Great dealership. Mark Butnuh is great. This our second car we have purchased from him. He's wonderful to work with. Service team is also top notch.

9/2 5/2920: I first purchased from Honda of Pasadena in 2014 (I still have that car for my daughter). I have all service work on both cars done at the dealership. I also check around for pricing and have found that they are competitively priced on the routine service and on the one repair I needed last year on the 2014 CRV. Since I purchased the car there I always get coupons for routine service work and the few times I did not have a coupon I ll remind them I m a good repeat customer and they have always given me 10% off.

I always leave feeling that I ve been treated fairly and that they truly appreciate my business.
