I called several motorcycle places around Columbus OH to see who I could get to work on my 1973 Honda 250 XL. I was turned down by all but Honda Motorsports Marysville OH. I reached the Assistant Service Manager Braden Simon who asked me several questions about the bike. He informed me that if I brought it in they would do a diagnostic on it and let me know what could be done to get it running. (This was the first time in 46 years that it would not start. Most likely something dumb I had done). I took it in and was cordially greeted by Braden who assured me that they would do what they could. Braden called me several times keeping me posted on the progress. I have never had such caring service from a dealer. This place is wonderful and Braden needs to be commended for his professionalism and attentiveness .

Disappointing, I will never go back. Worst trade in value of any dealer we talked to. Didn't work with any of the pricing lied about everything. Then the Financial part they tried to give us a higher interest rate made several mistakes on the paperwork. Left the place knowing I was going to have to spend money to get the car the way it should have been coming off the lot. Should have walked away but I didn't so my fault. Can say nothing worse than getting a new car and feeling so cheated afterwards that you're ashamed of the car. But as I said I should have walked away so I have no one else to blame but myself when they made such poor example of car buying experience.

Called Honda of Marysville this AM, Damian in parts answered. I asked him if they had blanks for a 1984 Goldwing Aspencade. He assured me they did have the blanks I needed. I questioned him again as 1984 blanks are hard to find. He again assured me they had them. I went to Marysville Honda in the afternoon and Kyle at the parts department said I would not leave there without a second set of keys to my bike. He finessed the keys until they worked. I left with one complete set and one extra ignition key. I will bet back to complete my 5 sets to this bike. Five stars to Kyle and Damian.

I knew when it came time to buy a Honda product this was the location I was going to call. Honda of Marysville has taken care of my family for years. Branden did an amazing job working out all the details over the phone as we waited for my 2020 Grom to arrive.

I asked them to replace brake lines for my VTX1300, and they have been saying that they could not get new brake lines in the past 4 weeks. I regret that I took my bike to this place. I could order new brake lines online, and I could replace brake lines by myself. That would be much quicker than dealing with this store.

They were able to sell a pair of tires to me a lit...

They were able to sell a pair of tires to me a little cheaper than the prices I found online. Specifically a pair of Pirelli Angel GT IIs. II wasn't having a whole lot of luck with finding a place to mount them so went here despite the price being a bit high at $90 per wheel on the bike. Iron Pony refuses to do tires purchased elsewhere and we're unable to order the Pirellis I wanted. Cycle Gear refused to do Pirelli tires without me waiving their liability on damaging my wheels which is obviously bizzare. At Honda Marysville I was out the door in 90 minutes after they had issues with a sticky caliper that they lubed up with no charge. Had no idea the caliper was sticking so definitely appreciative of that. This is on top of accommodating me without an appointment after I had to cancel.

Both employees I talked to, the tech and who I assume is the service manager were both polite and gave off an air of trustworthiness and skill. Definitely coming back for any jobs I'm unable/unwilling to do myself. Highly recommended!

I went to buy a helmet. There were four people Sitting at their desks. And two were standing around talking at the desk. However I was able to walk around for 20 minutes and not a single person came over to speak to me. I was very disgusted so I left. I can t believe nobody came over to check on a customer that was walking around.

I made an online inquiry in February about a bike and got a quick response. The next day I called to make an offer on the bike and requested the purchase agreement so I could send to my bank. I waited all day and never received it. After several unanswered calls, I finally received a text from the salesman who said they had someone coming in within the next hour to check out the bike. He said his boss told him that if that person doesn t buy the bike then they would call me and they can send me the purchase agreement. I never received a call back and a month later the bike is still currently for sale as of 3/5/2021.

I purchased my first road bike from here this morning. After a couple of weeks shopping various places, Candi was by far the most chill and helpful person I dealt with. I honestly hate buying anything from sales people. I'd rather cars and bikes be in a giant vending machine, but the staff here were really helpful, nice, not pushy at all. I did my research, mad a fair offer, they accepted and I was on my way in under 1.5 hours. The older I get the more and more I expect exceptional service. Honda Marysville Motorsports did not disappoint.

I just purchased a Honda ATV from a salesman named Rob. He is a five star himself. He helped me through the entire process. I received the best price through Rob's help.

Marysville Honda Power sports is a "five " too! Their parts and service department's are fantastic. I love dealing with those departments as well!

Buying the vehicle was a breeze, getting it serviced was a head ache. I tried calling multiple times to only hear an answering machine. I finally got ahold of my salesman Cody Snow who was able to set up my 1st service for me. I asked him how much it would be through text message and he said free. Once I rode an hour there for my appointment last Friday the service advisor told me it was going to be $260! I told him I have texts from Cody saying it was free. We hunted cody down and he said he got me mixed up with someone else and told the service advisor to "help me out"... I ended up only getting an oil change and spending $25 on it. (Full price for an oil change) no "help" there. Once it was done I rode another hour home thinking how I just got robbed. This still isn't sitting well with me and I hope this doesn't happen to you. It felt like a bait and switch

The sales side was the best dealership experience ...

The sales side was the best dealership experience ever. Quick and easy and most of the paperwork was done before I picked up the bike.
800 miles later I get to deal with the Service side and that is a night and day difference in how my service was handled. They have so many bikes in for service they can not maintain deadlines, the communications is far from acceptable, the lack of paperwork is mind blowing and when you call multiple times to talk to a manager you get crickets! That means they do not call back! I like the sales staff but the Service side seems to be too busy to maintain a customer s expectations. If I have any other warranty work I am not sure I would consider this dealership ever again. It s sad to feel that way when the sales department did such a great initial job.
So buying from these folks is top notch, Service is the bottom of the barrel.

I got a decent deal. They sell your phone number to many just to make more money. I get calls for insurance, vehicle protection and many others. I have to silent my phone just so I can sleep.

I recently bought a Honda Ruckus for my husband's birthday and I was originally going to go through a different dealership but after having a bad experience I looked for the Ruckus elsewhere. After calling Honda's Marysville Motorsports I was directed to Braden who had expert customer service and was able to answer all my questions and help me set up my surprise. Everything went perfectly and my husband was so excited. Thanks for making my experience a good one!

In my search for a new motorcycle, I came across the 2019 CBR 1000RR SP that was in stock. Braden Simon answered all of my questions and made this one of the smoothest purchases of a new vehicle I ve ever had. He was professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and had tremendous patience with what must have seemed like non stop calls from me I was really excited about this bike!

I drove from Marysville, Michigan to fill out the paperwork and Braden had the bike out for me to have a look at before delivery the following week.

An excellent experience from start to finish, I ll definitely be back! Thanks Braden!!

Dropped off my bike well over three weeks ago for my carburetor to be cleaned they have only called me once in that time to tell me they ordered the wrong parts and that call was still 2 weeks ago. Now when i call they seem like they don't care about how long anything takes like they're taking there time. I even called today and they didn't even answer the phone. Should have when some where that's more customers friendly and more time friendly.

I had a positive experience at Marysville Honda in Ohio purchasing a new Honda Rubicon ATV. I initially requested an online quote over the weekend. On Monday morning the sales rep, Braden Simon, called me. The correspondence from that point on was great. Braden kept me up to date with the status of the order, coordinated the installation of a winch with the service dept., and right through to the time I picked it up. Candi McCoy, the finance manager was also very helpful. Since I was from out of state, she e-mailed me online documents for me to sign ahead of time. I arrived the evening before I was scheduled to pick it up. I stopped in to see if I could take a peek at the machine. It was Candi that greeted me at the door. She was pleasant and helpful going over the machine with me. On the morning I picked it up both Candi and Braden were expedient knowing I was in a bit of a hurry since I had a 7-hour drive back home. They had me in and out in 45 minutes which included wrapping up the paperwork, going over the machine, and loading into the bed of my truck.
Overall, I had a great experience!

Classic example of a place that has no problem taking your money but then not providing any help or assistance afterwards. I bought a brand new motorcycle from here about a year and 3 months ago and the salesperson I worked with was great and I did have a good experience with the entire buying process. However after winter storage and upon my first couple rides in spring I was having some issues that I wanted checked (especially since the bike was still under warranty) I called the service department multiple times over the course of about a month and no one would answer the phone, so I left message after message and never received a call back. Yesterday I called again into the sales department to inquire about selling my bike back to them and asking for a quote on what they would value it at. I gave all the information and was told I would receive a call within an hour (4:25 pm) and I never got a call back. I have worked in a dealership setting for about 10 years and know things can get busy and crazy and sometimes things get lost in the abyss, however I feel my experience has gone above and beyond acceptable and I feel like I was important when I wanted to purchase a motorcycle but now I can just kick rocks.

-Update-
I received a call from Cody today to go over the information I requested, he also explained the reason behind not being able to get ahold of service. Cody was professional and courteous so I have updated my review based upon the information he provided and his professionalism. I still feel there is room for improvement for upper management/owner to be able to implement needed changes to the phone system or staffing to ensure customer needs and expectations are being met. Service after the sale is huge in dealerships and is a missed opportunity for retention and revenue.

I called to see if they could get my bike in for service. They said sure they would get to it by the end of the week. Now on week 4 and they do not even return a call to give me an update. Calling EVERY day. Horrible, horrible customer service. Plan to show uo and just get it.

Piss poor sales dept. My son purchased a bike there 6 weeks ago still haven't got the title for it. We need titles here in Michigan to make them road legal. They keep telling him it's in the mail. Bunch of BS. I would not recommend this place to purchase a bike. I wouldn't doubt if there is something illegal going on. If they were the only place that I could buy something with a wheel I would push a rock!

Called a few months back to see about getting some work done on my 1977 gs550. They said that they work on thoses older bikes. Bout now since I got time I came in to get a price on it all the kid at the counter said they don't work on anything under 2000.. I will no longer bring my business to them

Quite enjoyed my time going to honda, I worked with Rob in motorcycle sales for the 2nd time and purchased my 2nd bike. I got a fair trade in and ultimately I got an amazing bike. They have amazing sales and Rob from sales was very friendly, informative, and prompt with my service and requests. Gave me his cell number and kept up communication constantly about the process! Always a clean place and a great location to purchase motorcycles or cars! Everyone from the car side, to parts, service, and sales were very happy and proud of what they did! I won't go anywhere else for my motorcycle needs!

They're nice people that do great work, but the service department is near impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Even if you leave a message, they won't call you back. Have the receptionist make sure she gets you to an actual person if you want to speak to someone there, or just go in.

Store was spectacular, but not a single person working there, approached us to ask to help and no other customers were in there. We were going to look at buying an ATV or side by side, now we will look somewhere else!!!

Came in with a list of part numbers to order for my bike today. Fasteners used on every Honda motorcycle made in the past 20 years. Which of course they don't have a stock of. Gave the parts guy the list but instead of it being simple with me paying for things right then and there and having them shipped to me, it was made complicated and into a hassle that I am not going to deal with. I gave the guy my list and he just started transferring the numbers to an index card, told me I would get a call tomorrow and total. Acted shocked that I expected to get the total today. Asked him when he was going to order the parts "Tomorrow, I can't order after 3" Okay neat, but you can't even look up the prices for me so I can pay and have them shipped to me? "No we have to receive the parts here" So I asked him how much shipping would be to me from them. $10 for maybe $3 worth of postage. Instead of paying for the parts right there, they expected me to give him my order, wait a day for him to order, come back, pay for the parts, and then either come back to pick them up or pay a ridiculous shipping charge.

Beyond the parts counter, the place is nearly as high pressure as Thiel's Wheels which is the worst in my opinion. I was approached 4 times by two saleswomen to buy a new bike. Both of which I know in passing and know 100% they have never owned a motorcycle in their lives. They should probably hire people that are knowledgeable instead of focusing on t&a to squeeze some sucker into financing.

The selection was terrible and overpriced. $8k for an 8 year old CBR600RR. $2k under brand new MSRP for a 2 year old $22k Ducati (lol but it's a Ducati!). Every scooter was a huge maxi scooter. Lighting was dim and felt like I was in a power outage.

Gear selection was an absolute joke as are most dealers, but this one was rather special in that regard. I guess in rural Ohio you aren't going to get too many geniuses so I imagine they don't sell much.

I wouldn't come here for any reason, be it buying a new Honda, OEM parts, service, or gear. There are other dealers around.

Great place! Great selection! Ask for Cody Snow he s very knowledgeable, polite and determined to get you home with what your looking for at a great price!! He goes above and beyond what any sales man would do for you!! Would not buy from anyone else!!

Avoid this place unless you want to leave dozens of unreturned voice mails, and wait two months to get your ATV that was not fixed although they said it was. I dropped it off on May 23. My ATV was back firing and quitting when running at 15 mph. It also lost power on the slightest of inclines. On July 9, the service manager, Seth, called me and said they could not diagnose the issue. I said I will pick it up on July 14. He said that would be noted. I arrived the morning of July 14 and paid for the failed attempt to diagnose the issue. I was told my ATV was sitting outside. After looking with no luck, I went back in and asked where it was. They started to search. In the meantime, on my way to the bathroom, I found it in a back storage room disassembled. I pointed this out and mentioned that I had said I would pick up on this day. I was told it would be put back together and delivered to me that afternoon. Later that day I was called. They had suddenly diagnosed the problem and would fix it. I called twice on Aug 24 and left messages. Called twice on Aug 25 and finally got someone. I was told they had to send the issue to the HONDA "hotline" as they did not know how to fix it. (This is over a month after they it was diagnosed.) Called on Sept 14 and left a message. Called seven times on Sept 15 and left messages. I called three times on Sept 16 and left messages. I finally got someone on Sept 17 and was told it was fixed. They said they would deliver it to me. I was out of town and asked that it be delivered on Sept 22. I heard nothing by the afternoon of Sept 22 so I called at 5:26 pm and got someone. Asked if it was being delivered and what I had arranged on Sept 17. After a long delay, I was told it would be delivered that night and it was after 7 pm. Next morning I rode it for 5 minutes and it back fired and died. Continued running it and it would surge at 5 MPH. NOT FIXED! Took it to another Honda Dealer. Next day after drop off I am told it was bad gas and fouled spark plug. ATV runs fine now. SAVE yourself the grief and get your service elsewhere!

Extremely professional and honest business, run with integrity. All staff are experts in their field, and each has customer-forward thinking at every turn. I have been in several times for various service and parts needs, and have always been impressed with their punctuality, and the reasonable quotes I am given. There is no better place in Central Ohio to have work on your powersports needs!

Scheduled my bike to have the 600 mile service done, they said it would be ready by the end of the scheduled day. It was not ready but I was told it would get done the next day. Again I was told they wasn't able to get to it. So I took my bike and did the oil change myself. They dont answer the phone and they dont return calls when you leave a message. It's a 30 minute drive for me to get there. So that was a trip there to schedule the appointment, a trip back to find out they didnt do it, and a third trip back to find out they still werent able to get to it. Customer service is non existent. I'm not sure what the problem is but I wont waste my time with them again.

I was disappointed at the service and price, and communication that was promised when I brought my generator in to get worked on. I brought it in on a Saturday (was told it would be looked at on Monday and I'd get a call if it was over $125 - I told them just to fix it if it's under that, but wanted a heads up if it was more). Monday came, no call. I stopped in on Tuesday at around 11 AM and found out that it hadn't even been looked at yet because of a snow storm that rolled in, fair enough. On Wednesday I get a call that it's done and ready for pickup and that the bill is $210 and change!

So, to be fair- the communication wasn't what I was promised it would be. The bill was way more than I had pre-approved for them to work on it, another broken promise. And the time frame was 2 days later than I was told. So take it for what it's worth. The good news is that my generator works better now.

The service department is great. The parts department always leaves me hanging. Several times they fail to return calls regarding part purchases. Its gotten to the point where I just order parts online from bike bandit, and have their service center just do the install. I would like to support them but they make it hard.

Good selection of used and new motorcycles. The prices seemed alright too. The staff there was attentive but not overly attentive. When I told them I was there just to look around they left me alone, only asking if I had questions once there after. I probably spend about 20-30 minutes looking around.

We stopped in strictly to window shop inside the showroom. The salesman that approached us was very knowledgeable & helpful answering our questions. He did not pressure us at all or make us feel like we were "wasting his time" even though he knew we had no plans to buy. I'd go back to this dealership when we're ready to make our purchase for that reason alone, but they also had a nice showroom with a good selection to choose from.
