership's service department. I'm sure your local mechanic can do the job adequately and for less money, but Serramonte Honda hasn't done me wrong yet. I bring my car to this dealership because of the friendly and knowledgeable service reps and mechanics. You are getting genuine Honda parts and technicians who have probably seen everything with any type of Honda and so I trust their expertise. They recently diagnosed an unusual sound coming from the front of my Odyssey and they provided a reasonable solution for it. I'm sure if I shopped around I could have saved a little bit, but not significant enough to forego the OEM parts and Honda knowledge.

My old car died last week, so i needed another one fast. Car Gurus listed a gently used Certified CR-V from Serramonte Honda for a very good price, i made an appointment for a test drive and ended up buying it that day. Shane was sweet and patient dealing with dealership drama, because apparently there were several people very interested in it (but i guess i was there first!) Overall, very good experience (even their financing guy was friendly and cheerful, and usually they're not so nice). Car drives like a dream; still getting used to all the new technology since it's a big upgrade from my old clunker. Convenient location, clean modern interior, super busy so i guess they're popular!

We recently bought a used car from Honda of Serramonte, and it was not functioning properly. We notified the issue, they took the time to inspect the car. The used car required major work to be done. We got in touch with the GM and we came in agreement on a deal that would work for both parties. We traded in the used car we purchased and bought a brand new Honda for a very reasonable price. If you need to see a helpful salesman, ask for Kris. He helped us with the used and new car we purchased.

We would continue recommending our family and friends to come to Honda of Serramonte if they are thinking of buying a new/used Honda. People here at Honda of Serramonte really take care of their customers and value their integrity.

Went in to repair a power window, they tried to sell me on about 7Gs of repairs, ratcheting from 800 to the eventual 7 grand plus. At first when quoted at 800 for the simple inspection, they ignored us in the waiting room while sending electronic updates that saw the price skyrocket with added repairs. After waiting over 5 hours, I went in to ask how long this should have taken to be sneered at and be given a sardonic response of "You expected this done today?" Did I mention that I had scheduled this before coming into the dealership? Needless to say I asked for my car to have all further work suspended and still had to pay almost 1200. The absolute worst place you could bring your car for repairs. This place has terrible managers who want your money and good reviews, but couldn't care less about you. Save your money and your time and avoid Honda of Serramonte unless you want to feel like a walking ATM for them to dip into. I went to Tony' Auto Repair in Pacifica and he did the necessary work for about 1/8th the quoted price. There are better places to bring your ride.
