We come here every year. Location is excellent...just around the corner from the Skytrain. Food is wonderful. I've never had any issues with service or staff. Will be coming back as soon as I can.

We went to Holiday Inn Silom for a wedding ceremony on Sunday. The hotel is well maintained and it is near the Surasak BTS station. We parked our car at the parking on the fifth floor for free. The balloon on the first floor is decent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is centrally located, you can get everywhere very quickly! The breakfast was ok!
However, the rooms are NOT OK! Everywhere carpets, mold in the bathroom / toilet, no ventilation possibility in the room, unpleasant smell everywhere in the room floors (from the "air freshener" - ha ha)

Amazing hotel! Staff are all brilliant, and the place is immaculate. Probably the biggest and poshest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. The rooms are really nice with everything you could ever need - comfy bed, proper kettle, bath robes, iron, TV etc.

The breakfast is top quality, lots of freshly baked breads and pastries, salad, fruit, lots of choice for Asian and Western cooked food, and an "egg station" to make to them order. Great coffee too!

Very good location with rooms available for smokers. (Not too many hotels in Bangkok have so many rooms available for smokers!)
Lots of little restaurants 400 metres off to the side in the alleys including a couple of them with live music acts. A pretty decent small Indian fast food joint by the side that has south indian dishes too.
Also has a 7-11 on the ground floor which is pretty well stocked.
The hotel itself is pretty decent and serves as a good stop for families and business travellers alike.

takes 10 mins walk from the nearest BTS, the service is Okay, still can be acceptable. But the facilities in the hotel is a but old.
And the AC in the room is really cold, the air is not that good as well.
Compare with the other holiday inn I've stayed before, the quality is just OKAY.

Nice hotel in a great location. All kind. Attention because if you book for 3 (in our case 2 adults and 1 child) or they give you only one large bed for all three or two of about a square and a half

Holiday Inn Silom is an excellent stay within Bangkok for either business or leisure.
Staff are very courteous and professional.
Rooms have desk and lamp to fully support business activities
Restaurant and breakfast is a full range of food, drink an coffee.
My return to Bangkok will be Holiday Inn Silom everytime

Excellent service, very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and always kept clean. Nice to go with family and you have several options of means of transport nearby. Highly recommended Abundant breakfast

Location of the hotel is not bad, family mart below and restaurants within walking distance, trsin station is about 10mins walk.
For the housekeeping wise, its quite disappointing for a brand such as Holiday Inn. Unfortunately the bed linens were not changed as per requested during their routine housekeeping despite the card being placed on the bed, the dirty marks on the pillow case which was there when we checked in the room during midnight was still there after the housekeeper has come into our room the next day. We stayed there for 5 nights and on most days when the linen were changed, there are visible stains on the linens, which clearly should not be used anymore. The way the room was cleaned seems to depend on the mood of the house keeper on that day. Some days the face towel were given, some days they were not but an extra small towel was given instead, some days our shower gel were replenish, some days they were not, on the 4th day no bath towel was given too. And a twin beded room with only a single coffee cup just doesn't seem right.

So so

Very old hotel in Silom that needs a facelift. Staff in general are not as pro active to assist with guests compared to other Holiday Inn hotels in BKK. But what you pay is what you get.. so can't complain too much. If you have a more flexible budget, suggest to stay at the reliable Holiday Inn Siam at Chitlom.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable bed, Carpeted, polite n nice receptionist, good breakfast, strategic location, ask for higher floor so you can have a city view, free shuttle to nearby BTS

Great location with Maggie Choos around the corner...

Great location with Maggie Choos around the corner, many transport options nearby, China Town about a mile away. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a shop in the lobby where we bought a local Sim card and had it put in for us as well as postcards and stamps. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were excellent. The rooms are a bit worn but still comfortable and had all we needed.

Terrible service and the way they handle issue is ...

Terrible service and the way they handle issue is far from professional. I found used towels in the room when I have just checked in. Not to mention I spent 30 mins waiting for checking in on PRIORITY counter. When I asked to talk to manager they sent a basket of fruit but no manager came to talk to me.
