Soooo hit and miss, this place. Their waiting area for service is a 3rd world country compared to most dealerships. The service area would be at home at a Billy Bobs Excellent All In One Dealership in say Nebraska. Not a Honda dealership in a major suburb of Chicago. That said, their pricing for service is pretty much the best you'll find and their service staff all seem to actually know cars - a rarity in my experience in this area. The pricing on vehicles is just meh - you can easily find more aggressive pricing at other dealerships in the area. The sales staff are *okay* - not great, not terrible. If you're going for the service, you'll probably end up happy given the bottom line (not the facility). If you're going for a vehicle - maybe, maybe not. Worth a 4-star rating.

I purchased a wonderful used Honda Odyssey from this store. My experience with them was great (5 STAR). I started by out by chatting with a very responsive, kind and knowledgeable online agent, Lachelle Eisnaugle. I set up an appointment to see the car. At this apt I met another great sales agent, Mark Hardman. He was very honest (in my opinion), showed me the Carfax and all other documentation. The dealership was firm on the price, but I went after making up my mind about the listed price because it was a great deal given the research I had done. I ended up buying and driving that car back to Madison, Wisconsin where I live. The only issue was about low air pressure in one of the tires, which I showed the agent before leaving. The air was refilled but kept getting low again on subsequent days. I took the car to Discount Tires and they discovered a puncture, but it was repaired at no cost to me because the tire still had warranty. Overall, I had a great experience!
After my daughter bought a CRV, my wife and I were intrigued by the new look. Eddie met us with a warm welcome from the minute we stepped in the dealership. Have always been a Chevy person but walked out with a brand new Honda CRV.

I bought and lease cars from here. Good service. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and stuff. Justin Magee ( a car salesman) was very helpful, respectable and knowledgeable towards me. I came in one time to get my oil change and they said I had a factory recall and they needed to replace some heading and some other things in my engine. Bottom line, they said I will almost get a new engine. And...the guy who they ordered the parts for, never came in for weeks. So, they will give me his. They said, those parts takes weeks to come in and I had my car fix in 2 days. I have met the husband and wife managers here a few times here. Very nice people.
Luis took a lot of time - and stayed late - to help us out and we ended up buying the model he showed us at a dealer much closer to home (our color was already on their lot). He definitely made the difference, and it was a hands-down winner over Subaru by the time we left there.

I bought a 2018 Honda CRV EXL from The Honda of Joliet dealership. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and care with every one I encountered. My wife and I visited the place three times before we settled on CRV. With started looking at the Pilot, it was outside of our spending range. Nonetheless, it was a sharp looking and an impressive SUV; and it drove very smoothly. Ted, the sale representative, gave us 100% attention and explained all the features the SUV has. I was impressed, we let him know upfront that we like to think about it and we will keep him posted. He put no pressure and maintained his high level of professionalism, and offered his contact number for any follow-up questions. We revisited the site again the following week. We told Ted we would like to downgrade to the CRV to meet our budgetary constrains. We asked him to test drive one. He was very supportive. His dealing with us remained at the highest level of professionalism and his demeanor remained, as excellent as the first time. He was very focused on making sure he answered all our questions. We negotiated the price for the CRV EX with Ted and his management team. On the third visit, my wife saw the CRV EX-L and she really liked it. Ted never hesitated to price it for us and told us about the specific differences. Ted was very accommodating. We felt appreciated by Ted and the remaining Team at Honda of Joliet, including the Business Manager. The CRV EX-L was our third car bought for this dealership in less than 10 years. Just leased a new Honda Odyssey Elite from Honda of Joliet, and my sales representative was Rich Ponulak. There are few things in life that are worse than car shopping. Having said that, our experience at Honda of Joilet was a surprisingly pleasant one! Our salesman, Eddie, was easy going and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was very welcoming and catered to all our needs. We had an issue when we got the car home and noticed some hail damage that wasn't apparent in the parking lot. We called and spoke to John, the general manager who made it clear that our satisfaction was his only concern. They came and picked up the vehicle, left us an even nicer loaner car and returned our vehicle a week later completely repaired at zero cost to us!! This is what customer service is supposed to be like!! Kudo's to all the great people at Joliet of Honda especially Eddie and John. We will definately be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda! Thanks guys!!!
The staff we dealt with couldn't have been better. From the Sales Manager John Wise to the Sales Men/Women (JB, Hardy, Ted, Tamara, and Uri). From start to finish and even a week later I am totally satisfied. I went to buy my first car from Honda of Joliet. My salesman's name was Saul R. There is no high pressure sales at this place. They let me look around till I felt I wanted to talk to someone. I wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic. Saul and store manager Mike worked with me to get the price and payments that I was comfortable with. After all the paper work was complete it was a little after nine. It was closing time but Saul took the time to take me to my car and show me all the accessories and how they work even helped me program some. After leaving and noticing some minor scratches on the car they are raking car of any issues to make sure my car is perfect as it can be. Saul was a very good salesman. I also have to mention store managers Mike and John so easy to talk to and listen to your concerns you may have. I would recommend if your in the market for a car to come here first they will work with you stress free.
