I have had the privilege of working with Mike Hill...

I have had the privilege of working with Mike Hill, a Service Advisor at Holmes Tuttle Ford. Due to his friendly, efficient, personable and extremely professional manner, he has turned a difficult situation into a pleasant experience.

I was traveling through Arizona and needing to drive back to Texas when I started experiencing serious concerns regarding the safety of my car.

I stopped at another dealership in Chandler and was told they would not be able to check my car for at least two weeks. I called around to a couple of dealerships and was receiving the same response.

Fortunately, I had met Khelil Abida on a previous trip to Tucson and knew that he worked with Jim Click s consortium of dealerships and asked if he would be able to help me. Even though we had only met once before several months ago, his response and willingness to help was immediate as though I was his best customer! Not to mention, his amazing memory! He recalled every detail of our meeting precisely!

He took the personal initiative to ensure that I was able to have my car serviced as quickly as possible, so that I could continue my travel safely back to Texas. His concern for my safe travel despite the fact that I had not purchased my car from him, is amazing.

I truly appreciate both Khelil Abida s and Mike Hill s professionalism and service .... something that seems to be lacking in so many other businesses.

It is refreshing to work with someone like Mike who although extremely busy, is still readily accessible. I quickly realized while my car was being serviced that he is always available because he never leaves for lunch!!!

Mike continued to update me and kept me apprised of my car s status and was impeccable when it came to following up. He didn t just leave a voice mail with a message when he was unable to reach me, but he followed up and called again to ensure that I had gotten his message. He gave me his cell number so I could reach him by voice or text and he was always quick to respond; another refreshing change when most businesses today are so automated that it is difficult to converse with a person live.

Khelil Abida also continued to follow up throughout the process to ensure I was taken care of even though he had nothing to personally gain and doesn t work at Holmes Tuttle Ford. Khelil works at Jim Click Chrysler Jeep!!!

A very nice and much appreciated finishing touch was finding that my car was delivered back to me complete with a complimentary car wash!

My compliments to your company, the management and staff. It makes me want to move to Tucson so that I can purchase all of my vehicles and have them serviced exclusively with Jim Click s dealerships due to the exemplary professionalism that every person I ve worked with has demonstrated.
