This is my 2nd great buying experience at the Honda Superstore of Joliet. Purchased my Ridgeline here 4 years ago and they just helped my wife and I find a Pilot to suit the needs of our growing family. Eddie was great to work with, helped us to get the best price on our Pilot and the best value for our trade in as well. Shout out to Harvey in finance as well for accommodating our needs financially!

Mike Poulos is absolutely amazing here! We have worked with him on 3 vehicles and I could not be happier. He truly treats you like family and makes me want to come back. I have been going to Honda of Joliet since 2006 for service and new vehicles. All the staff there is great, but Mike makes every trip worth it. He works for you and has a wonderful heart! I highly recommend requesting him specifically when you are looking to purchase.

Had a great experience went to get my daughter a car with a difficult citation not even sure if it was possible to get her a car,after explaining our problem to Missy she went above and beyond to make it happen Tamara was our sales person who was amazing.She also went above and beyond to make it happen.I have never been to a dealership where I was comfortable with the sales people. But I felt like Missy and Tamara were we're old friends.Thank you to both of them for all the help for an difficult cituation we will definitely be back.

This dealership truly has the feel of a family owned business. From Mark Abraham (salesman) to Mike Bryant (Finance Manager) to John Wise (General Manager), the feeling of a safe buy from them never waiver. From the get go I knew I wanted a Pilot and wanted to eliminate any back and forth. They gave me their honest lowest price to not waste anyone's time.

Furthermore, I tested this price at other nearby dealerships, even asking them to at least match (since they had the color I wanted). Joliet's price was so low they couldn't even match it. Joliet also did a dealer swap for the exact color I wanted and did not charge anything extra.

The entire staff was patient with my buying process that lasted about a month, believe or not. I know where I'm going for my next car as well! Thank you Mark, Mike, and John!

Carlos was amazing, he listened to all our wants and still kept to what price point we wanted to stay around. He was very patient with us and showed us all the features of the new car.

I bought my 2012 Honda CRV here three years ago and had a great experience. Oren Ferguson was the sales person who helped me and he wasn't shady or pushy at all. I came knowing that I wanted to look at that particular car, and he got it for me and we test-drove it right away. The car drove well and seemed in good working order.

In the three years since, I have driven 50k miles on the car and have had no problems. I have only had to do routine maintenance like brakes, oil changes, filter changes, bulbs, etc. It just now needs new tires. It's a very safe car and I feel safe driving it. Oren didn't try to put me in something more expensive or newer and I appreciate that.

Honda of Joliet sells great cars and Oren is a wonderful salesperson. He will get you in the car for you without pushing or trying to upsell you. I'll definitely be back when I need to buy another car!

I just bought a used 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid about a year ago, at another dealer. I was hesitant to bring it to a dealer to have work done on it because of a personal stigma. My hybrid battery was deteriorating, and I knew that it would cost over $2000 to get it fixed. With some hope, Todd and Justin told me that it may have an extended warranty but was not too sure. Thinking of the worst, my stigma grew thinking that I would possibly get screwed, covered or not, but as soon as they took a look at it, all was well, and it was covered! I am so happy with my Civic Hybrid, and this just put the icing on the cake. I will continue to buy Honda, and they have built my trust. Thanks to all the trustworthy service techs at Honda Joliet. Just bought my third Honda vehicle from Honda of Joliet. We love the Honda Pilot and Civic we own. The cars are great, sales people are great (Brian Krakowski and Emily Roland), and service at Honda of Joliet is great. They have earned our lifetime business. You can never go wrong with a Honda!

Dealt with John Wise for the price of the Vehicle and with Tamara Holloway for the purchase transaction. HASSLE FREE. John offered me his best price right off the bat and had Tamara send me videos of the Van a few days before us driving over to the dealer since it was about an hour away. Went to the dealer on a Saturday and all was well with the van so signed the papers and drove it back home that day. Smooth hassle free experience and a great deal!

I had the best experience!!! Angela had contacted me when I was just being to look at getting a new car. She was never pushy or made me feel hounded to buy a car. Angela put me at ease to come in and that I would be taken care of. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Ted. He was amazing, honest, and very thoughtful when it came to my needs for my budget. Ted really listened to me and with that being said, he actually found the car I wanted, with all the features I needed, and in my budget. I have bought multiple cars here, and I am so happy and thankful for the wonderful team of Angela and Ted!!

Oren Ferguson went beyond the expected in providing exemplary service. I found only 1 car in Northern Illinois that we were considering, Oren personally arranged a dealer trade and went and picked it up himself. When we went in to see him, he not only had the car at the dealership, he had it in the showroom, all polished and ready to go. Treated my wife and me as though we were his only customers. Fantastic effort on his part and a pleasure to work with.

The person that I saw was Chris Sem and he helped me through the entire process. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I used to live in Plainfield and although I now live in closer to the city, I will always make the drive out to Joliet to go to Oren. He's THAT good. Not only does he make your experience more enjoyable, he'll make sure you are 100% satisfied without fail. Anyone in the market for a new ride would be wise to go to Oren.

I had just came from the Hawk Volkswagen of Joliet on Jefferson st and was already annoyed at the fact that I walked around the lot twice and no one came out to help me! I ended up walking up to a salesman there myself and he didn t give me the time of day instead he went ahead and helped someone else so I left and drove to the Honda of Joliet. When I got to the Honda of Joliet Terry instantly came up to me as soon as I got out my car he asked questions about what I was looking for and he even took notes! Hardy was excellent to work with. He was very informative. He knows everything there is to know about Hondas. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received everything that I was looking for and made sure that I knew everything about my Honda. Be followed up even after to make sure that we were completely satisfied and he even touched based three months later to check in and follow up. You can tell he really cares about what be does. There needs to be more people in the world as dedicated and sincere as Hardy!! Thank you for all of your help!

I had a great experience buying from Honda of Joliet. I was first put in touch with Andi (Internet Sales Rep) who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She was able to answer all of my questions and put me in touch with the proper team member, Terry. Terry was just as informative about the car buying process and very helpful throughout. He sent me all of the car info and even sent photos/videos of the interior and exterior since I was buying from out of state. Great team all around and these two should be commended for their hard work!

Rob Shepardson was our salesman and we are grateful for his no nonsense honest approach. Rob is very knowledgeable and likes what he does. He sells without pressuring you into buying a car like every other car dealership around that we've shopped at in months. He explained every detail in length and was very easy and fun to talk to. He left the decision making very easy and and up to us!! No BS. We will definitely be returning to Honda of Joliet for our next car purchase as long as Rob is our salesman!!
But the finance department on the other hand needs to speed up the final process, it takes way too long. Ladies behind the desk could smile more frequently and at least act like they like their jobs and or speaking to customers.

A Huge Thank You to Terry Scott for his handling of the lease buy-out agreement of our CRV. My wife and I were treated tremendously. The birthday gift basket was really a nice surprise and certainly unexpected. Keep up the good work Terry. I will be back soon Terry to discuss my 2011 Hyundai Tuscan with you soon. Recently bought 2019 Honda Odyssey from Hardy and Lisett. Great customer service. They worked hard finding the right vehicle I wanted and made the buying process seamless and efficient.

If I could give them a 10 star rating, I wouldn't hesitate! Linda helped me prepare ahead of time, going back and forth with email(my personal best way of communication). Linda set me up with a time and date that worked best with my schedule, and let me know of all precautionary procedures before getting there. Once there, Oren was a wonderful sales associate that helped me pick out the vehicle of my choice. During the test drive, he answered all questions I had. Was wonderful to deal with! As a first time car buyer, I was extremely nervous of being hustled but everyone here really took the time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel the pressure you normally hear about at dealerships. Will definitely be coming back here to purchase my next vehicle in the future!

I have had two oil changes done here. Average wait time has been 2.25 hours each for tire rotation and oil service. Both have been with an appointment. Where do they come off using the "Express Service" terminology? Bring your lunch and maybe a sleeping bag if you are considering service here. Oh! The free cookies are good.

Great Car Shop take great pride in their brand of cars and I love my just as much as they do!

The most unprofessional dealership ! The dealership was straight off unprofessional with the sale process the employees would lie to you on the phone and do anything to get you to their door. Once you visit them they use the traditional bait and switch method, they promise a price and and easily go back on the agreed price giving unwanted reasons for the change of price. They do not have the courtesy to return calls on time. Stay away and do not buy cars from them! they will give you the cold shoulder!

I met Ken, Bob, Harvey and Missy. They were all very welcoming, gracious and professional. Ken was not pushy; he listened and worked to get the car that I wanted. As a first time Honda purchaser I was satisfied with the buying experience.

Horrible customer service...overpriced. Went in with a knowledge of the vehicle that I wanted. I wasn't being taken seriously the minute I walked in the door. I took my money somewhere else and bought a brand new vehicle for a great price.

I bought a car from Oren Ferguson back in May and I could not be happier with my experience. He was very helpful, informative and super nice! I felt comfortable throughout the whole car buying process and appreciated his patience with me. I was unsure what kind of car I had wanted to purchase, a Honda was my first choice but still wanted to see what other options were out there. I went to Honda of Joliet first to look around and see what was available in my price range. Oren showed me new and used models that were in my budget. I left after having looked around and went to a few other car dealerships. The other places I went had salesmen who just wanted to sell me something and didn't seem to care to help me find a car I would be happy with. My name is M.I Siddiqui, I was searching for my new minivan, contact multiple dealers arround Chicagoland... big and small.. visited personally, make phone calls. ..most of them were very busy and unable to answer all questions except Honda of Joliet.

Their Internet support person was very knowledgeable and very quick in response, they know how to bring customer to their dealerships and once they arrived they respond very professionally, they honored what they told you over phone. This helped me in selecting the dealership for my new purchase.

Not like other dealerships what I experienced in last few weeks... this dealership not only gave me very reasonable quote but also sale man Justin Magee and general sales manger John Wise search my requested vehicle for me and bring to it dealership without any additional charge. They recognized me as a serious buyer just after our first meeting and without asking any initial deposit they show a trust on me and within the define time frame they call me and deliver my requested vehicle to me.

They have won not only my initial business but also my future vehicle requirmemts.

I have never seen this type of professional attitude in any dealership who treat you like their own family memeber and gave you honest and do able advice.

If someone is looking to buy a vehicle, I would say try this one atleast one time you will not go anywhere after that.

This is my fourth car-buying experience and it was far and away the best ever. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Eddie answered all my questions about financing, down payments, lease vs. own.
