We ve been bringing our trucks here since we bought them from them. The wait is horrendous, even with an appointment we end up waiting 3 to 5 hours even for an oil change. They are totally unorganized and their techs are clueless. No one seems to take responsibility for screwing up which is often from loosing our car parts during service to not letting us know that certain jobs require drop off. So frustrating

Purchased an F150 about 2 wks ago. Ramon Farias was my sales man, highly recommended by my sister and brother in law. Ramon is great and very professinal never felt pressured to make a decision gave me time to decide what I wanted. Ramon explained everything regarding the vehicles I would ask about. Strongly recommend to ask for him. Finance team was very helpful as well. Gilbert from finance was very nice and profesional answered all my questions when signing paperwork. Afterwards, my emails have been answered in a timely manner. Thank you all for excellent service!

Bought a Used Ford F-150 from here a little over a year ago and the engine took a dump. I had to transfer 12 grand of negative equity from the crappy ford s loan to a New Nissan Sentra. Luckily I struck a deal but that negative equity killed my monthly payment. Buyers beware of their used vehicles. I would nt buy junky Fords.

The service department is horrible here. The biggest issue I had was the service advisor was not eager to work with me (even though I drive a Roush vehicle), and there was trash in my car from one of the mechanics. However the worst part was that not even 5 minutes later, the engine light came right back on... and I had to wait another WEEK for them to fix THEIR mistake (which ended up being a loose wiring harness), because I had to wait at the bottom of the line again. And absolutely horrid experience. Would never return.

I have had the privilege of working with Mike Hill, a Service Advisor at Holmes Tuttle Ford. Due to his friendly, efficient, personable and extremely professional manner, he has turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience.

I was traveling through Arizona and needing to drive back to Texas when I started experiencing serious concerns regarding the safety of my car.

I stopped at another dealership in Chandler and was told they would not be able to check my car for at least two weeks. I called around to a couple of dealerships and was receiving the same response.

Fortunately, I had met Khelil Abida on a previous trip to Tucson and knew that he worked with Jim Click s consortium of dealerships and asked if he would be able to help me. Even though we had only met once before several months ago, his response and willingness to help was immediate as though I was his best customer! Not to mention, his amazing memory! He recalled every detail of our meeting precisely!

He took the personal initiative to ensure that I was able to have my car serviced as quickly as possible, so that I could continue my travel safely back to Texas. His concern for my safe travel despite the fact that I had not purchased my car from him, is amazing.

I truly appreciate both Khelil Abida s and Mike Hill s professionalism and service .... something that seems to be lacking in so many other businesses.

It is refreshing to work with someone like Mike who although extremely busy, is still readily accessible. I quickly realized while my car was being serviced that he is always available because he never leaves for lunch!!!

Mike continued to update me and kept me apprised of my car s status and was impeccable when it came to following up. He didn t just leave a voice mail with a message when he was unable to reach me, but he followed up and called again to ensure that I had gotten his message. He gave me his cell number so I could reach him by voice or text and he was always quick to respond; another refreshing change when most businesses today are so automated that it is difficult to converse with a person live.

Khelil Abida also continued to follow up throughout the process to ensure I was taken care of even though he had nothing to personally gain and doesn t work at Holmes Tuttle Ford. Khelil works at Jim Click Chrysler Jeep!!!

A very nice and much appreciated finishing touch was finding that my car was delivered back to me complete with a complimentary car wash!

My compliments to your company, the management and staff. It makes me want to move to Tucson so that I can purchase all of my vehicles and have them serviced exclusively with Jim Click s dealerships due to the exemplary professionalism that every person I ve worked with has demonstrated.

Other than my sales rep (Marshal) I have received terrible service from financing to service. I purchased a 2018 Escape and as soon as I took possession of my vehicle, it is like the friendliness went away. I give Marshal 5 stars but all other departments don't even get one star!!!!!! I Would not recommend homes title to anyone.

Started out $20 to remove the lock on my tire the key was lost so I had no way to get it off. Then it took I'm 4 hours just to get my truck in and take it off a $135 I paid to have them removed. Just to take a spare tire off. I do not recommend them at all the dealers are ripping you off with the money when it takes 5 minutes to do it with their key it's a rip off.

Worst service ever , brought in my own diagnostics still charged diagnostics fee, which is a rip off, double the cost of other places. Plus the manager didn't tell us that they closed at 5pm even though the signs say 8pm. I have to go without a car now for 2 days. Never buy Ford! And don't go here for service!

I bring my car to get fix for air bag recall and then they return my car with the a/c not working, and they was expecting me to pay for the a/c, i spent all day on Tuttle Ford and i have to return another day to get my car fix and i ended up paying $120 please check your car the everything is working right before you left the dealer! If not your going to end up paying a lot of money to these guys!!

called last friday to make an appointment to have my car checked out. no one returned my call so I called 4 days later and they told me I would have to leave my car for 2 days so they could diagnose the problem. Told them that this was my only vehicle and they said that they could not do anything unless I gave them my car for those 2 days. If I make an appointment, why does it take 2 days to diagnose the problem?

I'm retracting my previous post not because what i had written wasn't true but for the harsh words i had written out of frustration and having to see my family saddened over the holidays and we all know family always and Forever come first so with that said i would sincerely like to thank Holmes Tuttle Ford and especially Fred Alderman for putting their customers first and the kindness that they have shown us and making it possible to spend time with our kids and grandchildren and I'm sincerely and truly grateful for that and with the way things are in this world today its nice to know there are those such as the Holmes Tuttle Ford Family that go above and beyond to make sure all are welcomed and treated as a part of the Holmes Tuttle Ford Family that im truly proud to be a part of and if you have some free time go visit them even if you don't buy a car i guarantee that you'll leave there with warmth in your heart and a smile that'll last a lifetime and no i don't work there but i am a customer that will forever be.

I recently had a vehicle served here. I made an appointment for a air bag inflater recall about 2 weeks prior to the service date. When I arrived to drop off the car they said the appointment wasn't in the books. Luckily Carlos managed to get my car in the same day and it was ready to pick up shortly after. He was very kind. I appreciate the efforts in getting my car done so quickly.
I'm guessing the appointment was just some kind of error. I'll just call and double check next time.

Great service department!

I'm from out of town towing a travel trailer. I had an intermittent fuel delivery problem. The scheduler understood my problem and instead of just offering me a distant appointment, referred me tot service advisor Fred Adelman. He fit me in and the problem was diagnosed and worked on very quickly.

I also had routine service done as a walk in on a different day. Gabe Gonzalez and the service crew got the work done faster than promised for what I feel is a reasonable and competitive price.

I can't say enough about the quality of their service department.

We just got our car from Jin Click used cars. Ramon was excellent! We came in because we saw a car we liked online, and I was afraid he would try to sore is other more expensive or newer cars, but that's the only one we saw, and they helped us and got us a great rate, comfortable payments, and we are extremely satisfied. Absolutely recommended. Thank you to Ramon and Jesus in the loan department! We live our new car, it's exactly the one we wanted, and there was no stress in the process!

Never buy from them again. Every time I go in for an oil change at least 5 hour waiting time, that's with an appointment. Tried it once without same thing. Had to service my vehicle do to the extended coverage warranty made me go through them made my appointment for 8 am, called in to check status after 12pm...they called me back after 12:30 only to tell me they had not got to my vehicle yet. I said my appointment was at 8 am. They said "Oh that's only drop off time"....What!!! So then I said...so by when will I know the status...then he said there is 8 more cars ahead of you...maybe later today or tomorrow."
Service Dept. really sucks! An appointment is an appointment. Not to mention I scheduled this dam appointment a week ago and you people still make me be without my vehicle! That's why I bought this vehicle in 2012...and I swore it would be the last I would buy and service at any Jim Click.

Don't make the mistake that I did on Saturday, 7/21/18, when I bought a used car from Jeff Schwager. Nice guy, good communicator, consummate salesman. But in my experience, once the car was sold and delivered, he couldn't be bothered. Within days of taking possession (of a used vehicle that had allegedly been reconditioned to Holmes Tuttle resell spec) there was a noxious gas smell both inside and outside the vehicle. Jeff told me to call the Recon Department and make an appointment; however, there were no openings until the following week. On Day Four of ownership, the Check Engine light came on, yet the message I got from both Jeff and his General Manager was sorry, you'll have to risk driving the car across town in 3-digit degree heat and leave it with Recon, with absolutely no reassurance of a loaner vehicle, no offer to pick up and tow this lemon of a used car to Holmes' Recon Department. The upshot was this: the engine, the fuel system and catalytic converter all needed work to the sum of $764.72. That is $764.72 over their retail price on a used car! These guys consistently come from "No"; they have no customer service training or ideals. In my final conversation with the Used Car Sales General Manager, Richard Verdugo, he actually hung up on me! Where is common courtesy? I will NEVER EVER do business with Holmes Tuttle Lincoln again. I advise you to steer clear, too.

I've had a good experience with them on the three occasions when I needed service on a company vehicle (Mid 2016, Early 2018, and July 2018).

I would like to commend Jessica Berrios and Garret Herring for my most recent visit as they both did an exceptional job.

Each time I have brought a vehicle in for service the shop has performed quality work that resolved the issue. Would recommend.

Don't let the fancy interior fool you. This place deserves zero stars. Went to service to get estimates for a few jobs on the car. Completely unenthusiastic service writer actually said, "I can't do that. Did you try checking prices online?" in a tone that really said, "Why are you bothering me? I was busy doing nothing."
Are you kidding me? I walked out furious. I despise everything ford. If it wasn't dad's former car and so sentimental, I'd dump it.
This place just renewed my absolute, pure, universal hatred of all things ford. I will NEVER go there again, and I hope ford owners (I feel bad for you) reading this avoid it as well.

I called and spoke to Manny to get an estimate on replacing the inside door handle on my 2009 Ford Fusion. I also let him know that I had the replacement part with me. He told me that since I already had the part, I would only be charged for labor at $115. I asked to schedule an appointment and he told me that they were booked out however I could bring in my car early in the morning and they would fit me in.

The following day I arrived at 7 am. One of the employees (I'm not sure if he was a technician or manager) told me that they would not be able to replace my car handle because I did not purchase the part at their facility. I showed him the replacement part and told him that it matched the specifications required for my car. He then proceeded to tell me that unfortunately their store policy will not work on cars unless the parts are purchased from their facility. What a jip. He said that the parts and labor would come out to $175 - $200 should I decide to purchase the same exact part from them. He didn't even bother to refer me to any other local mechanics in the area. I told him that when I called and spoke to Manny he did not inform me about this policy. He said that he would speak to Manny about it.

I went to Pep Boys up the street and explained my situation to them. They were more than happy to get me right in and replaced my door handle with the parts I provided for $105. They've gained a new customer. I will be going to them for all my car repair needs in the future.

After spending over 6 figures on my last two truck...

After spending over 6 figures on my last two trucks I came to conclusion that Holmes Tuttle Ford will never get another dime from me. I love Ford trucks but Holmes Tuttle displays the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The fact is no one can really judge a service model until somthing goes wrong with a brand new truck that you pay over 50k for. I purchased the 2017 lariat ford f150. The second month I owned it I cracked my tail light with minimal damage. I also notice my computer was not worling. When I took it in for a 15000 mile service I asked them to fix the computer screen. When I picked the truck up they informed me the IT guy is different then the service people so they didnt fix it nor inform prior that that was there system but they ordered the part and would notify me when it comes in so I could bring the truck back in again, 3 1/2 weeks go by no notification, I decide to call to see how long it actually takes? They then inform me the part came but they sent it back because I didnt call. FRUSTRATING! I then wait until my 30 k service and notify the sales department who sold me the truck that I want the computer fixed when I bring it in for service. Keep in mind every timre your vrhicle goes in its a whole day without your vehicle. Sales people said that was reasonable and they would be sure to make it happen. Didin't happen again telling me I need to bring it back in, brought it back and they said they need it for a few days. They did give me a vehicle to drive while they kept my truck. Afew days turned into a few more days and then weeks. On top of this they made me return vehicles for other ones and I had my office manager request that they be ready before we return the vehicle. They assured us they would only tyo be completely unorganized when arrive taking an additional 90 minutes to switch out vehicles. So 3 1/2 weeks go buty and they call me to inform me that my computer in my new truck is down do to the taillight being cracked so its on me to pay aproximately 1300 dollards to get it fixed. So be informed if you buy a 50 k plus truck and your taillight gets cracked its a substantial amount of money to get it fixed because thats were the computer chip is that runs your heater, AC, Electric windows, doorlocks and more. Now it has taken 2 times of bringing it in and over 3 weeks of keeping my truck for them to figure that out, You would think the manager would step and at least pick up half the cost after all they out you through. No way instead the manager tells you its your fault for a cracked tail light, They are unorganized and speak down to their clients. The manager was awful to deal with.

My father bought a used Truck the other day and he can't stop raving about it. He is not online so I am writing the review for him. Marshal helped us on the sales side and Johnny Baker helped us at the desk. They were professional and courteous, and my dad can be a handful. I called to ask if they had some used trucks and they found one immediately since they have such a large inventory. My parents were in and out in a reasonable amount of time and they have followed up several times since the sales. I would recommend you checking them out for your next used car.

My recent visit here was unrelated to a car purcha...

My recent visit here was unrelated to a car purchase (or any business at all with the dealership itself), but I have purchased a car here in the past. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team that listen to what YOU want. The financing staff is also great to work with; I signed the paperwork on my car, completely happy with the price I paid and the terms of the lease. I got a call the very next morning, with the finance department letting me know that although I'd have to re-sign a couple documents, they were able to drop my finance rate quite substantially, saving me all sorts of money. I have family members who have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Holmes Tuttle over the past 4-5 years, and I'd like to think we'll all continue to do so in the future.

I moved here from Sacramento and went to this deal...

I moved here from Sacramento and went to this dealership to buy a pair of wiper blade refills for my Motorcraft wiper assemblies. Some suit came up to me before I even made it to the parts counter and asked what I wanted. After I told him, he informed me that they don't stock the blade refills because "The Tucson summer temperatures are too high and the blades deteriorate before we can sell them. You'll have to buy the whole assembly.." When I asked why the separate blades deteriorate faster than the identical parts installed in the complete assembly, he could provide no answer. Sacramento's summer weather is only about 5 degrees cooler than Tucson's and the dealerships there never had a problem selling me just the blades. My theory is the suit came up to me to "upsell" me into a part I don't need just so that the dealership can make more profit. And they don't mind lieing to you to do it. I'd keep that corporate philosophy in mind if you ever look here for a new car.

I was traveling from Idaho to Tucson this week and...

I was traveling from Idaho to Tucson this week and got a CEL code on my 2015 F350 dually diesel pickup. It limited my power but was able to drive into Tucson. I called Tuesday evening at 5pm and asked to talk with a diesel service writer. I was on hold for less than a minute and Fred answered. I explained and he asked to come in the morning and he would quickly read the codes. I arrived at 9:05am and by 9:25am Fred met me, read the code, and scheduled me for 7am Friday morning. They would get the new DEF heater and install. WOW what amazing and responsive service!! I got a text reminder on Thursday and decided to drop off Thursday night. Easy and prompt reception Thursday at 6:45pm. Gabe was very polite and professional. Friday at 12:20pm I got a text my truck was ready at 1pm. Pickup at 3pm and everything was done exceptionally well. This is how a dealership should be run! Great job Holmes Tuttle Service Team. Thanks for getting me back on the road. Mark

Worst experience of my life. Will never buy another Ford product. Went in for an oil change and they claimed I needed 4 new tires.
Bought the 4 tires then waited 3 hours!!! After 2.5 hrs they said my truck was being brought up. Twenty minutes later I demanded to know where my truck was. They were still working on it. I will never ever buy another Ford product and I have purchased 3 F-150 s, an Expedition, An Explorer and 3 Mercury Marquis over my adult life. I am done with Ford

CDO is great. He helped my husband buy a truck last fall and when I was thinking about a new car he listened to my list if requirements. Not black or red. Sporty but not a muscle car. Blue tooth and a convertible. Not brand new, cute and classy. I said "you know" and CDO said "I got you Ms Karen. I get what you want." 3 days later he calls so excited. He found my car. It was a creampuff he said I have to come see it this morning. He was right he found my perfect car . Low mileage, not a scratch, beautiful Audi convertible. I love my new car. Thank you CDO!

Bob has been a pleasure to work with, he takes the time to make sure that you understand all of the features that your car has to offer. With this experience I dno't think that I would buy a car from anyother salesman. I vote 6 stars for Bob. I was not sure how to sync my apps to my car and Bob was more than generous with his time to help get everything set up for me. As I said earlier Bob will be the only person that I would want to work with when buying a new car. Everyone has been so good to work with at Holmes Tuttle Ford Lincoln and we are in a 13 year relationship with this being the 2nd car I have purchased from them.

My company has all of our fleet serviced here, and I have my personal vehicle serviced here also. I always utilize Mike Hill in the service dept.
This man is straight forward and does exactly what he tells you he will do.
I wish that I could get such service anywhere else! Thank you Mike.
Also if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle look for Jeff Giegos.
I cannot say enough about this man ( and I can't stand car salesmen) but I will be buying my next vehicle from this man as he is awesome to deal with!
