Another business park from Pipera, you can eat there.

A business park with many companies, some restaurants, it's ok.

Some improvements are in order,but all in all not a bad place to work

There are many company headquarters, including the company headquarters where I work. ROMANIAN SECURITY SYSTEM. A COOKED RENTAL

It's very far away from Pipera metro station, there is no front desk in ground floor, only at every floor for every company. The waiting time for the elevator is very long, you can easily take the stairs - you will arrive faster.

The building is old and not having too many facilities. no shops nearby,just a cafeteria.
The toilets smells really ugly on every floor.

Renovated building with modern facilities but parking is not properly maintained. The presence of the canteen is welcome but inadequate ventilation decreases the desirability of the area.

Here it is based in the largest security firm in Romania.

It's a good Complex corporate... Also they cook a nice food in catering there

Typical office building for the Pipera area, little is the level of the new ones built in the area with underground and surface parking (poorly asphalted). There is canteen, cleaning services and ATM.

+ parking, proximity to the subway, canteen with various dishes
-stones in the parking lot
- on rain or snow the pedestrian access is very difficult

It is exemplary cleanliness and has a special parking lot. Motorcycles, I was with some acts at ENEL!

You break the car until you reach the back. When to repair asphalt?

The building looks good both on the outside and inside.

The buildings are located quite close to the subway. ING ATM at the ground floor of building C1.

You have no indication to know the number of buildings you are looking for

Old building (the one in the photo is just the newest one), broken elevators, broken windows, unwalkable pavement, unclean AC, what's not to dislike?

Too exposed during winter and the pavement turns into a treacherous slope

Conect Business Park, Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard is a fast restaurant for Pipera employees. They have a fairly large menu and the food can be said to be tasty for this type of 'cantina' office.
They have very good prices, I highly recommend this location.

Not very far from the subway, clean, friendly staff
