We had a family XMAS celebration over the weekend. It was enjoyable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

Amazing service and people I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton and it was great. The swimming pool was open and my grandson loved it as well as I did. Was able to leave my car there for 10 days and can't thank you enough for that. My car was safe and sound while I was gone. The staff is outstanding, very professional and thoughtful. Would recommend this to everyone. Can't wait to return.

Great staff! They have rooms with an isolated office from the bedroom. Great for putting the kids to sleep and relaxing for the evening!

Not as nice as some other Homewood ste. Pillow was flat and pillow cover stained.

Clean and spacious room, great service, good location. Would recommend it. We stayed on our trip to the Zoo, which is very close. Morning continental breakfast was also very good.

Young manager was extremely rude and was suggesting that I could give up my entire 5-day stay at a cost of $1,000 because she would not give me a free parking pass to their own parking lot when they did not tell me about it until 4 hours after I had already checked in. I feel like in this situation the customer was right they should have told me before I checked in and the way she had handled it was simply out of the need to have some sort of authority she really did not care for the customer at all. So now the company loses $1,000 all because she wouldn't give away $50 in parking fees? Here's a better suggestion. If you really are in the business of not making money I'll take some free night stays at some of your other properties

I love the people that work there, like Jessy, Rosa, Ms. Melody and I just met Greg and he's a wonderful addition to our family.

I just spent 6 days at the Homewood in Seattle and enjoyed that stay, so I figured I would book the Omaha location. Unfortunately being a govt. employee we are only allotted a maximum per night rate and the hotel's rate the night's I wanted to stay was double our allowance. I called the hotel to see if they would be able to help accommodate my stay, being that I'm also a frequent Hilton hotels member and I book them often. And also booking a slow weekday/workday stay Mon-Thurs. But they did no offer any help at all. I will probably have to start booking non-Hilton hotels for my future stays.

Vary nice hotel. Was able to give us a ride to everywhere we wanted to go.

Has all the amenities that you need. Minimal comfort...

Stayed here for one night and was very pleased. Clean and comfortable. .would recommend and would stay there again. Breakfast was served in a large area. .food was just okay if you are not looking for a big breakfast.

The Homewood Suites made a nice home away from home, for our rare weekend getaway from the kids

It's a great place. Clean & conveniently located. I only wish there was about an hour or so before the pool closed that it was adults only...

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and great staff. My circumstances were a little complicated but the front desk clerk "Hannah" was more than helpful and understanding. Will definitely be coming back here.

Stayed with a group. The rooms were comfortable for 3 people and were clean and well stocked with towels and pillows. The pull out was terrible and sitting on it I would fall all the way through. Otherwise a nice comfortable hotel.

Hotel was in a great location and the rooms were nice and spacious. Everything was clean and the free breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Hotel was in good shape, nice location being downtown across from the baseball stadium. It's also a 5 minute drive to the Old Market. The pool was a little cool for my liking, but with temps in the high 20's that may have factored in that. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Got an oil change and a lube job from the will work for food guy. In exchange for half of my fish sandwich

Clean room, enjoyed grilling and sitting on patio. Took shuttle to old market, driver friendly and responded in 5 minutes, both times. Social hour with food and drinks was an unsuspected bonus. Front desk staff friendly. Pool liner is showing signs of wear, otherwise overall good experience.

The front desk agent was very unprofessional from the very start. Checkin is at 4pm and I wasn't granted access to my room until 422. This was because the room was being cleaned. I got to the room and discovered that it hadn't been cleaned like it should have been, even after being inspected. Crumbs and food on the floor, etc. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone solely based on the interaction with the Front Desk agent.

Friendly staff. Check in was very quick. Location is great. We were able to walk to a restaurant near by.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The price was a but higher than what I'm used to paying for hotels. But you do get what you paid for. Would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't mind paying more for quality.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. They made sure that we were very happy with their services. The room was very nice and very clean. Excellent location, only a mile from old market area and right next to the stadium. Great breakfast. Very nice price. Will definitely be going back my next trip to Omaha.

Excellent customer service. Everyone especially the front desk employees are all very nice, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are great, suites with a separate bedroom makes your night quitter. Comfy beds. Great location.

Home suites has been great. The staff has been very friendly and kind. We enjoyed the free dinner Thursday evening and breakfast Friday morning. The pool has been great as well. I love the suite that has a separate bedroom and kitchen with so much like a dishwasher, kurig, and paper towels. The parking here is good as well. A couple things that would be great is hot chocolate packets in the room and for breakfast to have bacon or sausage. A personal preference would be to not have cheese in the scrambled eggs. But overall our stay has been great!

Nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was average, could use a little work. Maybe we were there on an off morning. Very convenient to attractions and destinations.

Really liked this hotel. We got a suite for only $10 above the price of the room, and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite and its amenities. Besides the usual microwave & sink, there is a cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, cookware, and eatware.

The pool is also quite nice. Wider than most hotel pools. It's clean, and not at all over-chlorinated. Hotel staff stopped by to check (and adjust) the temperature, without being prompted. (I was happy with the initial temperature, but other people were glad when she warmed it a bit.) I do wish more hotels would put acoustic tiling in their pool area, but that's certainly not an issue that's unique to the Homewood Suites.

The complimentary breakfast is fine, but at this price range they're in competition with the Embassy Suites downtown, and this breakfast doesn't even compare to that one. Still, this was actually cheaper than the ES, and the breakfast was more than adequate quality.

Personally, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which you don't get at most other hotels in this price range (including the ES). It seems like a small thing, I suppose, but I like having the freedom to just jump on with any of our devices without worrying about whether it's worth paying for.

We stay in hotels in Omaha fairly frequently (few times a year, for the last 15 years or so), and I wish we'd discovered this place sooner. It will certainly be the first place we check next time.

Wonderful staff. Patio was amazing. An all around nice place to stay. Staff and the room we had was perfect. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to visit again!

Had a few maintenance issues - sink backed up and tub slow to drain. Besides that, very friendly staff, great location, and free parking.

This feels like a very new hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and clean; however, there was some minor road noise being adjacent to the road. There's a small kitchenette.

A complementary breakfast is available every day and managers evening reception with beer, wine, and heavy appetizers.

There's a gym with decent cardio equipment and dumbbells to 50 lbs.

Location within walking distance of "old town" with boutique shops and good eats. I saw a shuttle service that likely would take you to nearby places, but I didn't use it.

Bottom line, this is a solid place if your staying in Omaha.

It wasn't too expensive and the people were incredibly friendly so I'd highly recommend this place. I stayed in a standard King room and it was really nice as the room essentially offered a full kitchen.

Our room was a suite on the 6th floor with the full kitchen and pull out couch bed. It was very comfortable and clean. We were all the way across the hotel from the elevator, which was great noise wise but not so great when walking back from the pool. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, but the orange juice tasted a little off. I loved the complimentary lemonade and fruit in the lounge area. We will definitely be back!

I called the hotel location to ask is something was left at their counter. Unfortunately no one has answered the phone. I've called non stop thru out the day for over 24 hrs (3am, 7, 11, 3pm, 7, midnight and 4am) and still no answer. So I call the main honors line. The Rep was helpful in calling the location. I stayed on hold for almost 30 min before the call dropped. Called back again second rep was unsuccessful getting a hold of someone so I asked for a supervisor. Which they won't put you to a supervisor because call center is located in the middle East...I just needed to know if my stuff was left on their counter this is ridiculous no staff answering at any hour of the day??? I'm canceling ALL of our reservations soon as I speak to this location

They offer decent amenities (gym, free breakfast, indoor pool, hot coffee at all hours) but the bedding situation leaves something to be desired. They have a duvet insert between a top sheet and a coverlet. So the blanket that is difficult to wash isn't covered by anything. They also failed to replace a dead bathroom bulb for 5 weeks. Yes, using the bathroom with the door open for 5 straight weeks. The staff is really friendly and the stay was fine but really nothing above average.

Staff overbooked the double queen bed rooms... They gave us two King suites for the same price as one double queen room.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by our stay, that I couldn't help but write one. We checked in this past weekend after a long day at the zoo. Amy, who was working at the front desk, offered to upgrade our suite to allow us enough room to sleep comfortably. She was very pleasant, and very helpful. She took the time to make us feel welcome. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. There were several options for breakfast in the morning. We don't stay in Omaha often, but the next time we do, we will definitely stay here (regardless of what part of Omaha we need to be in)!
