Classic example of a place that has no problem taking your money but then not providing any help or assistance afterwards. I bought a brand new motorcycle from here about a year and 3 months ago and the salesperson I worked with was great and I did have a good experience with the entire buying process. However after winter storage and upon my first couple rides in spring I was having some issues that I wanted checked (especially since the bike was still under warranty) I called the service department multiple times over the course of about a month and no one would answer the phone, so I left message after message and never received a call back. Yesterday I called again into the sales department to inquire about selling my bike back to them and asking for a quote on what they would value it at. I gave all the information and was told I would receive a call within an hour (4:25 pm) and I never got a call back. I have worked in a dealership setting for about 10 years and know things can get busy and crazy and sometimes things get lost in the abyss, however I feel my experience has gone above and beyond acceptable and I feel like I was important when I wanted to purchase a motorcycle but now I can just kick rocks.
-Update-
I received a call from Cody today to go over the information I requested, he also explained the reason behind not being able to get ahold of service. Cody was professional and courteous so I have updated my review based upon the information he provided and his professionalism. I still feel there is room for improvement for upper management/owner to be able to implement needed changes to the phone system or staffing to ensure customer needs and expectations are being met. Service after the sale is huge in dealerships and is a missed opportunity for retention and revenue.
