My brother and I purchased a car here and we were treated very nicely our sales advisor Ken J. Laing Sr got us a great deal. recommended.

Our salesperson, Tamara Hollaway, is awesome. The wife and I went to 8 different dealerships and Tamara was by far the most informative and knowledgable salesperson. Instead of just saying what was on CRV, she actually demonstrated and pointed out how they work. We test drove 3 different manufacturers. The 2 other salespeople answered questions we asked but Tamara actually pointed out features and showed us how to use them.

A very pleasant car buying experience. The people at Honda of Joliet are knowledgeable and courteous; our primary contact person was Rich Ponulak.

My family recently purchased a new pilot from Ted Turrisi and could not of had a more seamless experience. I found him to to be a Straightforward and experienced professional. Unfortunately for him, these Honda vehicles last a long time for our family. However, I do recommend him to any readers who are looking for a no nonsense experience and a solid vehicle.

We recently purchased an Accord from Honda of Joliet, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. Our sales consultant Ted Turrisi was extremely helpful in pointing out some of the not-so-obvious features of the car as we test-drove the vehicle, helping us arrive at a quick decision. They gave us a good price as well, and the process around completing the paper-work was also quick and easy.

This was our second purchase from Honda of Joliet within a year competitive pricing and a pleasant car-buying experience the first time around was what led us back to the store, and we were not disappointed!

I must add that I am very happy with their service department as well from my experience with the service of my first vehicle over the last one year.

Ken Laing was very helpful and accommodating as we purchased our vehicle. He was sure to make certain we got exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with our purchase. He also helped us get settled in the car and explained all the gadgets, buttons, etc. He was very patient with all our questions as well.
I agree w/ other reviewers that the dealership overall was very relaxed and had a welcoming atmosphere. Trevor was also very helpful and kind as our first contact. The only thing I would recommend is that they get chairs for the play/kid's room and chargers for the IPADS....it was a long day and having that kid's room was very useful keeping our children occupied. Thank you!

What a wonderful and easy process this was. We went to the dealership looking at cars for our 16 year old. This was an emotional purchase to begin with being such a huge milestone in our lives and our son's. We wanted something that we felt would be safe and reliable and with so many options out there, making a decision was not easy. We visited over 10 dealerships and never felt comfortable until we came here. Josh Tornabeni was understanding of everything we wanted and guided us through the process. We never felt pressured in any way and that helped make the decision easy. From the time we walked in the door we felt like he was on our side and willing to help us find the perfect car for our son. Terrible service. Had an oil change and complementary car wash. Car wash scratched and scuffed my driver and passenger side door, windows and tail light covers. When the product manager was alerted, he told me that the car was dirty and those scratches were probably there before the car wash. I emailed the main manager for a response and he didn t even have the decency to respond. Pathetic.

Best experience I have ever had, I bought my Honda Accord today and man the service was just special, I highly recommend you visit this dealership and ask for Hardy Patel, Hardy is ready for anything and makes you feel comfortable and shows that he knows his stuff, 10/10 service and best salesman I have ever met in my life.

After 3 months of searching for our next vehicle we finally found it! Test drove Lincoln MKX/Nautilus, Buick Enclave & Regal TourX, Ford Edge & Explorer & Flex, Jeep Cherokee & Grand Cherokee, Honda Pilot, Subaru Outback, Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento looking for the right fit & then the right price. The Honda Pilot was the right vehicle for us! It checked all the boxes that were important for me: safety, reliability, power, roominess & style!

A few weeks after test driving the Pilot with salesman Rich Ponulak we came back into the dealership for the dreaded price negotiations on a very busy Saturday. Rich was out on a test drive and I was set up with salesman Terry Scott to go out and drive the Pilot one last time rather than having me sitting around waiting. Once I returned Rich and Terry worked together & got me a price in writing. I left the dealership to go have lunch and crunch the numbers . When I returned back both Rich & Terry were helping other customers so I approached the sales manager Jacques Baron to accept the deal I was offered as it was the best offer I had received over the last 3 months on any of the vehicles I had looked at! He literally shook my hand congratulating/thanking me and immediately set me up with Tamara Hollaway to help get my deal wrapped up & me on my way. Once finished with Tamara I was setup with the delivery manager Kurt Holzinger who looked familiar to me (I had bought a new Civic from this dealership back in 2012) and after asking I figured out that he was my salesman back then but had been promoted since!!

All that said, on a very busy Saturday I bought a new Pilot at a ridiculously great price from a team of fantastic people! One would think dealing with several different salespeople might make things much more difficult but I was very impressed with how well they worked together throughout the process to ensure my needs were met.

After taking almost 20 test drives these past few months this dealership really set itself apart from all others for me. A great price on a nice vehicle sold by knowledgeable people who get what good customer service is and even give a handshake to finalize a deal. That s 5 stars and a looong review from me :-)

Just pulled in our garage with our new Honda Pilot! Our salesman, Ken Laing was great! My husband Jeff and I so appreciate Steve Saint Fort, service writer with Honda Joliet who referred us to Ken. Bought a 2016 Accord on Tuesday, May 24th in good faith. Honda was going to ship a Steel Gray colored vehicle (our selection) to the dealership the next day On Weds., we were told that "someone screwed up the paperwork, and sold the vehicle." We were promised another shipment on Thursday. No vehicle on Thursday. Honda said that they were going to ship the vehicle on Thursday afternoon. No vehicle on Thursday. Told "someone screwed up." Friday. Promised to ship the vehicle in from a local dealer. No vehicle until late Friday afternoon. Extremely poor customer service. You buy a car in good faith, and the dealership keeps screwing up. An "F" for customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the Honda of Joliet. With the help of Kurt Holzinger, Harvey Suga, and both the General Mangers as a team- I was able to trade in my old car and finance my 2016 Honda Accord. Kurt is awesome! Very helpful. It is obvious that he has been doing this a long time. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time I was at the dealership. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I ve had. I am extremely happy with my decision. I definitely recommend stopping by this dealership if you want the same experience.

Honda of Joliet was the third dealership I went to trying to buy a 2018 Odyssey. The first two dealerships I tried were horrible. I was apprehensive to try again but from the moment I walked in to Honda of Joliet I knew it would be a better experience. I was greeted with a smile, asked about what I was looking for and felt listened to by my salesman, Ted Turrisi. He was nothing short of excellent. I never felt pressured. He took the time to listen to my past two horror stories and assured me it would not be like that there. I felt like he was honest and caring. The financing process was incredible as well thanks primarily to the outstanding interaction with our financial consultant. I can recommend Honda of Joliet with reservation. I wish car buying experiences were like this for everyone.

Ken Liang is the best of the best! In my 20+yrs of buying cars Ken was the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. There was no pressure, he took his time to ensure everything was done correctly. It was low stress and no pressure. We go through everything without issues and when we've dealt with those high pressure, speed you through the process type sales reps, they always mess something up or you feel like you made a bad deal. With Ken, you knew you were doing the right thing, and made the perfect decision. Thanks again Ken, you truely are the best Sales Rep out there!

The service was excellent. My sales person was more than helpful and he also drove 30 miles to help me drop off my old lease. I will recommend this place to everyone. Liz from the parts department & Dennis from service was informative and helpful and very friendly easy going. Would suggest complimentary car washes on Honda models only. If not enough staff seems to be the problem for car washes or hire a middle man company for the job. Other then that great service here.
A bit pricey but I can guarantee if something goes wrong, they will take care of it if you bring it back.

My overall experience at the dealership was fantastic. Since this was my first car purchase, I was worried about not getting the full picture/getting a bad deal. However, Brian worked with me at the dealership to get me exactly what I wanted in terms of the vehicle in addition to providing me with the best possible price. Mike Poulos was amazing he was super helpful with me getting my new 2020 Honda civic. It was one of the oddest experiences being told the wanted to buy my old car and give me a brand new car but Mike explained everything from beginning to end.

Overall simple. I liked that I was able to initiate negotiations via text. That saved me a lot of time. Price was good and dealership was local. For some reason they thought I was in a tremendous hurry so they were always rushing around. I already have a Civic and this is my second (for a family member) so I didn't need much help when they made delivery but they didn't try to do anything. Even delivered the car in the rain and in the dark. That surprised me a little. Car sales has changed so much. Some for the good and some for the bad. I planned on 3 or 4 hours and if it wasn't for the 45 minute wait for financing, it would have taken less time then purchasing a new cell phone. Good???

Ken helped us out when we absolutely had to get a newer vehicle. We even left the dealership and came back. We didn t hit the exact number we were striving for, but we found a middle ground that I feel worked good for the best of both parties.

I had the worst experience with Nissan at St. Charles because they were incompetent with their work and knowledge. Also, they were not honest with me at all. On top of that, Nissan at St. Charles are scam artists. Ever since that incident, I have trouble trusting all car salesperson. Anyway, I have read reviews about this dealership on the Kelley Blue Book website. And, they have 4.8 out of 5 stars, which caught my attention. One of the reviewers is in the same boat as me in terms of bad credit. So, she did mention about her experience with Josh Tornabeni. Let me say that Josh is extremely thorough with his knowledge and care about his customers satisfaction. If he says he will put you in a car that you want, he will. Josh is a type of person who will keep his word. No doubt about it. On top of that, he will be straight forward with you and not waste any of your time. Also, Josh always made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me ease my mind because he knew how skeptical I am when it comes to purchasing a new car. Also, he wants me to feel a part of their family, which I like. Now, I am able to trust him. I will be more happy to recommend him to all my friends and family. Thanks to him, I finally have a vehicle that I always wanted, which is a brand new Honda Accord.

Excellent Service!

On November 19, I took my car for service at Honda in Joliet and received an excellent service. My car needed to stay at the dealer for a day and they offered me a car to drive home and keep it until my car was ready. This worked wonderful for me since I did not have to deal with a car rental process and expense. Than you Honda!

Great experience buying a new vehicle at Honda of Joliet. Eddie took time to explain all my new vehicle features and even to pair my phone for me.

They have a huge selection of cars and the service I got was great. I didn't have to wait or deal with pushy sales people. My certified CR-V was missing a key, and they arraigned to have one made for me in Madison b/c I didn't have extra time to wait for it the day I bought my car. Happy to be driving a car that's part of the Honda family again.

We went to the Honda superstore of Joliet because we were quoted a price online which was great. My husband did all the paperwork for financing again at a great rate. He was approved for the 0.9% interest. When we got to the dealer and went to purchase the car we were told that interest rate wasn t available. We objected and were very upset. The sales manager, Vince Clemons talked to us and because were upset said it was an error and he was sorry if he lost our business. Even when we asked to speak to him with calmer heads and make the deal he refused to do so. Very bad experience all the way around at Honda superstore if Joliet.

Eddie helped us when we were searching for a new car. We really liked his low key approach, with no pressure. We found a great car and got a great deal. We recommend Honda of Joilet and, although it's a 2 hour drive for us, we would shop here again in the future!

Honda of Joliet is very recommendable place for anyone I mean anyone who are looking for there great cars. (Throwing shade) I am a Nissan owner and nissan has flopped over the years I've have known and I still stayed content. Honda shown why there in the top position from there customer to there cars and last but not least there service to there engine. I want to really say there two great gentlemen I met today (ASH) and (KEN) there funny very down to earth when I say down to earth you just have to met these guys. Buying a car during a global pandemic is surely something out of the norm and them showed the dealership's amazing customer service by making every accommodation possible to help during the process including bringing the car to my house for a test drive and to complete all of the paperwork. They were responsive to my multiple questions and made sure that I have every bit of information that I needed regarding everything from the overall mechanics of the car to financing and the extended warranty options. I came in to get my 06 honda accord looked at and it has been taken care of but its old and been through a lot. I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and I worked with Chrisnah Sem and Missy.
