Its clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom.staff are attentive .The buffet food is fair with generous amounts available .the overall vibe is very different from European , Western and Asian countries . suitable for overnight stop overs.

Was isolated in hotel under supervision of American hospital for quarantine as got Covid-19 infected. Stay was pleasant and services good and on time. However cannot confirm for regular services when situation become normal as these services provided combined with hotel and American hospital. Nice location and airport view

Practically in front of the airport, for those who have to make short breaks it is perfect and a good compromise as value for money

I forgot my wallet at the room and I remembered the next day and as soon I recognise I called the hotel and an Arab answer my call and he told me that they will check and contact me , and in 2 minutes he calls back and says they kept my wallet with the lost and found And I came after few hours and they were waiting for me . Thanks for you guys and for sure will come back soon again.

Perfect place to crash between flight with free airport transfer.
Finding the transfer from the airport is not that simple. You have to exit the terminal, cross the 1st street and go to the end of it left hand side.

Easy access thanks to the regular shuttles, every thirty minutes, between the airport and the hotel. There is a fast food service and a restaurant. Prices remain affordable, but it's still Dubai.

Very nice cozy hotel. Even the rate of the hotel is 3 stars but hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Well 3 stars in Dubai is as good as 5 stars in many European hotels in my opinion. Room was large and spacious with all necessary supplies, ac, TV and etc. Apart from bed we even had sofa in the room (remark for room size :)). Location is not far from airport which makes it reachable in no time. Our flight was late night that is why we moved to this hotel in the city from our main hotel. It makes it easy also to go out and grab something to eat or you can order meals and it will be delivered to the hotel. By the way hotel provides shuttle services to the City Center mall in Deira and to airport also. Very convenient! Just check if timing suits you.

One of the best transit hotel in Dubai. Rooms clean and clear. Breakfast and dinner buffet excellent. Calm and quite place. Staff also very friendly. But wifi bit slow.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We were four adults. First they gave us a room with two small beds (for four adults?!). Then we got a room with a completely broken sofa-bed. When you lay down, the feet part lifts from the floor, so the head part lifts too and the middle part stays on the ground, making a bed sandwich?! But even in that position we could have slept because we were tired. But THE NOISE from the sofa every time you move any body part!!! I didn't sleep a single minute. We told the hotel about the problem but they didn't care. They just shrugged and said "ohh..." so if you want a good night's sleep, choose another hotel!!

Clean rooms, with good bathrooms. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Mixed drinks are stupid expensive though so stick to the beer.

Hotel is so so. BUT the front desk staff were very poor. It was all so hap-hazard in finding booking, dealing with other customers- that took over 30 minutes to get to my room from arriving at hotel

Very poor customer service at hotel. I had booked the room through booking- com. I called hotel for several times but very untrained staff could not answer about my reservation at the hotel.

I stayed here two weeks and found this hotel to be very comfortable with all the hotel amenities. Breafast here is plentiful and so much so that I looked forward to it each morning. Nevertheless today the warm greeting in the morning from the breakfast receptionist Mrs Neenu. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is cozy well located. Near the Dubai International Airport offers shuttles every 30 minutes to the airport. The rooms are very comfortable. The service is great and the hotel strives for which the provision of services. The restaurant is great and offers a wide variety of dishes, coffees, teas, juices. Daily prices are moderate.

Really friendly staff and they were helpful. I wanted to check- in early and they made it possible without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean. The towels felt a little over used and were starting to fall apart.

Clearly a better choice than Premier Inn. Rooms are more comfortable. Fast check in.

Very nice hotel with convenient location. Perfect for those who travel via Dubai

Even budget hotels have some class this is a classless hotel. Could not fix the shower temperature. Room smelt of smoke and AC were wavering between cold and hot. Not even a tooth brush nor a tissue in the toilet. Three times called and waits later I had to personally go to the reception to beg a toothbrush. Breakfast was by far a major disappointment. Chose to stay away from the buffet as what I saw was a HACCP nightmare. Cheap hotel cheap attitude. There are however in same area better budget properties.

Typical transit hotel, good clean room, decent shower, decent internet, free airport shuttle and all right breakfast, additional complementary toiletteries from reception.

Didn't get the room we booked. The only offer we got was to move to a smoking room.

My brothers enjoyed his stay here on the way from UK. To Australia and is staying here 2nd March he is 74 and will get all the help he requires. Thankyou. Xxx

Expensive and uncomfortable. Attitude towards customers is trivial. I stopped to sleep overnight. Night woke up to check the bill.

Amazing service, not too expensive but luxurious and includes breakfast and dinner, very near airport. Would recommend definitely to anyone I know or anyone that can see my review.

Stayed here for 3 nights, super nice Holiday inn, convenient location, free shuttle bus from the airport. Rooms are nice, great bathroom, bed is good. Restaurant is big and the breakfast buffet is reasonable. Good value for money.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities include free Wifi, access to gym and swimming pool, complimentary coffee/tea making facilities, you are given free bottles of water any time you desire, free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 min. plus shuttle to certain shopping malls on selected times. Really, could not ask for more and would definitely recommend.
