Very nice selection of new Honda s, not a big selection for used cars. But still found a great car 2017 Accord. Angela from Customer Care was very instrumental and My salesman Chris Sem was very helpful and did not push too hard, that was not the case at Toyota Romeoville. Stop in and see Chris !

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new Honda Pilot, and our experience once again with Honda of Joliet was excellent, from start to finish. Shahera Boyd and Brian K were awesome to work with and made us feel comfortable during the process. They were both very personable, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient and we give them our highest recommendations. If you are looking to buy or lease, definitely ask for Shahera and Brian K.

I bought my H-RV three month ago. Rich Polunak was excellent sales consultant. He did a great job. Everything went smoothly and very professional. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

Ken Laing worked with me to find something that would work around my price range. There isn t too much selection for lower budgets but the cars are worth the price and will last a long time. Leasing prices are great if you re looking into those options. Thank you Ken for my first car!

Mr. Poulos has assisted in my purchasing of two vehicles. He is always very kind, respectful, and works hard to be sure his customers are happy. After purchasing the first Honda from Mr. Poulos I brought it in for service several months later. He immediately recognized me by name, and appeared genuinely happy to see me and offer any assistance. Every visit has been that way. Mike Poulos and Honda of Joliet are an absolute must!!!

I told him what my needs and limitations were and he went to work and found me a great fit - I love my new whip! Mike made sure I was comfortable the entire time and he made it his mission to keep me informed so I knew where my deal was every step of the way. Mike also made sure I knew all the features of my new ride before leaving the lot which was so appreciative as I was able to set up all the features to my liking at home. The experience was easy and painless and I have already referred a friend to Mike and made a deal the following week (also thrilled with her experience). I have great exeperience with Hardy about certified honda odyssey, he provide me all information and i will be in touch with him once I m in market for certified honda or new honda odyssey .

I took my 2008 Honda ridgeline to this dealership unfortunately. It needed a new radiator and the front side of my head replaced because a spark plug blew out. After spending over $5000 I received my truck back with an engine light on and missing components to my engine compartment. I took my truck back and after numerous complaints about their job they performed on my vehicle they replaced the O2 sensor that they damaged and the missing components that they did not put back on my vehicle when they were through fixing it. Now two years later the head gasket is leaking that they put on. I highly recommend nobody services their vehicle here ever.

We had a great experience purchasing a certified used Honda. Emily Thompson and Shahera Boyd of Internet department were helpful before we arrived providing information about the car in which we were interested and answering questions. Our salesman, Chris Sem was helpful and friendly. The Manager, John King helped us through the process and was helpful when we made it clear we weren t interested in an extended warranty, service package or other extras. The finance manager, Bill Doepp, helped us with the financing and was very gracious about not trying to sell us anything more. (I have had to fight with finance managers before). Overall this was a pleasant and quick experience.

I came in after receiving prices from several dealerships in my area and decided to go with this dealership because they contacted me first. Although they didn't have the cheapest pricey salesman honored the lowest price I received from another dealership. If you're looking to purchase a car ask for Oren, he is honest and will try to get you out as fast as possible. I didn't intend on purchasing the day I came in but he gave me an amazing deal that I couldn't walk away from on a car that I have wanted since I was a teen. The only true issue I ran into was with Patrick the finance guy. He was rude and tried to make it sound like I had a reason to lie about my deal being no money down and no first month payment. He really annoyed me and had it not been for the amazing experience I had with Orin I would have said you know what you can keep the car. Overall it's been an amazing purchase and I love my new Honda Civic Hatchback. Thank you Orin for your time and all thanks to Justin, if I recall correctly that's his name, for taking care of me when Orin had to step out for a family event.

Just had a great experience buying my first Honda. Had been looking at the new Accords for a few months when, all of a sudden, my previous car started acting up. Shot them a email about test driving a car I saw online, promptly received a confirmation and was all set. That evening I test drove a couple of freshly cleaned car with Terry Scott. He was very personable and did not pressure me in the least bit. Needless to say I am now very happy with my new Accord.
