Bigger room than in other Holiday Inn Hotels in Bangkok and cheaper.
Complementary tuk tuk shuttle to the next Skytrain station.
Huge lobby, good breakfast buffet and very comfortable bed!
Internet speed was ok.
Staff was polite and genuine friendly, especially at the executive floor.
Delicious eggs Benedict.
Room service was fast.
Free car park.
Check-out was quick and flawless.

Located on Silom Road In the heart of Bangkok, there are a lot of guests staying.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Service was good and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent, with extensive selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets. It's a huge, busy hotel with lots of tourists and airline crew staying there.

Amazing Lobby that will answer all your questions about the Hotel. Polite FO staffs , located in the prime location busy and happening place. Lot of restaurants near by. Nice view and close to important site seeing spots like.

It s a wonderful place with excellent Service. Staffs are friendly as well as cooperative. They serve excellent breakfast with lot of verities.
But worse part is that they are taking additional amount as refundable deposit.

Great buffets the serve. They even do custom dishes according to the customers taste and is included as part of the buffet. The spread is extensive with a large selection of desserts. Use the eatigo app to get 50% discounts on the buffet. Worth it.

Enjoyed our stay here with our young daughter. Good location but overpriced food and drinks. But there are plenty of restaurants around the area.

On the opposite side, holiday in silom also has delicious cakes Come to the wrong store

I went to this hotel for seminar. The seminar room look good included coffee break there are many delicious snacks, breads, beverages or others. This place near Bangkok BTS then easy to go. I recommended this hotel for seminar.

The hotel have a very big lobby, you can see the luxury from it. The location near Surasak BTS Station, but it's pretty far from tourist attraction. Breakfast buffet really good, they offer western with a touch of japanesse food choices. If you book standard room, you will get the room in the old wings tower, which is still good, but the bathroom is small and no bathtub. Cleanliness superb. In the room they already provide you clothes iron and iron board. Standard Holiday Inn Service, which is Excellent. Nice hotel, pleasant stay.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are nice, clean and decently sized. The breakfast buffet is top notch and the hotel location is excellent! The only negative I will give them is that the air conditioner in my room did not blow particularly cold. After being in the Bangkok heat all day, I wanted to look forward to a nice chilly room, but that didn't happen. I told a gentleman at the front desk about it but he just nodded. Maybe he didn't understand me because I don't speak Thai and I'm not sure how much English he speaks. So Holiday Inn Silom, if you're reading this, please fix the A/C in room 1518 for future guests. Other than that, you have a terrific hotel!

Premises not renovated and dirty on the lower floors. x Total disappointment that price. I asked for a room change but nothing to do. Horrible!!!!!!!!

I attended an event in the ballroom serving indian food. But the food taste didn't meet my expectations.

I like to come eat buffet in this hotel.
The food is delicious, it is 500 baht per head.
Cheaper than in the mall.
Plus have time to eat 4-5 hours
Like no time limit

Food is a walk to eat.
Had sushi salmon
shrimp
And sweets
Coffee tea
A lot, can't tell all
Each item tastes very delicious.

Worst food I have ever had in Bangkok. I think they just microwaved yesterdays leftovers

Best hotel in Bangkok. Saravana Bhavan is 10 steps from the hotel for the Indians.

Rooms are very comfortable and new after renovation. 10mins walk to the skytrain Surasak station. There re Family Mart and Segafredo coffee shop on the ground floor. Room service is amazing as always!! Try Tom Yum Kung, Pad Thai, Minced pork with basil leaves and Green curry chicken. They make it really nice and tasty!

The hotel is located in the busy area and there are too many options to get to the hotel. We took the taxi from airport and it was a good 45 mins ride in the evening time for us. The checkin process was quick and we had been given the key and required instruction within couple of minutes. The housekeeping service was great and whenever we asked for things like water bottle or extra pillow etc, they were made available to us within few minutes no matter what time of the day it was. When it came to breakfast, there were too many options for breakfast and it did blow my expectation for sure. I was not expecting such a huge variety of breakfast options in the hotel and on the top of that, the omelette station was like icing on the cake. We all enjoyed our breakfast during the stay very much and the staff in the restaurant area do deserve commendation for their outstanding customer service.

Overall it was an excellent stay for us at the hotel and when we happen to visit Bangkok in future we are going to stay there again for sure. The staff at the hotel made us feel welcomed and did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Loved everything like service, location, etc. Not suitable if you need a hand shower in toilet, I hope they add this like other hotels (Novotel). The food is good as well, wide variety available.

There are many types of food, including buffet and shops that foreigners are comfortable.

Good for business travelers who want to stay in Bangkok city center.
