The overall service was good, Julia at the customer concierge was fantastic! Would have been 5 stars if Honda issued the door lock actuator warranty for ALL doors, not just the driver s door.
I never received a notification for the warranty, so when the driver side needed to be replaced 2 years ago I had my mechanic fix it. I was told about the warranty for the actuator when I had the airbags replaced.
Corporate customer service needs to take a lesson from Julia. Went above and beyond to make sure things were handled for me.
Thank you, Julia! You deserve a big fat raise!!
