Amazing experience. After having an AWFUL experience at a privately owned dealership 2 years ago while buying my first car I appreciate everything that Kurt, Joe, and Tim did for me while test driving and purchasing my new(used) Honda Fit! This is my 2nd experience in 3months with Honda of Joliet and it has only gotten better than earlier. Extremely co-operative sales team made my experience of owning a Honda CRV Touring a dream come true. As I come from out of town, they made every effort possible so that I dont have to wait longer to take the delivery. I purchased my new pilot at Honda of Joliet. It was overall a great experience. I was very skeptical about the whole sales experience since I have had bad luck in past dealerships. The whole sales team was awesome to work with from the porter, who put on my plates, to the sales manager, Jacque, who worked my numbers! If you want an outstanding and knowledgeable sales person, see Jake Jordan. He walked me and my wife around our new vehicle explaining all the features. He even entertained random questions from my children. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. They did not even try to put me in another vehicle I did not want. Don't believe the negative reviews about this dealer. I don't normally write reviews but I felt this experience needed one! Thanks again Honda of Joliet.

I went to this Honda Dealership last night and was helped by Mike Poulos. The car I was originally interested was already sold, but he helped me find a car that worked with my price point and my needs and wants in a car.

I must say, Mike was a pleasure and a delight to work with, pleasant and friendly, but also professional and knowledgable. He was able to answer every question I had, or get an answer rather quickly. I also appreciated that he was able to get all the paperwork filled out very quickly and with no hassle. I highly recommend him as a sales rep to anyone!

Of the dealership I thought it was well run, lots of good quality cars, and excellent professionalism I expect from the Honda brand!

I have never felt as secure and taken care of by car salesman than I did with Josh Tornebeni. From the moment my husband and I walked on the lot, with our sights set on a 2009 Honda CRV, Josh took care of us. Any type of major purchase makes me nervous, but he honestly made the experience so calming. He printed out the Car Fax for the CRV and just being able to have all the information about a vehicle you're about to purchase, given to you by a dealership, furthered our confidence in the purchase. What we wanted was top priority and it showed. He even gave a reference for someone to fix my husband's cracked windshield on his truck when walking us out. Josh Tornebeni goes above and beyond for his customers and has only your best interest at heart.

Outstanding customer service... Jerry the service manager is an absolute stand up guy. Justin was a class act and did everything in his power to bring my price down and guide me through the way. They even offered me a ride in the area so I could go on with my day. I drive over 50 miles to come to this dealership just for the outstanding customer care and great service. It is hard to find dealers who keep it real and reach above and beyond to do what is best for you. Thank you again Honda of Joliet!!!

Honda of Joliet is great! We went in to look at a car. We dealt with Alex Mendoza and Justin Magee. They were fantastic through the whole process. We ended up buying the car we looked at. After buying the car (FYI a used car) we noticed that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the alignment was slightly off. We went back to Honda of Joliet and voiced our concerns. They were fantastic. Alex set up an appointment with service since we couldn't stay and wait that day. Brought the car in for appointment. They checked it out and said it needed brakes but they had to order them (my car is a Nissan not a Honda) Since we had to wait on the parts they sent me home in a 2018 Honda Pilot loaner car. (Great car if anyone is curious. Super spacious with 3rd row seating.) I dealt with a guy named Tony in service and he was amazing! He was friendly and accommodating. I have never had such fantastic service both buying and after. I definitely recommend Honda of Joliet to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Tyler and Luis were the greatest employees EVER! They helped me through the whole process of buying a Type R. They went out of their way to help me out in numerous ways. The deal almost went awry 2 times and they stepped in and made sure I came back to them with their awesome interpersonal skills. These are the young guns who should be selling these cars! They don't play games and are straight to the point. It is an extremely rare car and other dealerships mark up the price. This was the only dealership in Chicagoland in the last 2 years that offered to sell it for MSRP.

Best car buying experience yet! ASK FOR TED TURRISI! Ted went out of his way in every way possible! I wanted a black exterior/black interior Civic EX-T, and they did not have one in their lot. He looked and called multiple different dealerships to find it and had it delivered to the dealership in Joliet. He even came in on his day off so I could buy the car since that is when I had off of work! He explained every option the car had and even showed me how to use it all. He made the buying process very smooth and enjoyable.

I walked in expecting to get hustled as you hear in so many stories but instead I was greeted by Saul Rodriguez, the best salesman I've ever met. He helped me out with a great price on a great vehicle and bore the freezing cold just to help me find said vehicle. If that were not enough a couple weeks later when I was involved in a vehicle accident Saul went out of his way to help me out with questions and information that I had and to coordinate with my insurance agency. Update: six years later and no regrets! We've been back for two more vehicles since my last review. Each experience has been great and the service department has been getting better too! My most recent buy involved me shopping around for an upgrade to my wife's minivan. I found an Odyssey at HoJo online that I liked and made an inquiry. From first contact, Richelle Summers was responsive, respectful, and super nice! She found us the right deal. Unfortunately Richelle had to leave on a trip so I closed the deal with Rich Ponulak who was very accommodating. Such a solid sales team and a very satisfied customer. Thank you both!

Eddie Huerta did a great job when I bought my 2013 Subary Outback there yesterday. I did my research and I feel like I got a good deal after driving a couple of other cars at other dealerships. I would recommend going there.

I ve worked with a lot of dealerships in my past and while looking for my new car, I was going to go with another Subaru from auto barn (where I bought my pervious), in reality wanted to get an Accord sport 2.0t, but I just didn t think I would be able to afford it. I received a call from Honda of Joliet and they started to work with me right away to try and get me the car for the price I need. I decided to skip my second meeting with Subaru to discuss things further. I was very impressed while talking to them over the phone and when I came in I was impressed even more. They worked with me to fit my needs and their level professionalism was surprising as well, big props to the sales man Ken btw. I knew what I need in order to get the car and after getting my trade in appraised and checking my interest rate, the price was no where I was able to afford and the APR was way to high (even with great credit), but after a lot of discussion and working with their manager John and the finance manager Patrick, they were able to get me exactly where I needed and Ive never been happier. They were extremely professional and worked with my every step of the way to see me in the car i wanted. I got a honest feeling that they weren t just trying to sell a car but actually cared for my needs and I ve never had a better dealership experience. I ve never heard of Honda Of Joliet and wasn t to sure about them, but after working with them I recommend that everyone at least give them a a shot and see what they can do for you.

I took my Honda CR-V 2017 into on Thursday to have a recall fixed for a software update due to oil dilution. They did something to my car that disabled my lower center console and the heating/cooling system does not work. My car just pumps in freezing cold air in from the outside at full blast. I called back and all the response was to bring the car back in and they have no idea why that would happen. I shouldn t have to waste my time bringing my car back to them for something they messed up on. If you want your car fixed the first time, and better customer support, I d recommend going to a different Honda dealership.

I upgraded from a 1 Star to a 3 star. After posting this they called me and arranged for my car to be picked up and dropped it off once they fixed the issue. They also filled my car up with gas, which was nice of them. It still should have not been given back to me with the issue originally though.

Lots of research and shopping around brought me to Honda of Joliet. My Chevy Cruze was coming to it's lease end and I needed to find a car to meet my needs. In comparing the Ford Fusion, Chevy Malibu and Honda Accord, the Honda Accord Sport with Sensing beat the competitors hands down.

I started my information seeking at Honda with Josh Tornabeni at Honda of Joliet. On my first visit I took brochures for the Honda Accord and Honda CR-V. A month later when I was serious about moving out of my Cruze I made an internet inquiry and was quickly answered by Linda Soto. Linda did a lot of fact finding and answered a lot of my questions before I came back into the dealership. She was very helpful. Linda handed me back over to Josh with preliminary numbers and my daughter and I came in and test drove a HR-V and an Accord with sensing. After listening to my "wants and needs for safety" Josh helped me decided that the "sensing" feature was EXACTLY what I was looking for. The competitors had the fun technology functions but when I looked at driving everyday with my 8 year old with me, the "sensing" technology was the extra safety features that I wanted. The Accord Sport was not only fun and had lots of extras on it, but it had the sensing feature that I wanted and needed. Josh's patience and answers to my millions of questions made the buying experience smooth and easy. He was great with my daughter too and had no issues answering questions from the future 8 year old passenger. Many salespeople don't have patience with kids as it takes up extra time if a sale is not made that day...
