This is my 2nd review of Honda of Joliet. I just returned 3 years after completing a deal on my first car lease ever. Because of the great experience the first time around, I did not hesitate to go back. In fact, I looked forward to it! The service and deals were even better the 2nd time around! I worked with Shahera Boyd to get a ridiculously good deal on my 2019 Civic Si. There is no way any other place would be able to compete with Honda of Joliet. She provides great service and an honest, upfront deal. I appreciate that a lot! I also worked with Rachel Acker, who handled all the paperwork and got my lease returned and my new one started quicker than I anticipated! The process was smooth with Rachel and it was an enjoyable experience. I also met with the Delivery Manager, his name escapes me at the moment, but he was awesome as well. And lastly, the Finance Manager Harvey Suga wrapped everything up for me if a professional and prompt manner. Overall, it was an ideal experience from start to finish. Watch out for these snakes that work at Honda, they will try to steal your money! They will keep you there forever and then at the end they rush you to make you buy or lease. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NUMBERS.
You put down a down payment and then they add that to the sticker price of the car and then they factor in the depreciation of the vehicle and they do other deductions to !
ALSO DO NOT LET THEM HOLD ONTO YOUR KEYS! If they take forever to give you a quote, just walk out. It s part of there scheme!!!!! DON T BE AFRAID TO LEAVE!!!!

Chris Sem is very helpful. He spotted the stocking # for our car was wrong and corrected it quickly. He went through the process with us patiently. After we drove the new car home, I found that the address for lien was wrong and asked Chris whether he can help. He responded quickly and sent me a confirmation with correct address. Only problem with this great Honda dealership is that it is a little small. They do pack a lot of vehicles into a smaller lot and have the parking lot and the garage planned out well though. Was halfway to our destination when our engine light started flashing, these wonderful mechanics got us back on the road quickly, even though we had to turn around and go back home.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a great used vehicle at Honda Superstore of Joliet. I grew up in Chicagoland and have since moved west to Denver. I was in the market for a 4Runner to bring back out to the mountains of Colorado, and was able to find a great looking '04 at a fair price at this dealership. Visited some family in the area for Thanksgiving, sealed the deal, and drove it back to CO. Rode like a dream! They really make sure the pre-owned vehicles they bring in are in top shape.
