I made some reservations of the holiday in the booking when Smith and the price was exact no additional fees. Talabat however it takes a bit longer to process your check in. Didn't have enough towers I have to request some and wait for it but was acceptable. Table is too small but I have some nice coffee selection and tea in the room, Tarzan nice lobby downstairs for dinner and the complimentary breakfast at the buffet from 5 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.my problem was with tu as shadows taking streaming live and you have to stand outside and sweat

I had stayed here for 4 days while waiting for my working visa. The hotel is very accessible to Dubai Metro which can bring you to different tourist spots of the City. The hotel is just in front of the Termninal 3.

The hotel has become a quarantine facility and it ...

The hotel has become a quarantine facility and it can't be booked for normal tourist unless you're here to do a quarantine. You can check in between 12:00 PM or 10:00 PM but what I did was drop my bags in the room, left to do a couple errands, and came back around 9:00 PM which the DFS guy was still in his desk. The room is pretty old but of course it is a budget hotel.
Liquor is not allowed, so you can't get liquor from room service but you can try to get it before you start the quarantine to avoid suspicion. The bathroom is standard and it does not have a bathtub. The chair in my room has a stain which discourages me from sitting in it. The fridge can cool your water but you will have to wait the whole day before you can notice it. When I moved in, the first thing I noticed was the odor which feels like someone smoked in the room but when I called reception, they confirmed the entire floor is no smoking. The TV had issues with the screen but the hotel staff were quick to swap it out. The TV is all cable with a total of 42 channels and the internet is not the best if you're planning to work from your laptop while on Quarantine. You get three meals a day, with the breakfast mostly being an English style breakfast around 6:30 AM. Then reception calls you around 8: 00 AM so that you can pick from 3 choices of meals for lunch around 12:30 PM and dinner around 6:30 PM The hotel does have room service with a 30% discount and a laundry service which my understanding is a 40% discount with the first 3 pieces of clothes being complimentary every 2 days. You will get your clothes back in 2 days. If you don't like the food, you can order from Talabat, Zomato, or even Amazon or Carrefour to buy something local if you forgot to buy something that you can't find through Talabat. House Keeping has only came once to clean my room even though they are supposed to come every 5 days (I know I can call them but it was the services that they said they would offer). I got my Covid-19 test the next day after checking in from the same building but different floor. They will tell you the result over the phone in the next following days. You'll get your next Covid-19 test 2 days before you leave. You'll have your results in an envelope and it will be given around 6 P.M. before your flight in the morning. During your departure day, DFS staff takes you from the hotel, to a bus, to the airport, through customs, and then to your gate.

My opinion on the food. I think the food needs more improvement because I could not eat English breakfast meals every single day and it would sometimes mix with the rest of my food. The only thing that I felt comfortable eating was the breads, bottled water, and desserts for 90% of the time.

I only spent one night for a stopover. Clean and comfortable, the (abundant) breakfast starts at six o'clock to give access to those who have to take the early flight. It is ten minutes by taxi from the airport.

We checked in for 6 hours to get some rest between flights. Unbelievably, we waited over an hour of this time for our rooms.

The breakfast looked great but on closer inspection was horrible. What we did try was 3 out of 10.

The shuttle service is unreliable. This is a big problem if you are here for a limited time and want to maximize rest time.

This is not the usual holiday in express standard. Be warned.

The hotel, which I visited in January 17, was really bad in every category. Definitely one of the worst hotels I've stayed in so far.

One of my main points of criticism were the extremely poorly insulated rooms. The whole night there was a shouting in the corridor that was looking for its equal. We were also quite close to the elevators on the ground floor, which certainly helped.
Morning breakfast was at least as bad. There was an incredible amount of food on the floor and I have never seen such mountains of dirty dishes.

Friendly staff, clean room and overall good experience. Perfect location near the DXB airport with free shuttle to Terminal 1 & 3 every half hour and Terminal 2 every hour. The breakfast isn't the best but it gets the job done.

TO improve: breakfast offerings are of fair quality .. Shower area is very tight.

Very excellent in dealing with the residents (us), and their constant smile that makes you feel absolutely positive
It is also excellent in hygiene, from users (cleaning staff) to the last light that is present in the hotel.
However, there is a drawback as is in all modern hotels (narrow and small size of rooms).

Clean and convenient transit hotel just minutes from the terminal. Very friendly and professional staff. Room was plenty big for a short transit or lay-over stay and bed very comfortable. Toiletry kit available at front desk. Didn't try the brekkie or shuttle as flying Emirates biz so already taken care of. For the price this place is a no-brainer.

Very neat, elevator accommodate only one cart. If you have more than one cart, you will need to get the second elevator. They do not ask whether we need help. Shuttle service and its drivers are very professional and assist guests.

I love this hotel. The staff, largely Indians are very polite, respectful, accommodating, warm and ready-to-help. We came in before the official check in time, No questions asked, we had our rooms and still took breakfast. The breakfast was always on point with varieties. Rooms are super clean and well managed with charming personnel. Free shuttle to city centre at intervals is available. However , I advise the hotel to have cable TV service in the room and give the option of pay per view to the guests.
