I loved the hotel, everything you need in the room and bathroom with all the accessories and more! Very nice pool and ideal temperature to spend the heat of Bangkok, bar in the pool area with happy hour from 16 to 18hrs very good! Excellent smoothies!

I stay in Holiday Inn Silom quite often for my work and it's always cozy and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of financial district. You can easily walk to the subway station, or hop on taxis/ tuktuk. Rooms are spacious, all the staffs are friendly, brunch buffet is great, and the outdoor pool and gym are decent as well.
One of many Hotel on Silom Road (The corner of the entrance to the Surasak Road junction) is easy to see. There are quite a lot of foreign tourists near this hotel. Buffet food in this hotel is quite delicious. But for Thai people, it may be a bit expensive. There is parking in the hotel building. Traveling is considered convenient, especially during the holidays. On weekdays there will be a lot of cars. Stuck for quite a long time (Especially in the morning and evening Because there are many private schools nearby) Who will travel by car, probably have to spare a lot of time
I was expecting something more from the rooms, not very large and elegant, good service and breakfast.

Location is to good for anyone who visits Bangkok. You have everything in the vicinity including the best pubs. Pool is very salty and rest of it is good.

Lobby It looks advanced and the equipment in the room is old.
The building was a little old in terms of age, but it was well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Really nice staff never rude but such a bad hotel that crew has to stay. The staff they dont understand english at all. I said im allergic to mashroom can i have onion soup they bring me mashroom. Plus i called 4 times for the bad smell from the bathroom which constatantly they have nobody cared. So its not hygienic place at all i dont think they ever clean anything. If you gonna stay here ever bring your ultraviolet lights to see. Good luck

Great location, downtown location, next to Bangkok's largest outlets (much smaller than most of the country...), service is good, bus stop is about two minutes, and surasak light rail station (BTS) is 7 minutes It is better to go out to eat if breakfast is slightly more expensive.

The stay was fine and it is located in a good location, Front desk was not friendly, Just make sure you check the snack items and things such as hotel provided maps are properly sealed soon you check-in to room. We were charged for items that were used by previous occupants. Also I recommend to stay away from concierge and their recommended taxi/touring services. The driver that we engaged through holiday inn tried cheating us. Taxi drivers in Bangkok are sort of mafia and try looting visitors .Stay away from this driver

One of the best hotels I could find. In particular the comfort of the bed and its super soft pillows have been one of the mystical things that I will remember for a long time. Cleaning services courtesy of the staff really 5Ssei stars I would have put really remarkable processing. The structure is located in the heart of Bangkok and within walking distance of the major attractions, a truly enviable position, the attention to the client stands out and 30 is really pleasant
