I've been buying cars since 1990 and I hate the entire experience... until now. Ted Turrisi provided the best experience in buying a new car I've ever had. Swift, attention to detail (found a slight dent on car I was buying that he indicated would be remedied within days after purchase) and awesome attitude. Also, shout out to one of the finance managers, Harvey, who encountered an issue with plate transfer but also made the correction seamlessly. Overall great experience. Thank you!!

Just purchased a 2016 CRV SE, this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever encountered when purchasing a new vehicle. Started online with Emily, within a week I was in store and working with David Nemanik. In and out in a very short time. Low rate, no hassle, and no games. Best car buying experience, truly professional and considerate of the customer's time. My other CRV is a 1999 with 202,000 miles and still going. Gotta love a Honda. I was greeted by Salesman Ken Laing this morning who was very kind and had a good sense of humor. It was a joy working with him. He had a great sense of humor and was not pushy.

Worked with Chris Sem to get a Honda Accord and he was extremely helpful. The entire experience was great and from top to bottom I d highly recommend buying a car here. Will be getting my wife s future car from here as well.

This location is great and has a solid team. It started with inquiring about a vehicle. Richelle reached out right away to let us know that whenever I was ready I could schedule a visit to see the car in question.

We came in with the intentions to just look but his level of professionalism, engagement and knowledge of the car sold us right away. We had been to three different dealerships but no one was excited to show us the vehicle we went in to see.

My great experience started before I even stepped foot in the place. I had checked on their website to see if the car I found was still available and Jessica Dempsy had texted me, telling me it was. She was real quick to text right back when I had questions and set up a time to see it right away! She was just as friendly in person! Patrick in finance was really nice as well. A few weeks ago me and my daughter went to the joliet honda dealer. The sales man Luis Segundo went a obove and beyond to help us out, answering questions with detailed information on the type of vehicle, and the options that would work best for us.
Not to mention making himself available any time we called him during the process of getting the vehicle financed, for which he also helped us with good sound advise. Overall we are really happy with the service we received at Joliet Honda and with Luis. This is the second vehicle i buy from this dealership.

I went to get my oil changed few weeks ago they didn't put the the cover guard on right so on my way home from work it came off Scratching my front bumper. I had to drive home with it rubbing on the road. Terrible customer service. If you need a good Honda dealership go to the one in Naperville. I think all these good reviews on here is when people buy the car and they ask them to write something good. Don't go here!!!!

THE DAYS OF PUSHY SALESMEN ARE OVER, thank gosh.

This was my biggest concern going into the dealership. Was someone going to force me to buy today? Would they understand that I have other options I'd like to look at? Are they going to be mad if all I want to do is test drive?

Brian K. and Shahera were the most honest and understanding sales people I have had the pleasure to work with. They made me feel very comfortable and were not pressuring me into any decisions I was not ready to make.

Shahera greeted us at the door, listened to my story and knew exactly who I should go to regarding my situation. Boy was she right!

Brian K. showed me the car I was looking for (Honda Civic 2016) and was very well educated on the ins-and-outs of the Civic. He was quick to reply to all of my questions and even helped me brainstorm other car companies I could look at that have similar car styles. He knew I was only there to test drive and never once pushed me into purchasing...but he also knew I'd be back :) and he was right.

Needless to say, I did not test drive ANY other cars. The dealership did not have the EXACT car I wanted, but that wasn't a thing to Brian. He located, picked up and made available the EXACT car for me 3 days later (amazing!!).

I went back to purchase the car, the staff celebrated and shared my excitement for the whole 2 hours that I was there. Brian even re-arranged the cars in the parking lot so I could get a good picture with my new lady in red ;)

Parking lot and showroom are so small. We were greeted by a receptionist (?) but never by a sales associate... After climbing in and out of an odyssey for 10-15 minutes, I expected to find someone to ask some questions... never found anyone.

Just purchased our second vehicle from Honda of Joliet. As expected our experience this time around (just as our first experience) was easy and seem less. Mike Poulos took care of everything and was very nice and informative. He took his time with us and made our choice an easy one.
