Could've gotten a better deal on the car, but still happy with the service! John King Jr. is the best car salesman- very personable, helpful, and willing to help you get the price you want (however the owner obviously still has the most say). Overall very happy with the car!

They found the exact car I wanted from another dealer and transferred it to Joliet with no additional cost. David was ready for me and made the process very quick for the purchase day. This dealership treated my family like royalty! We were traveling from out-of-town on vacation with a packed vehicle and had an issue with our engine light. We made our way to this dealership. They did not know us from Adam. Turns out our van had to be in the shop for several days and Honda Corp. would pay for the service repairs. But this dealership knew we had 2 small children in car seats and had to get home. They paid for us to rent a car and travel the rest of our 7 hours home. We did not have to make a fuss, they just offered it and helped us get on the road again as fast as they could. Our service adviser made sure our van was fixed properly. The mechanic was knowledgeable and thorough. The owner shook my hand. They made a painful event as pleasant as they could. The folks on Plainfield Road went the extra mile to treat us right!

Came in for oil change with appointment, told 1.5 hours, still here, almost 2 hours. Would not be so mad if the mechanics weren"t laughing and joking with the female advisor when I went to garage to check on what was taking so long, as my van was on the lift with no one doing anything. And only 3 other people waiting, not at a busy time. Now I just got attitude from Vince the tech. I patiently waited the time I was told it would take.

Two words....Ted Turrisi. First time ever walking on a Honda dealership lot and Ted went above and beyond to make it the enjoyable (if that's even possible) car buying experience to date. From start to finish I was treated professionally. Customer service and sales for that matter is a dying Art Form. Ted Turrisi is a master of the craft. If I ever need another Honda I know who I'm coming back to and if anyone I know needs one this is the guys card I'm giving them. Come see Ted.

Looking for used pre-owned car was posted online but the car was sold, I got there and they told me they forgot to remove the add, I don't know about that but still I was checking price like every dealer around price skyrocking too high there is no way too get a deal no more.

Terrible customer service. Managers don't call back. After an change they forgot to tighten some thing and the oil spilled out. Also they lost my paperwork, just really poor service each time I've gone.

Honda of Joliet has provided us with excellent customer service! Most recently I had started my week by waking to a flat tire. I called and spoke with service writer, Steve Fortnight, he was extremely helpful and directed me to bring the vehicle in right away. Upon my arrival the tire I needed was not in stock, so Steve offered that the technician would install my spare for me until they received the tire. I was very grateful to hear, as I was waiting, that a shipment had arrived and they now had the tire I needed. My new tire was installed that morning and I was able to continue onto work for the day. I highly recommend Honda of Joliet!

My wife and I just had the best experience buying her first brand new car a 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L. We made the trip from Aurora all the way to Honda of Joliet cause all the positive recommendations from family and friends. We were not disappointed. I can honestly say I look forward to buying our family s next new car when my children come of driving age which is right around the corner. We purchased 2 new vehicles from Honda Superstore in Joliet, a Pilot and Accord. The salesman Justin Bazan was very helpful and went out of his way to make this a good buying experience for my family. After selecting the vehicles and colors, at the very last minute my daughter decided to change colors on her new Honda Accord [girls prerogative]. Without any hesitation and already being there for nearly 2.5 hours Justin rushed to his Manager and halted the paperwork so that my daughter could get her dream car. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Let me also add that they are right off the highway, which makes it super convenient. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone that is shopping for a new vehicle..

Angela Polichemi helped me with all my questions about the vehicle and also helped to extend normal put-on-hold time so I could fly from Kansas City to see this beauty. David Nemanik was extremely helpful and professional - I arrived to the dealership at 8 am. and he was already there making sure the car is ready for me. We test drive the vehicle, he explained every function this car has, it felt like the car was smarter them me. Of course I bought it. David prepared me well to drive back to Kansas City. In couple of hours we got thru all paperwork. Harvey Suga was quick and professional with signing process. In next few days they followed up with me if I got back OK and if everything is OK with the car.

I have had my '05 Odyssey in their repair bays 3 times in the last 3 months for both major and minor maintenance. Each time I was met by a service tech with a battery meter before I was even checked in, who printed off a battery test slip. All three slips read "FLOODED" and state that "Battery replacement is highly recommended".

Since my battery is a 5-year warranty Interstate under 1 year old, I went up to Interstate for a battery check and possible replacement. They opened the battery and tested all of the chambers as well as a load check for how well it is charging. The battery rates the same as new.

This sure seems like a nasty scam to run on your customers-and if it's a "faulty meter", shame on you for not catching it at any time in the last three months! On one of these visits your "battery check" stated that our battery needed replacement, but the diagnostic report on the entire vehicle listed our battery as excellent condition.

I expected better from a Honda dealership than this shady back-alley method of running up the bill. This blatant attempt to pad the bill by selling batteries is really disgusting, but perhaps not terribly surprising.

I have been using their repair shop off and on for 8 years, due to limited options, and have had very mixed results. Sometimes they are very personable and work hard to figure out what's wrong, and to correct any problems with a reasonable bill. Other times I get brushed off and told "there's not a problem with your vehicle", even if there is a technical service bulletin on the problem I am experiencing--Usually if I am there without my husband. On one occasion I reported the same problem more than once, over a period of a year, then when they finally acknowledged it, I was made to feel I had neglected the repair. On another occasion they cut a gasket while doing a recall repair, and the car leaked gasoline fumes so strongly the entire house smelled-through the closed garage door. Quality control?

There have been good experiences as well, and complaints are often dealt with well after the fact, but you have to be very careful. This battery scam I really thought was beneath them, but it's pretty hard to argue after 3 tests in under 3 months.

Eddie is a very good worker he made the process so much easier and I came out with a brand new car!

Oil changes everywhere usually take about half an hour. A dealer a little bit more. So what are you complaining about? It is always cheaper someplace else. Only a fool has their oil changed at a Honda dealer.

I am taking time to write this review as I feel it is not too often a salesman will willingly and genuinely go beyond necessary to win the appreciation _and_ admiration of a customer. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Josh Tornabeni's high level of professionalism and candor when my husband and I visited Honda of Joliet recently to potentially purchase a car.

Josh approached us in a non-intrusive and most gentleman-like way from the start. He asked us how we were doing and whether there was anything he could do (or get!) for us while we perused the showroom and, subsequently, the dealer lot. Instead of being a pushy salesman who frankly can make anyone's skin 'crawl with disdain', Josh impressed us with his courtesy and his knowledge of _every_ car we inquired about. He truly exceeded our expectations in a real, genuine professional manner. He spoke directly to both of us (instead of the usual man-to-man I have often experienced when making large purchases), making eye contact to both of us in our communications; quite respectfully, respectful.

Great experience all around! Krystle was prompt in returning our phone call and setting up a time to test drive. Natalia was helpful, informative, friendly, but not pushy in the sales department. Her manager, Mike, worked behind the scenes to make a deal for us. And Harvey rounded out the team with patient cooperation and information as we decided what financing and warranty would work best for my budget.

I love the service!! Denis is great to work with, he made sure I understood everthing that was going to happen with my car and that I was in good hands. I worked with Emily from internet sales to get some information on a Civic I was interested in. Coming from Chicago I was happy to have her help me make sure the trip to Joliet was worth it.

My sales person was Eddie H. And he was very pleasant to work with. Was fair on price and negotiations while still being very friendly.

My only gripe was it took a while to get the car ready after purchasing, but I think that s because it was busy and they put care into touching it up.

We had been researching new cars for several months knowing the time was coming. After car trouble on my way back from my parents out of state, it was time. I knew I wanted the new Accord but hadn't researched dealers. Because I was carless, my boyfriend dropped me off at work and went over to Honda of Joliet to see what they had to offer. Amazingly within no time he found me the perfect Accord and a fantastic deal!!! Ted Turrisi was our salesperson and he worked miracles making the whole process smooth and painless!! I met with Andi to discuss the financing, where there were no surprises, and I drove off in my brand new Accord. I sooo love it!!!
