Oil change was cheaper than originally quoted and my service man was super courteous the whole time.

Went into Honda to take a look at some vehicles I would like to get into once I get my credit right. Terry Scott helped me find something in my budget that wouldn t cause me to struggle. I appreciate his honesty and hard work! Even though I went in to look for a car that was more money which is always good for them... he remained honest and had my best interest in mind sticking to the best affordable budget. Thank you a million!

Gerry Pastore was the best sales person to work with. The temperature was 10 below zero the day we went out to buy a car and he did his best in bringing the cars over for a test drive and cleaning the snow/ice on the car. He also got us the good deal and we were in and out of the dealership in 2-3 hours after buying a Honda Odyssey. Thanks Gerry!

Amazing experience! I spoke with Tyler on the phone which then made me comfortable traveling over 2 hours with kids to see a specific Honda Odyssey! He was so helpful, kind, and kept in contact with us on the trip up. He set us up with a sales consultant named Liz which was the perfect match for us! She was so kind; personable, fun, and knowledgeable! She was up front and honest about everything without pressuring us. Unfortunately, we did not have this experience at other dealerships. The rest of the team was enthusiastic and very personable also! The Odyssey was priced very well! Would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy from them again!

People are nice and professional. Rachel Acker was a person who was helping me. During the test drive Rachel explained me superiority of the car as well as advantages of different types of financing. Actually it has helped me to clarify my mind and straightened decision making process.

I had the best experience at Honda of joliet, it was the best because of the sells lady I had Tamara Hollaway, she was so knowledgeable , she answered all my questions, very patient with me to find and get the right car I wanted, it was a wonderful experience with plenty of cars to look at and she new them all well so I could make the right choice for me. I would recommend Oren to be your sales man! Just recently bought my first car here, a 2019 Civic Sedan, and for being my first time Oren was beyond helpful especially with helping me find the best car for me with a great deal! Oren was friendly and patient. He made sure I knew everything about my new car. I couldn t have asked for a better sales man! I would also say in financing, Harvey was very helpful and friendly!

What can I say they turned a horrible day into a great one. Online price is $20,864, she have no idea why the online price is cheaper. So, she is going to bring that to management attention.

I came to this superstore because it was close to my home and conveniently located. My husband and I were met with Rachel at the door. She was very knowledgeable and patient in dealing with us. We were greeted by a super friendly staff that made sure we were comfortable. Rachel was great and wasn t your typical sales person pushing you to make a decision. My experience was actually very good. Nelson Caban and Shahera Boyd were the two people I dealt with. One online and one in person. I was dealing with some family things and couldn't get over there so I did most everything online and when I went in, it was everything just like agreed in our online talks. I love this dealership and this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. I trust them and love the fact that when you go in to have your car serviced, the wait isn't like ordinary places.

Good place to get a good deal on great cars. Very helpful when needed transportation when car was being fixed with recalls and or repairs.

Purchased a vehicle over a week ago from Honda . Used non certified.2009 Saturn VueXe Didn't notice back door handle was broken until after test drive and they weren't willing to fix it cuz it's a used car. With putting 2grand down I thought it would of been the right thing to do. Oh well. I fought with the man in warranty for two days over a warranty on the car just a power tran warranty for one year which covers 3 items was 2700. I then went to a five star warranty company and purchased a bumper to bumper five year warranty for 1700$ . Overall linda was great to us. We then were passed to gerry he was also great. Mike the manager helped in a way he could . I just wish I could open my back passenger door

Had an awesome experience buying a Certified Used 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L. From the start they were very welcoming and my salesman Saul Rodriguez was very friendly and made negotiations very easy, no pressure at all to buy. What I especially liked was that they did not pressure me at all or make me feel guilty for not getting other dealer "extras", not even when it came to sell me additional extended warranties. I was worried that me being a younger guy (they even thought I looked 20 hehe not even close), they'd make the buying process a hassle like in another Honda dealer 5 years earlier.

Also I pointed out I had somewhere to go, so they made sure to take care of me quickly so I could get out on time. One last bit, I was starving that day. I headed out on a 40 min drive to the dealer on an empty stomach, so wanted to finish getting my truck to go eat something. Well one of the managers heard I was hungry and he hooked me up with some of his pizza he bought for dinner! He told me to get as much as I wanted! Definitely recommend this dealer. If you go buy definitely ask for Saul Rodriguez for sales, he'll treat you right!

I recently came in to Honda of Joliet (after many emails back and forth w/ Josh) looking to see the new Honda Civic. The car itself blew me away but the thing that will keep me coming back was the service! My salesperson DeMario found the perfect "straight out of the box car for me" (it only had 9 miles on it when I bought it!) and was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I left the dealership thinking I had completely finished my transaction when I realized that I had forgotten my IPass out of my previous car (which I had traded in). Upon contacting DeMario the next day he was able to find it for me and set it aside so that I could come to pick it up at my leisure. Thank you Honda of Joliet for helping me find a brand new car and my IPass!

Angela kept in contact with me since my first visit and worked with me on making the deal which brought me back. Working with Justin and Luis, we ended up with something really close to what I wanted. I got a great deal. The only downside was that it took a very long time with a couple hiccups. It all paid off in the end though. I love my car!

I bought my brand new 2018 honda accord. Ken was my salesman. He was pretty knowledgeable and not pushy at all. However after a few days I noticed damage on my car. I took it back to them and talked to John Wise (general sales manager) and he told me no problem we'll fix it for you. After picking up my car. It wasn't fixed properly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
