(06/2019) Michael Tran of the service department was courteous and helpful when helping me, so I switched. Overall this dealership was more helpful and friendly than the one in Alhambra, CA.

(10/2019) Returning few months later to do an oil change for my Civic. This time Karen Takahashi was helping me. She was courteous and professional despite how busy it was on this Saturday morning. Again, I am very impressed with the consistently great service here.
