Holiday Inn Silom is located at a strategic Iocation, 5 minutes walk to Surasak BTS skytrain station, and near numerous eateries making it easy to grab a meal. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The check in process may take some time, especially when the hotel is inundated with guests. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Even the twin beds are HUGE! The pillow menu is impressive!!! You can either get the pool side window view, or views of Bangkok city. The pool facility is satisfactory. The Crown Tower is the older building, and the Plaza Tower is the newer one. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Splendid food variety from many different types of breads and pastries, butter and spreads, yoghurts, juices, fruits, and cereals. There's Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Indian cuisine, as well as an egg station attended by the in-house chef. I was impressed they even had oatmeal on request as well as various seeds and dry fruits. Lactose free and gluten free options were also there. The phrase "Have breakfast like a king" truly applies here XD! Umbrellas are available for borrowing from the reception should it rain unexpectedly. The Tuk Tuk Shuttle service that brings you in and around Silom is complementary running every hour. Definitely recommending this property for a great family or business stay!

Had wonderful there. It was my first foreign trip. Their hospitality was amazing. Thai people are so lovely and so decent. Morning buffet was good with various cuisines. And price is also not so hefty for this hotel. Overall experience was really good.

Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom Hotel is a best place to stay for vacation or business meeting. The building is designed sophisticated, easy to locate, and well-furnished. The employees who are in-charged as guard, receptionist, and waiter / waitress / cook are kind, charming, helpful.

Good central location. Lots of restaurants and street vendors. Not very clean walkways. did not bother me as I was expecting that. As Trump would say big city, lots of people big bldg. Friendly staff

Went to whisgar and it was surprisingly nice! Would be better if there's live band tho.

Everything was fine except bathroom supplies. It was very small. Further the TV doesn't have some channels like HBO which it printed in the menu of available channels.

5-star hotel with a lot of parking inside the building But couldn't park the front of the lobby for a long time Because a tour bus comes down every day There are a lot of rooms. I like the staff's service. Most of the care is very good, and for the food that tastes good, there are cakes, bakeries, buffets and drinks. And there is a free shuttle bus service for guests. And in front near the road, can call Taxi by yourself, within 15 minutes walk to BTS Taksin station and Robinson Bang Rak and Wat Kaek temple. In front of the hotel, there are coffee shops and minimarts open 24 hours. Around walking distance are restaurants, taverns, shops. Really many jewels

Very nice hotel, perfect in every way, except for the food which is very bad and expensive.

They serve a lovely buffet in their Brasserie Restaurant. The hotel is much more elegant than one might expect from a Holiday Inn.

The location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and dinner and was very pleased. The shower in the bath was to die for.
