Had a good experience and the service is excellent.
Great Economical hotel near Airport.

Good hotel, reasonable rates. Average breakfast,
No pools, no activities.

All are fine here
Only drawback is no nearby restaurants

Great service from reception, decent room with a kettle and complimentary tea, bed was fine. Great location (as I was flying out the next morning so needed to be near terminal 3.) enjoying but short stay.

Clean, very close to the airport, hearty breakfast. free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Ideal in transit.

Only complaint is the laundry service is slow. Very nice personnel and clean bathrooms and beds. Decent price and I trust the name.

Internet speeds are comparable to dial up internet, laundry takes several days, their rendition of a full English breakfast is hilarious, but on the plus side they do make good chicken tika masala and vegetable curry.

Loved the hotel. Prime location with awesome airport view. Their food and services are excellent. 24/7 helping staff. Pick up and drop facility to/from malls and airport. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is suitable for travelers only transit is very crowded and can not provide you any service because of the great pressure and there is a lot of inconvenience in the ground floor rooms

My reservation not only the same as I booked but also room was filty, door lock broken, carper bedsheets had stain. One of the worst experience I had. I asked manager for money back. He agreed to take a look into this but no response till now.

Close to the airport but the rooms need to be renovated bathroom has cracks and rust

Room Lil cozy but confirmable for 2 person. Breakfast is great. Nearby metro station is Emirates. It's budget hotel, better to go with online deal.

Great hotel thar provide shuttle from T1 & T3, and last time l was lucky to get it to t2 :). Emirates metro station is only 7 min walking where is the closest exchange, and small mini market. Check for shuttle at reception to take you to mall. Room are very nice and you can choose from smoking & and not smiking. Breakfast decent, good choise , good coffe. but most of all l like that room are clean shower always with good water pressure no matter which floor you are. Stuff more then villing to help ypu, always. Free wi fi thru the otell and works great. Gym very nice. Check the bar also :) There are 5 meetings room here, and hotel doesnt uave pool. But who needs it for 1-2 nights. Actually this time l am 4 nights here :). Thank you for amazing servise, see you again soon

A good international hotel chain with professional and efficient services. For those who have a bad flight schedule, it is the most convenient choice for accommodation.

It was good for a 1 night stay before flying out. The breakfast was just ok. The free transportation from the airport was very good.

Staff nice and kind of a distance from sites a taxi ride away from the sites

Great hotel, large room, quality service, breakfast at the top, everything except free croissants, cleanliness in all places.
I regretted, no French speaking staff, despite being told otherwise, except RAMI who gets by, but night service except access to the PC to confirm online registration, cost (unacceptable) of 20 UADs.
I advise and will return.

Typical hotel of the Holiday Inn chain, it has the right and necessary for a good rest and recovery after an exhausting day. It has free transportation to and from the airport every 1/2 hour. The buffet restaurant is very good and practical since there are no nearby places to eat in the area.

Shouldn't be called Holiday inn is worse in the world from food to staff and dirty

If you are passing through to Dubai excellent holiday inn never fails

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, room service menu is horrid
