Very Decent Hotel, have a free Wifi and direct Duabi Airport View, you can see the planes onboarding :)
Hi speed internet, fast room service, and safe place.
Easy to access from everywhere. The location is very good.
Have a free breakfast with a lot of Variety, you can have all breakfast u need.
Has a smoking and non smoking rooms, free GEM. For those who dont want to miss thier GEM Practices.
Very coperative Staff.
I recommend this place to anyone need to stay close to the Airport and in the middle of Dubai City. Transportation available always from the hotel, and Taxi is always around the place, even the bus station is just 15 min walk.

Close to Airport, staff was good, rooms are small and smelly. Food is really expensive.

Close proximity to the airport with a complimentary shuttle that runs every 3mins or so. Very basic amenities and a disappointing breakfast spread.

Small rooms are very worn out food is 2 star and the bar needs more options as far as beer goes

Bed was pretty small and hard compared to American standards but we weren't there to sleep, we were there to see the sights and we were not disappointed. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Sooooo much delicious food, it was stunning!!

Carpets in the rooms stink beastly, have a room already changed. The second room when approaching ok, but after lying down we have only stench true. Windows can not be opened.

I don't believe this should be even a 1 star hotel. Receptionist lady was rude and unhelpful upon my arrival late night. Key card given didn't work and I had to go all the way down to reception again to reactivate it. No room service at all! Even if you are feeling ill they will not bring food or delivery menus to you. Room phone did not work. Room lock didn't lock. Toilet hygiene seemed questionable. Room AC temperature was set to 24 Celsius but was always at 21 Celsius. Television remote had buttons that worked and others that didn't.
IF you are trying to get some sleep before a flight or meeting FORGET ABOUT IT. One room was under maintenance with hammering and other loud sounds. Next room was full of drunk bachelors talking loudly and laughing till 3 am, whom completely ignored knocks on their door and tried many times to enter through the adjoining door.
Shuttle bus service to/from the airport is excellent upon arrival. However if you are looking to take it upon check-out time make sure that you are patiently waiting outside for it because no one will inform you, even if you are sitting just at the reception doors, that the bus has come. Bus came and left with many guests waiting inside for it and the following bus was late.

Yes, I realize that it is a 2 star hotel. Still, I would never book it again. Bad smelling room, very worn. The bathroom was not clean and the shower moldy. I have never slept so badly in a hotel.

5min from the airport and they had a shuttle going every 30min. Rooms were ok and clean. Good for a stopover nap.

We stayed in your hotel by my company SUNEDGE from 15 to 19 June. Service from the staff was very excellent with breakfast too.Specialy Mr Manojit and Mr.Javed Sir gave us very nice service .

Good place for budget conscious people. Rooms very small but clean. It's ok for couple of days stay. Close to airport, added advantage.

Good place for a short stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was alright with complimentry breakfast.

The hotel is average. The business model of express is to remove frills so it wasn't unexpected. However, the basic services like dinner weren't up to mark. The hotel is close to the airport but it also means that there aren't any food options nearby.

Uncertain rooms cleanliness. Price is a little high for the service/commodities.

Room was fine. Unfortunately we waited for an hour outside DXB Terminal 2 for a shuttle bus we had been told twice one the phone with the hotel would materlise but never did. Eventually we got an uber. At the hotel they said they wouldn't rufund this cost as 'we didn't take a normal taxi and didn't have a receipt' a ludicrous statement as anyone who has used uber knows.

Excellent hotel. Perfect in every way: great value for money. You can stay there with your eyes closed.

Cons - there is no service in the rooms, the bathroom is not very clean. No bathrobe and slippers. The prices on the Internet do not correspond, when calculating, it turns out that there are some additional fees, taxes (the price for a room on the site is 143 dirhams, but in the end it turned out 200). Currency exchange is not profitable.
On the plus side - the food is good, but paid, for dinner 65 dirhams. The beds are soft and clean. There is a TV in the room, but mostly local channels. In general, for the same amount it was possible to find better.

Located near the airport, the hotel is very convenient for a night between two flights. The hotel free shuttle (every 30 minutes) will take you from/to the airport. Room are large, very quiet and clean. Breakfast is hearty. Really had a pleasant stay.

Services overall ok. Lots of staff but not available when requested.

It's definitely a choice as a stop before or upon the arrival from the airport.
The trick is whether the hotel itself can arrange the shuttle bus to pick up or drop off the customer. Airport taxi driver don't know or don't care sometimes.

Buffet is very expensive food is just normal nothing is special

Value for money very interesting, varied breakfast and will, convenient to access the airport.

Hotel is Ok . There is no room service for snacks or coffee. when asked for coffee to room service , the waiter brought a couple of instant coffee packets. Food at the indian restaurant in the lobby was horrible. Did not try the other buffet restaurant.

It was a wonderful stay at holiday inn. the room was peace and very neat. the staffs were friendly. the food was tasty. its very near to the emirates metro and flight lading and take off was visible through the window. it was a great experience and first experience after coming dubai.

It is a nice place but need some recreational activities and also the staff is not always friendly

Requested extra bed was not ready on arrival. Coming over at 4am it would have been important to get the kid asleep as soon as possible. After informing the receptionist it still took half an hour to get the linens into our room and the bed ready.
