I purchased a new Civic a couple of weeks ago and Justin helped the process go smoothly, as well as helping me get a fair price according to prices I found while researching the vehicle online.

An absolutely great place to shop for a car! Linda and Mike took care of what I need and want, especially the price. Bought a civic hatchback EX, great deal, great car, great people at Honda of Joliet.

I brought my rottweiler, bella, with me and she was cheerfully welcomed by Linda, Mike, and the rest of the staff. My pup had a blast with all the attention she received from the great staff of Honda of Joliet!

Had a really great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Liz was my dedicated person she was very informative and helpful. As we test drove vehicles she was personal and relatable and had a very good attitude. She made sure she answered any and all questions that I had prior to me leaving.

Just called this dealership to ask for an Internet Sales Manager. Got directed to a lady named Pam. I asked if she was the Internet Sales Manager just like all the other dealerships I called right before her and she says to me in a very aggressive tone "IT IS A HER SIR" to which I tell her I asked to speak with an Internet Sales Manager did no mention a him or a her. She responds saying "I AM THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER AND IT THROWS YOU OFF BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN?". I hadn't even mentioned anything and she was accusing me of discriminating against her because she was a woman. NO WAY IN HELL I'M DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE A CAR.

UPDATE:
Called back the dealership to complain about Pam. Was told I would be transferred to a GM and surprisingly the phone was disconnected. I call back and talk to the same girl again and after being put on hold a bit she picks up the call again telling me the GM is busy all the while I can hear another lady in the background laughing at which point its obvious there is no use wasting any of my time dealing with such a low-class dealership.

I bought a car a few days ago. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the price transparency. Chris Sem is a great salesman, very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy.

My family decided to stop by the dealer on a rainy saturday -two weeks ago just to see how the new accord looks like. Our salesperson was Chris -Chrisnah Sem. Good service, not much selection for people looking for cheaper options. Generally overpriced just like any other dealership.

Rich Ponulak has been our wonderful salesperson for 3 different cars! We return and request him EVERY time! Luis was also so helpful and knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles on the new model.

I drove more than 100 miles to Honda of Joliet to have a very good car buying experience. Em S and Rick K in particular were great help to have a nice deal and service. Thank you folks! As an out of state customer, I could not write a personal check which I brought but sent them a cashiers check the next day. But overall experience was very good.

I am happy with my new car! Rachael was very knowledgeable. She was not pushy and was helpful getting me the right CR-V for me. Very personable and easy to work with. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great place to buy a car. One Sales person Chris was incredibly kind and knowledge with vehicles. Chrisnah Sem helped me to get my 2017 CRV and got me a great price for my old 2013 CRV. I feel, like he was great on working a great deal with me and also added a remote start. Ask for Chris when you come in checking for a Car. I usually never give 5 starts, but Chris made the difference.

I went into grab some parts for a car I was working on and I ran into a service advisor named Dani Menue. It looked like she was very busy, but she took the time to direct me where to go and made my visit very quick and way easier than I expected. I appreciated her great attitude and smile. Just finished purchasing a CR-V for my father with help from Lisett and Rich. Both were extremely helpful and patient through the entire process. I could not ask for better internet and floor sales people. I would definitely buy from Honda Joliet again!

Worst services , i had been told that i will get 10 free services vouchers as part of my pilot purchase and now when i came after a few , they started telling me that i only have 2 years of free services and i had just crossed one month ,i asked them to honor it as courtesy as i drove 20 miles to get this done in joliet store . I will never recommend this store to anyone .. This dealership should upscale customer service asap ...

Russ did a great job of taking care of my 2011 Ridgeline. It needed and oil change and engine coolant flush and it was done in a good amount of time at a fair price.

I always feel welcomed coming into Honda of Joliet. I ve been working with Oren and Shahera for a few years now and they are always so willing to help and answer any questions I have. Oren always makes sure that I m getting taken care of. I also worked with Tamara who did a great job explaining all the details regarding my new vehicle to make it a smooth and easy transition. We recently purchased a 2019 passport and we couldn t be happier. It is an amazing vehicle. Justin Bazan was our sales guy and we just can t say enough about what a pleasant experience he made it. No pressure and lots of good honest information. I absolutely hate shopping for new cars and just kept putting it off. Now I know who to go to when we need the next one. I highly recommended him and Honda of Joliet. We visited 2 other dealerships and were not happy with our experiences there. Customer Service: We had a wonderful experience from Sales - Finance team, we specially thanks to Hardy Patel, who really guided us to the best choice of color for our first 2020 Honda Odyssey, we came with different color in mind and he showed us the color we wanted but he recommended another color which we all liked and purchased based on his recommendation. Hardy was so Kind and helpful from the moment we walked in till we left the dealership. He showed us all the features and function of the New car.

Bought a 2020 Odyssey. While most of the negotiations were done beforehand, I want to give a shout out to Ken Laing who provided excellent service getting all the paperwork filled out and going over the car. He explained things really well, was very efficient and conscientious in terms of making sure we didn t spend too much time given we had our two kids with us, who he was great with, and that we had driven 2 hours to get the car. Helped make sure everything was ok before we left, that all our questions were answered and that we knew exactly where to find any information we needed. Great experience!

Poor customer service!!! I Set up an appointment at 9:30am to address a recall for a simple headlight switch, sat and waited till 11:37am only to be told "There was some splicing on the wires and the only way to accomplish the recall is to pay $1,170." What a Con move!!

My sister reached out to Honda of Joliet because other dealerships were not being fair. When I got there every was so nice. I could not believe that sales people or anyone who worked for a car dealership could be nice or make the car buying experience a pleasant one. My sales person Terry Scott was amazing and has made himself available for any questions I might have afterwards. Even though my sister spoke with Shahera and Andi, they made it a point to introduce themselves to me and that made me feel good about being there. Patrick the Finance Manger was up front with me on everything. At the end of the day, when someone buys a vehicle they want to feel good about their purchase and I do. Keep up the good work. I will definitely try hard to send customers your way.

I highly recommend Honda of Joliet for your car buying needs. Andi in internet sales was very responsive and Justin took great care of me once I was the dealership. I priced 5 area dealerships and Honda of Joliet were the most competitive.

I spent a few days speaking with customer service representative LaChelle Eisnaugle on the phone and throught email. She was always so pleasant and continued to give me daily updates on the car we wanted. We decided to go to another Honda Dealer based on a lower cost. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience there and they automatically added a package onto the car that we were never told about. This brought the cost to about the same as we would have paid at Joliet Honda. The lack of respect we were shown at Honda City Chicago was horrible. We almost left, however we had driven 2 1/2 hours to Chicago and needed to get back to Madison with a new car. Timing was against us, as we were in a rental since our Pilot Elite we bought 5 months ago was recently hit by another car and totaled. Hindsight is always keener, but for future reference I would definitely contact Honda Joliet again.

We set a time for pickup and then asked to come in earlier when he was busy with another customer and he said sure I will take care of you both at the same time, he said they use the term juggle for this. We will refer him to other people. Also happy with dealership!

Process was very straightforward. I hate buying cars knowing the negotiation and paperwork is a pain. But Eddie and Mike were straightforward. No nonsense and straight to the point. Very friendly service. The paperwork is really quick. Definitely would come back here again!
