My company has been working with Loffler for quite a long time, and we are very happy with their service and products. The office printer they recommended to us, a Konica Minolta bizhub C280, has been excellent. They came out and set it up, taught us how to use it, and it has worked great ever since. We have always been able to get a hold of them when necessary, and their customer service team is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for office printers.

This company does not return phone calls or emails. I strongly recommend a different company.

Our company has been working with Loffler on the copier/scanner side for quite a few years. Because of the great experience with that portion of our technology needs, we approached them when we needed a phone system. They offered us an outstanding system at a competitive price. The phone system has proven to be exactly what we needed. That led us to us contracting with them for our IT services. I can't say enough good things about this organization. Everyone we get involved with at Loffler is helpful and professional. Our account executive is very invloved and professional. She knows the resourses within her organization and directs us to them. Loffler is a very good company.

Awful company to work for. I worked here thru a temp agency and the lady who trained me treated me horribly. And I wasn't properly trained because of her superiority complex, awful people here.

We currently lease our office printers and duplicator from Loffler. Their initiative to seek us as a client, offer us the best pricing and follow it up with responsive and knowledgeable training, service and support has been essential to keeping our office and publishing projects on time and looking professional. Our account representative checks with us on a regular basis about questions and/or issues we may have with our equipment, and always follows through with answers for our questions and the best way to solve a problem. After working with other printer and copier vendors in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Loffler s prices, service and support are definitely superior. I would highly recommend them for your business or organization.
