It is a four-star hotel
Overlooking Dubai Creek .. There are some historical touches to the place.
The rooms are generally well appointed, small in size, with a small balcony

Great hotel very accommodating thanks for the warm greeting specially for sales team specialty Sona,mark Ramos mr.bob and mr.aldert and all of the team for having me a surprise cake. One of the oldest and best hotels in the area with excellent view of the Abra and excellent service.

It's a nice place but you'd rather prefer the top floor for an intriguing view

Internet was damn slow and it gave me a headache because I relied on wireless service during my visit to Dubai. I love the fact that the hotel is located in creek which was close to many places I wanted to visit

Attended an event Her Health First at Zabeel Ballroom in Radisson Blu on November 18 evening. About the venue, it's just eye catching with its unique lightings. Also, the location was really easy to reach even for those travelling by metro. The snacks and the drinks provided for the event was yummy too.The staff of the hotel did a really good job and were really helpful as hosts. I would recommend Radisson Blu, Deira Creek in Dubai as one of the perfect spot for your events and day outs.

The place is nice, can suit any kind of gathering, romantic, family, friends, staff there are very friendly, helpful and provide you with their best service, they simply make you enjoy your food. Food was good, different kind of dishes. Big thanks to staff there specially Emily, even the restaurant manager has visited us couple of times to make sure everything is in order.

Everything was good. The location, staffs, breakfast. There's a very good bar in the hotel, The breakfast buffet service in Food at Boulvar was also outstanding - the staff at the buffet were so polite and helpful. Beautiful room... very nice people they are all best. They always want to help and want to know if everything is right.
Good location because not far away of all the things to see in Dubai. I will never forget my travel in Dubai and a part of this is because of the hotel .Radisson blu creek is an unique hotel in dubai, it have beautiful view , nice location, kind staff , kind housekeeping, the staff in the reception was friendly both shift , i will give this hotel 10 out of 10

Very nice hotel.the staff is very nice. Free Wifi is awesome and excellent room service.

Beautiful suites, very comfortable bed and pillows but, reception staff let the hotel down very badly.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful, polite and thoughtful. My sister and I celebrated our birthdays here on separate days, at midnight the staff remembered and provided complimentary cakes for us. Lol they did manage to put a happy anniversary instead of a birthday message for mine but the thought was there.

The newly refurbished swimming pool was brilliant. However at 1am till 5am they decided to carry out repairs on some tiles, using an angle grinder and chisels!

The gym facilities were great! However the changing rooms were untidy and dirty, the steam room was mouldy. Definitely requires over hauling.

The views of the Creek are clear and brilliant during sunrise and sunset. It helps being so close for access around town too.

The breakfast included was outstanding. A huge variety of different food, including English, French, Indian, Arabic, amongst other options. The staff were more than happy to make anything for us even if it wasn't on the menu.

The rooms were brilliant. Comfy beds, 4 different pillow options. Clean, tidy, cosy with good AC. The corridors do smell strongly of cigarettes, it would be great if the hotel ensured they maintained the scent.

Overall a decent stay. 3 stars ***

This used to be intercontinental before, a nice place to hangout and spend evening. The hotel serves alcohol in restaurants ($$ to $$$ )

Old place and employers are not professional enough with low training standards!

Ideally located in Dubai creek area,excellent rooms , easy access for transport
Online booking prices didn't match with actual price after stay, breakfast which was supposed to be included in the online offer was charged subsequently.
