Wyndham El Paso Airport and Microtel Inn and Suites El Paso Airport Review

This place was horrible. Booked a room here because of the water park. They failed to inform me that the water park was not even open yet and instead said the room included 4 free passes to the park. When we arrived, the "waterpark" only consists of one slide and want even open yet. So oh well the pool was open and we would make the best of it. After the pool we took showers. The bathtub was plugged. Called front desk, maintenance came by to try to fix it and said that this room has always had problems. Well time for bed came and we wanted an extra blanket. The front desk refused to bring us one saying they had no access. Also the walls are super thin. We heard every sound coming from next door and were awaken to what sounded like a herd of horses running right above us. The room has a funny smell like urine and the bathtub is still not fixed!! Will never stay here again. So not worth 100 dollars.

The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the rooms next to you. There werr loud slamming of doors all night long. The sheets are washed with really strong bleach that will give you a headache. At least you know they are clean. The wallpaper was starting to come off the walls. Not a good place.

Old hotel, needs renovation or tear down. Walking distance to airport

The pool area is beautifully designed and the shaded areas made it easy to make a day of it!

Not very pleased room were not was showen on pictures and the water on tub would back up called maintance they would only come look at it and use plunger and left

I liked it a lot. It is clean and very comfortable. The facilities a bit old but all very well. I hope to return in the summer.

Rented the Presidential Suite for a special occasion. Don't. Absolutely nothing presidential about it. The same cheap coffee maker with one coffee pod for one cup of bad coffee, empty bar, Jacuzzi tub was filthy. Really nothing more than the standard room with more outdated space.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the pool was refreshing. We are going to stay again in the bear future.

Hotel is okay.
I do have one complaint and that's the wifi.
It absolutely sucked. Besides that, they are friendly and that's about it.
The place could use an update. Rooms look a little old.

The hotel is old, its gym is very small and nothing modern, there are no towels for the use of the pool, the air conditioning is so old that it sounds very loud and you can not sleep, if you are on the first floor you will hear all the steps of the second, for its costly price it would be meritorious to improve and remodel it should be attentive to changes and improve, I feel that I stay in a hotal of the 70s. I did not like at all and I feel unforced, I travel constantly I will never stay at this hotel.

Was there for a tech event. The space is large and very well maintained. The staff is great in looking after the guest.

We stayed 3 nights and not one day did we get our room cleaned. I called the front desk and no apology, she just answered "oh, ok do you need towels?" Our trash was full, no toilet paper and a dirty room for our thanksgiving week.

Extremely convenient location for El Paso overnight. Front desk staff super friendly. Great Breakfast

It's a very classy hotel with a very well outfitted conference rooms. We were there for a conference.

Old property, wi fi is very slow, kitchenette area is very small, bathroom is very small and uncomfortable, lighting sucks too. Not updated at all. Not worth the $$. You pay less at Hilton w modern rooms and better wifi. Also, the carpet is extremely dirty. Do kot walk barefoot or ur feet will be black as tar. Fights every night, specially around 3am, dont know why. I stayed here for a week, from wed to wed and will never come back.

Comfortable room. Gym very outdated. Restaurant was good. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Very close to the airport.. walking distance.

This hotel is right next to the airport. The layout of the hotel is unusual but the staff is great. It is close to interstate 10, restaurants, and bars

The only hotel with a slide in the city, kids and adults love it!

Called to check times on slide hours before booking. Was told all day open, so I booked it. Check in is 3pm and sign said slide closes at 2pm. Ther only reason why I chose this hotel is to give me kids a good day. No apologies at front desk. Was asked if I want to cancel my reservation instead. Service is everything. Not here.

Great location and friendly staff but facilities are old. My room's A/C wouldn't get colder than 75 and was extremely loud.

Nice courtyard and pool area, wall are thin and can hear a lot of noise in the evening and a little run down for a newer hotel

Staff was nice. Lobby and hotel ground where very nice. The rooms are dated and look like they haven t been updated since the 90 s. Barely had any water pressure in the shower.

They had bugs in their hot tub there service was not good never received a call never got what I asked in my room for it was the worst

Wifi constantly disconnecting. Door on my balcony did not close all the way. Found a giant roach in the shower during the night. Disgusting. Will never stay here again.

Nice rooms with wet bar and living area. The pool is nice. It is really convenient if travelling by air because it is literally across the parking lot from the terminal

Was there for awards dinner. Nice set up. Good space, great parking.

Hotel employees were amazing seemed happy to be working. Very helpful with recommendations. Kimberly especially got us a VIP reservation at Landry's seafood. There is no free breakfast but honestly we rather have some Mexican food anyway. Thank you!!

Heater wasn't heating properly bathroom door didn't lock bathtub water didn't drain out. Just a bad experience

Beautiful hotel right by the airport. Nice water park with slide and hot tub, 2 pools and outdoor seating. Room was spacious and very clean. Balcony overlooking the pool was really nice. Restaraunt on site, airport shuttle and plenty of parking. Definitely recommend.

Banquet we attended was well set up. Food and service were good.

A good advantage of this hotel is that it is outside of the airport, you do not need transportation service

Surprisingly nice. Pictures online did not do this place justice. Breakfast was great. Onsite restaurant was excellent. Pool was great. Room was huge. Service was also good. Had low expectations based on online pics but it certainly exceeded them. Would have no issue staying here again.

They gave me the key to another person's room instead of mine. Rooms were clean but very old. Paint chipping on ceiling and toilet was unsteady.

Stayed there for one night. First off our room wasn't ready and had to wait an hour a d 1/2 for our room. We then got put in an awful dirty room in the corner where are view was the dumpster. Needless to say we will not be returning. Couldn't wait to check out. The comfort inn would have probably been better.

Had a good time staff was nice rooms were ok ...but the bracelet rule for the pool ,we're are here to have fun why limit bracelet s , sell as much bracelet s as u want ...I just feel 350 ,for a room and then limit bracelet s , they need to let kids have fun ,,,sell em all ,,,

-Check in was delayed by at least an hour (4:00pm)
-When I finally got to my room, I found either dog or cat food on the floor.
-room service trays are left in the hallways outside of rooms for well over 12 hours.
-kids/teens running through the halls at all hours of the night hooting and hollering.
-internet is a joke. Slow and disconnects.
-*Update* Today my room sits a cool 82 degrees and rising.... lol
-*Update* Last night some kid pulled a fire alarm so I went out into the hallway to investigate. Worst idea ever, I was greeted by a very large woman standing in her underwear. It was terrifying.
-the staff is friendly though.
If it was up to me, I wouldn t return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel for the price, convenient location right at the airport

Good facilities, we were only for 1 night since the airport is right away. Which was very practical for me. The price does not have breakfast included. It has a pool that stays until 10 o'clock in the evening, they only have to make sure that they receive the necessary wristbands at the reception to enter.

My flight got cancelled so I was out up here. It is an average hotel. My room was in the older part and was decent, nothing special. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area is crowded and loud so if you want quiet I would suggest requesting a room away from the it.
