Went on Saturday 9-7-19, to get my new Accord Sport 2019 and JB (JUSTIN) was my salesman and he did an outstanding job as always. This is my second time going there and getting a new car and JB took care of me both times, why change a good thing, right? He was very professional and knowledgeable about the Accord Sport and showed me and explain all the bells and whistles. The process was smooth and easy. He gave me plenty of water too, LOL. The car was given to me all washed and shined up and ready for the party. JB is an asset to Honda Of Joliet without a question. I ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and it s because of salesmen like JB that treat you like family. The sales manager, John Wise, restored our faith in this dealership. This morning, I had a 10am appointment to get an oil change. At 1:00pm, my car still wasn't ready. I asked for my car back, went home, and called the sales manager, telling him that although my wife and I both had bought brand new cars from him in the last year, we would not return for business because a dealership is only as good as their service department. John apologized profusely, and asked me if he could have a chance to make it right. Reluctantly, I returned, and sure enough, he personally handled my situation and my car's oil change was finished in a half hour. Also, I had backed out of my garage on the way back to the dealership and accidentally ripped the mirror housing off of my side view mirror. Recognizing my upset, and even though it was not his responsibility to replace the part, he offered to order one for me anyway, as a gesture of good faith. I will now happily give this dealership my business. They don't forget about you after the sale.

Ken helped us with our visit, and he was great! He was kind and just superb with helping us through the whole car buying process.He did everything in his power to get me in a car the day of visiting, and got us a phenomenal deal for a great looking car!

I'm more than happy to share the experience our family had with Honda of Joliet. This story could have been quite ugly. However, they stepped up to the plate and stood by the product they sold. My daughter had saved all year to purchase her first vehicle so that she could have transportation while at college. She chose a used Honda Pilot from Honda of Joliet. Mind you, it was an inexpensive vehicle with quite a few miles but perfect for what she needed and it was in good shape. However, a little over 30 days after she purchased it, the timing belt snapped. I had it towed to a mechanic, that is a friend of mine, to look at it. He said that the engine heads were bad and needed major work. I contacted Honda and John Wise returned my call. Explaining the situation, he agreed to tow it to Honda and look at it. To our great surprise, they fixed everything for my daughter without any cost! They even performed the air bag recall and touched up the bumper that had scratches on it. John and Dennis saved our family quite a bit of heartache and saved my daughter's hard earned money. If you are looking for a vehicle, keep Honda of Joliet at the top of your list. Thank you again for your integrity!

This was the second time buying a car here and I was very disappointed. The salesmen was super nice and helpful that day. I realized the next day that there was something wrong with the infotainment of my brand new car. The salesmen never again answered calls, texts, or emails. I made a service appointment - and the "manager" dismissed me and said the issue i'm having wasn't important. Basically said "its supposed to not work." I reached out to the salesperson an his assistant several times and I have yet to hear back from anyone. My infotainment still doesn't work, and its been two months. Very disappointing!

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. What is normally a long drawn out painful process, was quick and stress free. My first interaction was through email with Shahera, she was very professional and quick you respond to all my inquiries. She scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Brian Krakowski. Brian was very patient as we drove basically every model on the lot. I'm a very indecisive person... Moreover he was transparent and honest with me about what features truly fit my personal needs. With his recommendation I ended up purchasing a car with which I really couldn't be happier. I will be referring any friends, family, strangers, really anyone who will listen to Brian specifically. He's a stellar dude.

Been going to Honda of Joliet for years for my Honda Pilot and have not had any issues following the advice of knowledgeable and compassionate service advisors. They price match for the more expensive services if you can find cheaper, and they let me know if there are service specials so I can save a little on services.

I just got my van serviced here. And they were so awesome. Gave me a rental for the few hours that they had it. I went to pick it up and they were shampooing my carpet cause they got a drop of gas on the carpet. They completely cleaned my carpet and wiped down the interior. It smells so good in there. I almost cried when I picked it up. I am so happy with this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Krystle, Oren, Harvey and John King. As a first time car buyer I had no idea what I was getting into. But these people made the process seamless and professional. I went to this store knowing what I wanted to purchase but I had no intention in purchasing that day, let's just say Mike Poulos made me an offer I couldn't resist. I ended up purchasing a 2020 CR-V from Honda of Joliet. I worked with the salesman Terry, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Terry was very laid back and never once did I feel like he tried to push me into something I did not want. He listened to me to find me the options I wanted on my vehicle, and clearly told me the differences in price to compare.
What I liked best about Terry was while on the test drive Terry took me through every little detail of each feature of the vehicle. He made sure to go through everything slowly so I understood how things worked and the differences on other models if I chose to change something. During the test drive he made sure I got ample time of both city and highway driving experience so I really could feel how the vehicle performed.

We bought a used Honda Pilot. Everyone we worked with at Joliet Honda was great. Ted is the best!

The service sales adviser, Dennis @ Honda Joliet lied to me.
He tried to sell me services amounting to over $600, of which over $400 was labor alone.
I asked if the service advisers were paid on commission, first he got extremely defensive & rude, then & he told me, NO.
I later spoke to the Service Manager , he said yes, the service advisers are paid commission on the services they sell.
Therefore, it s obvious to me that these service advisers WILL tell you need specific services on your vehicle, when in reality you don t.
If a service adviser makes commission on the services they sell, then you know darn well they WILL sell & pitch services on your vehicle & provide a quote. even though you don t necessary need those services.
Still waiting on a call back from the District Manager, won t hold my breath.
I was actually considering trading in for a new Honda vehicle, not anymore.
Honda just lost my families business.

I just bought a used and certified 2016 Honda Accord Sport model. I'm enjoying the car, which feels like a luxury vehicle after my 2005 Honda Civic. Although I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, my salesman Ken Laing was attentive and perceptive. He helped me define my own preferences, and found a car with 27,000 miles and in a good-looking cranberry red color. A shout-out also to Angela for her phone assistance.

The financial and sales lacks in communication. They lie just to get sales. Very disappointed.

Excellent car buying experience constant checks if the process was going OK and if I required anything at all. Got full trade in value of what my car was worth and got the highly sought after new to the US Type R. I would recommend them to family and friends. Previously, bought a Pilot from them and also had a great experience with them.

I recently took my CR-V in for some basic maintenance. I knew what I wanted done and was not pressured to do any other service. That to me is a big plus. Cudos to Steve who took care of it all professionally. 4 star rating due to my car not being in the area I was told for pickup... But again cudos to Steve who must have seen me from inside wandering around and came out to see what was wrong then went to get my car. Overall great experience.
