Came in with a list of part numbers to order for my bike today. Fasteners used on every Honda motorcycle made in the past 20 years. Which of course they don't have a stock of. Gave the parts guy the list but instead of it being simple with me paying for things right then and there and having them shipped to me, it was made complicated and into a hassle that I am not going to deal with. I gave the guy my list and he just started transferring the numbers to an index card, told me I would get a call tomorrow and total. Acted shocked that I expected to get the total today. Asked him when he was going to order the parts "Tomorrow, I can't order after 3" Okay neat, but you can't even look up the prices for me so I can pay and have them shipped to me? "No we have to receive the parts here" So I asked him how much shipping would be to me from them. $10 for maybe $3 worth of postage. Instead of paying for the parts right there, they expected me to give him my order, wait a day for him to order, come back, pay for the parts, and then either come back to pick them up or pay a ridiculous shipping charge.
Beyond the parts counter, the place is nearly as high pressure as Thiel's Wheels which is the worst in my opinion. I was approached 4 times by two saleswomen to buy a new bike. Both of which I know in passing and know 100% they have never owned a motorcycle in their lives. They should probably hire people that are knowledgeable instead of focusing on t&a to squeeze some sucker into financing.
The selection was terrible and overpriced. $8k for an 8 year old CBR600RR. $2k under brand new MSRP for a 2 year old $22k Ducati (lol but it's a Ducati!). Every scooter was a huge maxi scooter. Lighting was dim and felt like I was in a power outage.
Gear selection was an absolute joke as are most dealers, but this one was rather special in that regard. I guess in rural Ohio you aren't going to get too many geniuses so I imagine they don't sell much.
I wouldn't come here for any reason, be it buying a new Honda, OEM parts, service, or gear. There are other dealers around.
