I can't express how awesome my recent car buying experience was. I am so happy with my Certified Pre Owned Honda Odyssey!!! My family loves it! I first worked with Jennifer who was very nice and attended to every question I had. I emailed her a lot of questions and she was very patient with me and always responded very quickly. Then I was introduced to Oren who was hands down the best car salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from. He did not take me for the run around that many car salesman have done in the past. When I went to do my financing with Harvey, he made me feel very comfortable and had me out and in my new car in 20 minutes. The whole experience was quick and simple. I shopped at several dealerships for a mini van and Honda of Joliet was by far the best experience. There is a noticeable relaxed atmosphere as you walk into the dealership. The employees seem to actually like working there and it shows in the customer service. My sales associate was Justin and he was fantastic. He was concerned with my time constraints and my unique requirements for a vehicle. Justin will get a call whenever I go to purchase another vehicle.

My experience at Honda of Joliet was wonderful. I've never visited a Honda dealership that genuinely sought to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to purchasing my most recent Honda (2017 Honda Accord Sport), I've purchased two Honda Accords (2007 and 2009). I was never felt pressured to buy my car at Joliet. My salesperson, Terry Colston, was very helpful, honest, and professional. Unlike, other salesmen whom I've experienced in the past, he never crowded me or made me fell like I didn't know what I as a customer wanted. While waiting to finish paperwork, I noticed that everyone who worked their seemed to know and get along really well with each other. I think a culture like that makes the customer fell at ease. Harvey (finance person) was super and very down to earth. Oen, another person in sales, (I hope I'm spelling his name correct), was welcoming and helped me pass the time away by talking about jazz. Who knew there'd be a jazz fanatic at Honda! When the time comes for me to purchase another Honda, I will definitely turn to Honda of Joliet. I will also spread the word to my colleagues and friends here at the University of Illinois. While I live in Urbana, IL, I will definitely refer most of my needs to Honda of Joliet--plus, it's a great reason to then head over to Chicago. Honda of Joliet is awesome and has a great team.

We purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey about a month ago. The purchase process was great. Our salesman was David. The sales manager Tim and David were not pushy at all, and they were excellent to work with. However, the experience went down hill from there.
There was a minor repair on the door that needed to be fixed, so a week later when the DVD player was being installed they were going to repair the door as well. Well, it ended up not being an easy fix, so they had to send it to a body shop. I was told it would take a couple of days. It took over a week for us to get the van back. Service is impossible to get through to. There was zero communication throughout the service process, and the van door was still never fixed properly. I showed my concern about the door to the service manager, and he told me he would call me the next day with more information. Yep, no call go figure. The van was also supposed to be "detailed" for us. My 9 year old son could have "detailed" it better.
With all that said I wish I could recommend Honda of Joliet because of the decent buying experience I had there, but because of the poor service and lack of communication I can not recommend them.

If you are looking to buy, go to Rich Ponulak. He is the best! I came in multiple times before purchasing a 2018 CR-V. He answered every question and followed up after every visit. I apologized for taking up so much of his time, but he was very gracious and never seemed frustrated by all of my questions. One time he was already with another customer, so another associate, John Young, stepped in to assist. This type of service has insured that I will be a repeat customer!

THEY called ..wanted to take me out of my lease a year early and get me into newer. I SPECIFICALLY said..I have low low miles a good payment and DO NOT want to pay much more. They assured me they understood. I said I don't want to waste your time or you waste mine if we can't deal close to what I am paying now. They have the records to see what I pay and how much I put down. Emily said she would meet me at dealership and she assured me it would not be a waste of my time. Well long story short. Ted took care of me...I never even met Emily and we were not ever in the same ball park as far as pricing. So far off in fact I can't say anyone even checked a thing before I got there. My car is in excellent condition and low low miles and they wanted $3000 more from me plus price up almost $100 more.. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE....think I will run out lease....put lots more miles on it and go back to Hyundai. Walked out of there very unsatisfied. Oh but they offered me a free oil change ...... Unbelievable

This was not your typical car buying experience. In fact, it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Hardy Patel was fantastic to work with, never once applied pressure, but instead was patient (I left and came back 3 different times). He worked hard to help me purchase the car I wanted. Then, he spent extra time making sure I understood how to work everything on the car and even pre-programmed everything the way I wanted it. Grateful.

I was in and out with all the services I had done to it in about an hour or so. My car was also washed when it was returned to me. 5 stars out of 5.
