I recently when to the Honda of Joliet to find out my end of lease options. I was assisted by the sales associate Hardy Patel. Hardy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my options. I ended up turning in my vehicle and leasing a new car. I am very happy with the outcome of my visit to Honda with the help of Hardy. I will continue to use Honda of Joliet as my dealership for future purchases.

I was searching for cars through SAM's Cars Buying program. One of the dealers the request went out to was Honda of Joliet. Tyler Baker from Honda of Joliet was exceptional in responding to my questions promptly and provided all the information I needed. Heidi was extremely helpful and patient, over the phone and again in-person. After they did a very efficient diagnosis of the vehicle, she and one of the service technicians (his name might have been John?) were willing to stay passed closing to complete the brake work that we needed done.

The catch was that we were driving from Chicago to NYC the following morning, and were in a major bind! They were wonderful!!

We've purchased two cars from Honda of Joliet, both using the internet, after being referred by a friend - 2007 and 2011. Very pleasant purchasing experience, no problems or hassles. We've taken the cars in for scheduled service and have treated fairly and honestly. Free wi-fi in the waiting room is nice. Definitely give this dealer a try - you should have a good experience.

Found a car that I was interested in this dealership. 1st contact was with Linda Soto and she was easy to set up an appointment to come in. Ken J. Laing Sr. was the salesman that helped me out with test driving and buying the car. Very easy to get along with, no pressure, answered my questions, and even accommodated some of my requests before deciding to buy. The car is a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE. Definitely recommend!

A little late with the review but that is not a reflection of the type of customer service we received from Oren Ferguson. Although my wife did much of the negotiating online, it was Oren who took care of us when we came into the dealership, from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we drove off in our new Honda Pilot.

Josh Tornabeni is super person to wor k with. This is my 5 cr-v and each time I came to the dealer Josh and the whole staff was helpful and patient with my requests. The financial person was patient with me so the

I went in pretty desperate for a car sure that I would be told I need a cosigner, but Tyler did all the heavy work and made it happen without me needing one and not only did he get me approved on my own he found the perfect car for me and my family. Tyler took the agony out of the waiting process by constantly keeping me updated, staying on top of whatever was needed to make the process quick and easy for me and as soon as he got notice I was approved he began searching for a reliable car that had everything I wanted but was within my approval range. I really appreciate Tyler and everything he did, I absolutely love my car.

My wife and I had the pleasure to meet Tamara when we were shopping for a used Honda. She is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The dealership was very forthright in presenting all available info on the vehicle including maintenance that is still required. I come in to ask Tamara what used Hondas they have because she is just so nice to work with.

I had already made a deal with a different dealership on a Civic Si only to find out they sold the vehicle under me. I immediately called Honda of Joliet and spoke to Bob G. who was very helpful and professional. Within minutes we came to a great deal on an Si and they were willing to take a deposit since I live five hours away and couldn't get there for several days. When I went to pick up the car everyone at the dealership were polite and helpful. The car was detailed beautifully and ready for me when I arrived. The paperwork was done quickly and correctly. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are excellent and I would be happy to do business with them again.

I had been to several dealers in Indiana and was visiting family in New Lenox . I was going to dinner in Joliet and stopped at Honda of Joliet . Brian was out in the parking lot and saw me trying to get my handicapped elderly Mother out of the car . He came over to assist . Brian walked us in , and got us a water and preceded to explain the different types of CR-V s. I explained that my Land Rover had been in a bad accident the week before and was anticipating an insurance total,but would not be sure for a week . Brian gave me a card with his cell and told me to text him when I knew something . I test drove a car that I liked and when the total came, Brian did all the work by phone , no issues , as I lived in Indiana . When I came in , all that I had to do was go over the car and see Patrick in finance (also amazing ) . In a little over an hour , I had my car ! Thanks

I had been searching for a Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback and after quite a few bad experiences elsewhere, I finally spoke with Tyler. He was kind and answered all of my questions to the point where I had to schedule an appointment for the next weekend. I didn't want to believe that there was no catch. After a few emails from Oren I was 100% done searching around and decided to come in the next day. I showed up a little tense ready to battle and haggle, but within my first minute there I saw the car was prepped and Oren made my fiancee and I feel like family. He was very knowledgeable and we left with no unanswered questions or concerns. He actively made sure to address everything. I was sold on the first visit. We decided to pickup the car later that day and I have to say that this dealership works like an experienced team. Tamara and Kurt picked up exactly where we left off with no loss of time. Shout out to the detailers because I thought they accidentally brought me the brand new one by mistake. Tamara was extremely helpful in explaining the many features and I left there in my car. Everything was handled professionally and two days later still smiling. I can honestly say if anyone is looking for a dealership that has extremely fair pricing AND great customer service (yes it's possible) I will always reccomend Honda of Joliet.

I recently visited Honda and was greeted by Rich Ponulak, we went on a test drive in a used 2019 civic and I actually walked out agreeing on a new 2020 Civic EX. Sadly they didn't have the color I wanted, but they got one in just a day! It was a wonderful experience and i'd highly recommended Rich and Honda Joliet.

Very disappointing experience with these folks. Showed up with a nice vehicle to trade with a ton of equity in it and agreed on a price for the trade and car to be purchased. They drug their feet and had different versions of how the transaction could or could not work in order to cash my equity out. After someone else sold the car I had wanted (after refusing to take a deposit on it from me), they said they would be happy to show me something else.... I would recommend shopping somewhere that will give you a straight answer instead of with these guys.

DO NOT GO HERE- I would highly recommend going to Valley Honda instead. I wasted a whole day trying to lease a vehicle here, obscene prices for a 2020 car (2021 s are already out) and after agreeing upon an amount... an hour into going through all of the paperwork, they give a much larger price. They claimed they were already losing money making this sale . Scammers. They called back today to offer the amount we originally agreed upon, no thanks the hassle & dishonesty isn t worth it- went to Valley Honda and got a nicer model with a lower price than we even originally agreed upon here.

Honda is very lucky to have such incredible employees as Missy and Tamaron they were so helpful in getting my niece a car. We have bought 9 cars from this dealership. We keep going back because of the great service.

Honda of Joliet struck out 3 times with me. Most of the reviews here are about the sales department and great experiences while purchasing cars. I bought a brand new 2013 civic from them and had no issues throughout the purchase process.
However I urge everyone to be cautious taking your car to their service department! The last 3 times I took my car in for an oil change, my experience was less than pleasurable.
First time I noticed a burning smell coming from my car after the oil change. I opened the hood and I had oil spilled over the engine, airbox and exhaust. Checked the dipstick and it was overfilled over an inch. To be completely upfront, I brought the car back the next day and the oil was changed again and adjusted to proper level.
The following scheduled oil change the oil was overfilled again and on top of that an employee backed into my car with another customer's car. They did redo the oil and repainted my bumper.
Finally the last and most recent time I took it in, they got the oil right but showed me a dirty engine air filter and suggested I change it. I declined the change but realized something was off.
I service my own vehicle from top to bottom. It only goes to the dealer for oil changes because it's not that much cheaper for me to do it myself and I have to get on the ground. When I replaced my timing belt in June, about 9k miles ago, I put in a fresh aftermarket filter which was white in color. The filter I was presented with was a yellow color. Long story short, I went home and pulled out the filter that was now in my car, it was a Honda filter. They basically tried to upsell me on a filter change by showing me a dirty filter and when I declined they just stuck it in my car! How else would an aftermarket filter turn into a Honda one?

Bought our 2nd 2016 Honda Fit EX-L/NAV. Honda of Joliet consistently offered the best price. I worked with Shahera Boyd and Ted Turrisi. They did all they could to make me happy. Contact them first; It will be the best experience you will ever encounter.

If you go to this honda they are normally busy, but ask for Steve Saint Fort! He was so helpful and friendly he made my experience great. He had a positive attitude even though they were super busy. I highly recommend Steve.

I have been a customer since the early 2000 s and I ve had a great experience every time. I feel that they take their time with me and find the best option for me, I just got a CRV 2 days ago and Eddie helped me, He was very kind and as I said above, He took his time with me to explore all options for me. All staff at Honda of Joliet are very kind and helpful.

The last time I brought my Honda CRV in for routine maintenance, I was not at all happy with the experience. Generally speaking, no one at this site (service center or otherwise) seem knowledgeable regarding what services are actually required to maintain my vehicle's warranty.

This particular time, my vehicle maintenance, and I believe they stated I needed service B but I only needed service A (the car tells you what services are required). Also, they stated I needed a transmission flush, which is very unusual with a vehicle with so few miles, new brake pads and rotor reworking (when replacing the rotors would likely be cheaper), and all new tires.

I did get new tired elsewhere, but when I asked if I did the repairs myself or at another service shop, they said it would void my warranty. I just felt like they were trying to drum up business and weren't used to someone questioning them. Everything I questioned them on they had to go ask someone else for the answers.

I'm not sure if I'll be returning there or not for services. They'd probably try to screw me on my warranty anyway, since I got tires somewhere else.

My Sales Consultant JB was hands down the best person I could have while shopping for my first vehicle. He made the purchase as easy and stress free as possible. JB provided me with quality customer service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get the best purchase out there.

On Friday, August 28, 2020, I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from Honda of Joliet. I was told that a trained Honda technician put the vehicle through a comprehensive 182-point inspection. Within days I noticed a noise coming from the front driver s side and faulty brakes. On Monday, August 31, I was back at the dealership to have the vehicle I had just purchased in for service. The dealership found the issue to be the tires and ordered new tires for my vehicle. This took more than two days after waiting for the sales manager Javier to approve the sale. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday evening, noticing that Javier purchased Advanta Tires (please click on Advanta for more info.) to replace the brand-new Bridgestone tires that were originally on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Looking online, Consumer Reports found the Advanta had an average tread life of 44,500 miles compared with an average of 71,000 miles for all the tires. Additionally, no US retailer sells these tires!

At this point, I was very disappointed in the level of service and lack of attention to detail this dealership has taken. When I spoke with Javier he was very dismissive and gave a very inadequate explanation. As I drove the car home, I noticed the noise I was hearing before was worse. Now, I must make an appointment with another Honda dealer and purchase new reliable, quality tires.

I left the dealership very disappointed. The next morning I found the owners of the dealership, The Korallus Family, who own Honda of Joliet, Honda of Lisle, and Infiniti of Naperville. I emailed the three members listed as owners. Mike Korallus of Infiniti Naperville was the only owner to respond to my email. After speaking with Mike, I felt more at ease. However, here we are Tuesday, September 7 and no resolution. I would have loved to write a rave review on how happy I am with my purchase, sadly that is not the case. This dealership is taking advantage, putting their consumers at risk. I cannot believe that this dealership purchased counterfeit tires to place on my vehicle, this is especially alarming since all of the vehicles on their lot have quality tires such as Bridgestone, Continental, and Michelin.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY OF THE OTHERS THIS FAMILY OWNS.
