Great location. Close to everything. And the breakfast is spectacular.

The dinner buffet is very general, the food in the photo is the essence of the buffet..... It s enough to be stupid once haha

Went to an "Afterparty" here. The club we were at closed at 2:00 and since it was my 21st birthday, we decided to go to an afterparty. Unfortunately, we decided to go here. We payed 300 Baht to get in to the Holiday Inn Club and soon after we were kicked out. First, we were told that our friend was asleep on the streets so that we would believe them and leave the club. We did not believe them so we told them "no sorry, we are going to go back to the club." After that, we were grabbed violently by security guards and dragged down the stairs and out of the building. We literally did nothing wrong. We did not talk to anyone, just danced a little and minded our own business. This hotel/club is an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn company, the city of Bangkok, and the country of Thailand. We payed 300 baht just to get thrown right out for no reason. Thanks for ruining my birthday, Holiday Inn. Wish I could rate negative stars.

I stayed here with family for almost a week. The experience was so-so. The rooms were very good. But there were some issues here and there. There is free Wi-Fi and ethernet available (1 Mb/s with paid speed upgrades available). Buffet breakfast was amazing (with Indian options available), although the selection of dessert left something to be desired in my opinion. There is an Indian restaurant (Tandoor) on the 6th floor, which has some of the best Indian food I have ever had. But it was too expensive and service was slow.

Overall, the hotel was good. Here's a list of cons, however:

- Airport transfer was overpriced (1,500 THB while regular taxi costs about 200) and service was absolutely terrible. It took way longer for the car to arrive and it was nothing special compared to regular Bangkok taxis, which are very decent.
- The shower didn't work well in our room. It would take a lot of time and effort to get a usable water temperature.
- The staff made us wait for over four hours in the lobby because our pair of rooms "was not ready" and because they were at full capacity. When we finally asked if they at least had one room ready, they said that we should have asked earlier because the room had been ready all this time. Then we found out that they didn't have connecting rooms, as they had promised to us.

Excellent location in the middle of a busy district. There's a great coffee shop in the lobby and another one right at the corner outside the hotel including a convenience store. The wifi in the hotel is pretty fast and reliable. The only difficulty is that the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Makasan). All in all a pleasant experience staying there.

The service rendered was very good. Staff were very friendly and greeted with smiles. Location wise perhaps not the best for night market goers as there are not a lot of night market nearby (nearest was bangrak bazaar other than silom walking street which only operate on Sundays). Otherwise its a nice place to escape the busy city life.

A cheap alternative if you do not want to stay in a dodgy place in Bangkok. Ask for a room in the new tower!

Conveniently located. Shops, malls and spas nearby. Indian veg restaurant saravana bavan is at walkable distance. One hour drive from suvarnabhumi airport. We r family of four and we chose one bedroom with two single beds and we could sleep very comfortably. They let us checkin early and late checkout. We could leave our luggage in the lobby and then roam the city till late night. Hotel have a staff who will take care of the luggages.

The area offers food, street food, a family mart is just at the corner.

Little food, no juice. No ice cream The fruit was bruised and bruised. Buying a cart on the road is also worthwhile. Not worth the money paid

A nice hotel right in the city of Bangkok. It's pretty much an old hotel but well maintained and is clean. The rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed. Location is easy to get to anywhere within the inner city of Bangkok.

Going to the Byier event that the department is considered good, but when he entered it was a little confused. Thinking that going up the stairs, but actually there is another way down to the bottom, but the combination is considered good, good service, diligent, keep the dish, keep the glass very often.

Stop by here. If you get sick, get up on the second floor and come straight.

Nice room. Good staff. Close to the city. Many restaurants around this hotel.

Great place to stay. Room is comfortable and clean. Staffs were helpful, well versed in English and friendly. The only drawback is that the menu for morning breakfast is abit lack and daily served almost the same menu.
