I was referred to Platinum Restoration and am so happy I was. The professional staff provides prompt and reliable service. Would highly recommend!

We had a power outage resulting in our sump pump being off for 40 hours and 14 inches of water in our basement. I called Platinum who was standing by to start a cleanup as soon as power was restored. Within 90 minutes of my call, they were at our house, with all the equipment necessary to start cleaning up a significant mess including lots of humidity. To say we were impressed and delighted with the speed of their response and how through they were, would be an understatement. They were AWESOME and very reasonably priced. Kudos to Platinum and their entire team for making a a terrible situation go away as quickly as possible!

I can always count on Platinum Restoration to take great care of any customers, family or friends that I refer to them. They have a wonderful office staff and field crew. Happy with all the work conducted; cabinets, painting, carpet, etc. all nicely done. Kept in touch and everything was explained well. Went above and beyond to find a hood for my over that was not the normal size.

I had just moved into my new home, and we had a bad thunderstorm. The next day I heard a large boom and one of our very large trees had fallen through our roof! The insurance company gave me a few names to call. However, this company was by far the most friendly and professional. They calmed me down and asked a few questions. Within an hour they arrived at my house with a huge crane. They carefully removed the tree from the roof and all of the debris from our yard. They even secured the roof so that no rain or debris could get into the crawlspace while we were waiting for our insurance agent to come out and the repairs to be done. I am hoping I won't have too, but would definitely use them again and recommend them to family members and friends. Thank you Platinum Restoration!

I want to say thank you to platinum for the work they have done to my home. The road became bumpy at times because of illness and some minor confusion but over all the job had got done. I wanted to say thank you to Mike Rukin for his hard work to get the project started. Huge thanks to Shawn for playing catch-up and finishing the project. Shawn came in at a hard time and with little to no knowledge he stepped up and managed to get all the things in order and even stepped out of his way to track some items down that hadn t been returned. Thanks to Jeff for always being there when I called. The guys who put in the work Mike W. & Rene M. are masters at what they do. To all the others that had a hand in packaging and cleaning thank you. I don t know names but they were friendly and helpful explaining things. Thanks again Platium for everything you had done for us.

I was very impressed with the Restoration team that was assigned to our house! Our team was Leader Chris, and 3 technicians: Lydell, Natasha and Paul. They were professional, thorough and very good at their jobs. I really appreciated that they would call me and give me an accurate window of when they would be arriving. As an insurance agent, I have always felt confident in recommending Platinum to my clients for their claims needs. They respond quickly, provide great communication, and do beautiful work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

Don't use this contractor. They will not finish your large job and then place a lien on your house because you refuse to pay for services not rendered. This was the worst mistake I have made. Nothing but problems and issues. Missed the deadline by months. Still tons of stuff left half done. Completely ridiculous that the project managers and general manager can't even get the invoice correct.

Yes, they will say it's in good faith but then will not speak with you for a month and then have a lawyer place a fraudulent lien on your house. This is not a misleading statement, this is the absolute truth. Anyone who thinks this is misleading can contact me directly and I will fill you in directly.

I have taken my complaint to the BBB and to the third party who recommended them. I will continue to tell everyone and anyone about this company and their fraudulent ways of doing business!

Great restoration company to work with! They are quick to respond and they follow through with their work. Nicolette checked on the status of the job multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have recommended them to many people who have had similar experiences.

I used Platinum Restoration to replace my garage after a tree demolished it. I could not have been happier with my results. Platinum worked with me to create a unique design that is the envy of my neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful. They were careful removing things. They came back regularly to check on things and always called ahead. I hope you don't have a flood or fire that requires this service but if you do, I recommend them. Chris, Lydell, Paul, Brooke and John were all nice to work with.

Woke up to a leak in my master bathroom. Not a good way to start the day. Ceiling raining water downstairs. My insurance agent recommended me to Platinum Restoration, and they have been beyond amazing. Nicolette and Alex have been in constant communication, and Kevin and Lydell actually found the source of the leak -- putting my mind at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone! Very fast and efficient.

My State Farm have been using platinum restoration for a number of years and I have always loved their first class service and the way they have treated every one of my clients. If you are looking for a company that will be up front with you and your repairs then you need to call platinum.

Terrible. In Sept a tree fell and knocked our shed off of its foundation. Our insurance company recommend this company for repairs. Should have done more research. After countless attempts to get them to come and do the job we paid them to do (with a down payment)... it is now the last weekend in March and we still don t have a shed!!!!!! They have sent several men out to look and relook at the shed even though they had already ordered a shed kit to replace it. I know this because we got a bill in the mail in January that payment was due upon receipt of the shed and a phone call the next day saying they were delivering it. When I called to ask if a date had been scheduled to finally repair the shed, the man said he was only responsible for deliveries and would postpone until he spoke to the contractor in charge. He actually apologized and stated that all of that was usually taken care of by the time he would call about delivery. Ha! No follow up about a date to complete the work after that. A few weeks ago (early March), one of the men called and said they wanted to come out to complete the project that week before it started to get too wet outside. No one ever came or called back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to hire a company that never follows through. Maybe we will get our shed before our year long anniversary date of the damage. We are already over 6 months into this process so I am NOT optimistic.

UPDATE-
Following the review up top, I got a phone call from the first man who came out. Of course he yelled at me and told me it was my fault the work wasn t done. Apparently, I was supposed to accept the shed kit without a start date for the work, even though my city would not allow it to sit on my property without that date and the company was not communicating with me. Long story short, I stayed calm and didn t back down, got my insurance company involved and the work was completed in the spring. I was asked by the company to update this review almost a year later, which I have done with the understanding that those involved in my project no longer work there, they finally took the time to apologize for the issues and because the shed turned out great. The shed is a 4/5 star as is the two man team that worked on it. But I cannot forget what I went through and just how difficult this whole process was for no reason at all!! Since that experience was so bad, I can t go higher than 2.5 stars. However, I was told the company is starting new so maybe what I went through will never happen again.

Chris L and Larry W were fast and effective at getting our basement cleaned up after we had water damage from a drain backup.

I could not be more satisfied with Platinum Restoration. I had a mold crisis and they were not only extremely quick to respond, but completely took care of the problem. I was aware of everything that needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. I will recommend Platinum Restoration to all my family and friends.

Recently my apartment caught fire and Platinum saved the day for me. They were kind and very compassionate and they took the time to listen to me. Their workers treated me kindly and took care of my things like they were their own. I can t say enough good things about about them. I hope to never need their services again but if I do I know I will be well taken care of.

Unfortunately we suffered water damage. Fortunately we found Michelle Brooks-Santiago at Platinum. They arrived nearly immediately after we hung up the phone. Their recovery and clean up team was Johnnie on the spot. They were only out done by the speed of the preparation of an estimate. We continued to marvel at the drop off of product necessary to restore our home.
The repair work was professional, speedy, and top shelf. Finally we ought be done tomorrow after pick up of left over material and miscellaneous clean up.
Great crew, great management, and all of their efforts are performed with a smile.

Platinum Restoration was referred to us by our insurance company after a tree struck and destroyed the heart of our home. From the moment they arrived to protect our belongings from the elements, I knew we had the right caring people helping us though a very difficult time. Ray and Michelle Santiago, as well as everyone else at Platinum treated us like family. Once the clean-up was done, we had to choose a contractor to rebuild. With our kids playing in the basement, we found a portion of the carpet which was wet, pulled it up, and found mold. Our insurance company recommended Platinum Restoration, who we immediately then called. The very next morning, Chris, Larry, Lydell, and Doug came to our house, diagnosed the issue, and removed all the water, mold, carpet, etc. which was impacted by a leaking septic pipe. Platinum Restoration was a tremendous help to us when we had a major water break in our water system. They came on the same day we called and were able to bring fans and a dehumidifier and dry the entire carpet in two separate rooms. The only problem we had was that it took nearly 9 months to get the carpet replaced. Jay, Craig and Ray were very helpful in getting the project finished. Thank you.

They took more than three months to do a job that could have easily been done in two-three weeks (September 17,2017-January 4,2018). Their communication was terrible: they would schedule work times and not show up without alerting me of the schedule change, I would have to call them to see why nothing was being worked on in my home and why nobody had been in contact with me. I am very displeased with their work effort and overall business practice. Mine was an insurance job, so if you yourself are paying them they may actually try to get your work done in a reasonable time frame, but at least with an insurance job my experience was different. I wouldn t recommend this company s services to anyone for any reason, but you can do whatever makes you happy.

A Guy came out and told me he would email me the info in several days , I waited an extra 3 days before calling them and I am a very understanding guy , they prob are busy but I am looking for someone else now who can help me since they do not want my business. . My insurance agent recommended them is the only reason I called due to a tree damaging my siding and roof.

We came back from vacation to find a burst pipe in our basement with the accompanying devastation. After turning the water off and contacting a plumber to replace the burst line we called our insurance company who recommended Platinum Restoration. They came out in a very timely fashion and expeditiously and professionally tore out, cleaned, dried and sanitized everything. We were very pleased with their work and will be having them do the rebuild next.

Chelsea and Jeff M. were courteous , efficient and effective. They were able to clean up the area and removed the carpeting and damaged goods in a short period of time. We were satisfied and would recommend them.

Our experience with Platinum was very disappointing. The work took much longer than they said and the quality was mediocre at best but the real problem was communication and follow through. They promised multiple times to provide status updates and pictures but almost never delivered. Work was frequently left half done but reported to me that it was complete. I believe this was due to the on-site team not providing accurate information to me or the management team.

I received excellent service after an unfortunate fire. The prompt repair made the tragedy much easier to deal with. I cannot thank them enough.

MY VINYL SIDING SUB WAS NOT QUALIFIED AND SIDING HAD TO BE REDONE THE ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS ONE WOMAN IN THE OFFICE. THE CFO SHE WAS GREAT

Platinum Restoration has provided emergency response services for my customers the last 3 years. During this time, they have responded to several emergency situations involving water. I would not recommend this company at all we had our basement flood they came in they cleaned up the water left dirt everywhere cut the dry wall left the corners in the dry wall so I have to take them out now for my dry wall guy to go ahead and put the dry wall backup left molding on the walls with water stains I opened up my cabinet downstairs there was 2 to 3" of water inside the cabinet that they did even bother to look at then they turn around and tell me to use my stimulus to fix it what does that have to do with any of your business this company I believe is a big rip off they took everything out of my house it was damaged up my stairs and out to my front lawn but did not clean the 12 to 14 stairs going up to the outside where they drag all that nasty garbage out

Albert, Mike, lydell, Chelsea and Jeff were fast, professional and KIND to this old lady. I didn t have to do anything. They were a life saver. Next step...repair the damage.

I had a flood over a weekend. Platinum Restoration came out shortly after receiving notification from my insurance company. They came right out, assessed the damage, removed wet padding, moved furniture to access wet areas and had drying equipment put into place. A representative from the company came out daily to check on the drying process. The people I came in contact with were professional, courteous and helpful.
