Very close to airport with free shuttle services, rooms are well maintained. Service was more than satisfactory.

Excellent value for money. Check in and check out were very quick. Standard rooms have just enough space for two adults and two children. Neat and tidy overall. We used it for an overnight stay in Dubai. Lots of parking available in the basement. Breakfast is included and quite nice. A little extra attention to bed linens would be great, and earn the fifth star.

I arrived in the room at3pm and called down to reception to say there was a hole in the curtain. The response was yes, sorry about that

Airport shuttle....seems not to terminal 2 without24 hours notice!

I went to the restaurant - because the location is TERRIBLE, but they didn t have what I ordered, so I ordered a Caesar salad. They didn t have anchovies.... sigh

I moved next door to thr premier inn - cheaper, higher standards and better outlets.

Good Hotel. Near to Airport, Metro station is also nearby which make convenient to move towards Dubai City.
Ambience of Hotel is good. Buffet Breakfast having Continental menu. For Indian vagetarian it is comfortable too.
Really we enjoyed our stay. The dinning Hall is good. Room are also comfortable. Each room has locker facility. Staffs are also cooprative.

Was an ok experience. Wifi didn't work in my room and the bed was pretty stiff

Very close to the airport and they have shuttle bus, every hour. You can also call in between if you are running late.
the down side for me is you have to pay to use the business center, no body lotion in the rooms and very old towels.

Is okay. Goods forced to rest here 24 hours, since the connecting flight was already gone. As far as okay, a point deduction, as the room has smelled brutal cigarettes.

Super close to the airport, offers shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, close to the metro and super friendly staff. Downside is its quite far from the rest of town

There is no restaurant, supermarket or shop in his area, and is a 10-minute walk from the metro station "

I had some issue at my home so I decided to spend the night here with the family.
The place locating is very close to DXB.
Isn t any shop near by walking distance. So you must have a car.
The rooms are medium in size, clean and quite.
Breakfast is included with very good options
Hotel rate is really cool
Free parking and WiFi

The hotel is good and close to the airport, their prices are good and they offer free airport shuttle services.

Good airport hotel for a stop over, clean atmosphere

This establishment was a very well maintained in 2012. In 2019, its like a 1-star motel. Disappointment. The bed, the room lights, the curtains, the bathroom ... everything in shambles.

Very convenient. Clean and spacious rooms with complimentary water everyday. Great breakfast spread.

Near to airport but difficult to reach and the breakfast was horrible ..

Cooridoors stank of smoke. Rooms were standard Premier Inn. Nice breakfast. Bathroom slightly tired.

The hotel is far from the 2nd lounge of the Flay Dubai, unlike the 1 and 3 lounge. I expect them and there are no services around the hotel. The cleaning staff was in the doorways at 10am.

Let me just say its the most convenient if your looking for a great night rest from a long haul flight, food for breakfast is outstanding for a two star hotel, service is great rooms are neat and tidy, have stayed here 3-4 times and will again, also shuttle bus every 30min is very convenient

I like this place because of its close proximity to the airport. They have 24 hour shuttles. The rooms are nice enough, and the breakfast is also very suitable. The rates are fair.

Kind reception staff and convenient proximity to the airport. However, when I was checked in and I entered my room, there was somebody s urine in the toilet bowl and sprayed around it on the floor. Disgusting. Never had that happened to me before in any hotel. The next morning when I was rushing to leave for my flight, I learnt the shower was not working, and any setting resulted in very hot water, so I had to skip taking a shower altogether. I ve been to many Holiday Inns across the world and know what to expect, but this one was subpar.

The hotel would need some renovation. Also, the rooms are very dark.
However, the staff are very friendly and helpful

We stayed there one night and I forgot my Purfum in the bathroom. Called them back to tell them an hour later. The woman said she will check and call me back. Never got the call. We stayed there again a week later. Asked twice about my Purfum. Just got pushed aside. Left without my Purfum and no attempt from the staff to find my Purfum. Not good! Thought there was no stealing in Dubai!!

Nice room and facilities . Arrogant staff at restaurant is the reason for not giving 5 star. Everything else was nice

Perfect if you need a place to stay between flights in Dubai.

You will see the hotel when you leave the airport. Be sure not to walk on foot. We have already done that for you. It really isn't obvious.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service. This has been waiting for half an hour. It was also unclear where the shuttles from the hotels came to pick you up. Suddenly the arrows stop and it is "find it out". When you have a short night ahead, it can be interesting to just take a taxi. Normally you pay no more than 15 Dirham (almost 4 )

The price / quality ratio was very good. We paid 69 for one night.

At check out we had forgotten our coats in the closet of the room. We only realized this in the course of the afternoon. However, the service to get them back was not good. Finally (!) We received a confirmation by e-mail that we could pick up the coats a week later on departure from Dubai at the reception at 6 a.m. Once arrived at the reception they told us that the "lost and found" only opened at 9 am. Since our plane had already left, this was not an option for us. Eventually being able to leave with coats after half an hour.

The beds are quite hard.

the housekeeping personnel were very cooperative ,active , well groomed , and most i loved is the way they interact with the guest with each and every time with a smile in their face

I think it is enough to be used as a transit. Breakfast is good because there is no store other than the kiosk in the lobby. There is no guidance for transportation, but with T3 we exit the left exit and is the second island. Because I think that the microbus of the hotel in some places is stopped, I understand.
Just wait 30 minutes in hot weather. It is the other side of the road, but it runs for about 10 minutes.

Very convenient for quick trips and rest before traveling. Clean. But the reception may be delayed due to the large number of people (Macha Allah).

The thing I enjoyed the most was the breakfast as there was a wide variety.So much better than the Holiday Inns in the US.The hotel also offers free shuttle to and from DXB.Avoid the Taxi guy ( expensive) outside the hotel, and instead go for metered ones which swing by very often to explore the city.Dubai metro is also an option.

Very close to terminal 3 of the airport, about 10 minutes on the shuttle bus. The service they offer is regular to bad, but the proximity to the airport and the very good price of the rooms make up for it.

My stay here was a nightmare. Management was helpless. English communication was an issue. My health was affected. I got ripped off big time. Too bad it has the Holiday Inn emblem. My complaint fell on deaf ears.

Excellent value for many option! Kind stuff! Near to Airport and Metro! You can go everywhere in Dubai in a few minutes!

17 year old travelling alone to Dubai . Didn t let me check in because I was under 18 . Stated that nowhere in booking. Leaving me homeless in Dubai . staff didn t give a damn .

Decent enough for a layover. But Cost per night is exorbitant....

The room was large and clean. The shuttle to the airport was also free, every 30 minutes. Terminal 3 is about 10 minutes by shuttle bus. Rather than using the showers at the airport, it would have been nice to have a rest and a short time if there were multiple people.

Arrived at 2:15 am without luggage. I asked whether I can have a toothbrush. It was said it will be in the room. This was not the case.

Since then I have already called 3 times the reception and was promised every time that housekeeping will bring me one. Since 30 minutes nobody is coming.

This is unacceptable

Rooms are okay, but I can smell cigarettes despite this not being a smoke friendly room.

Also shuttle bus is running every 30 minutes

next year I am going to Dubai International Airport.....we are join this time.....and feeling better time.

The staff at the bar = not good 3 thumbs . The bar closes at 2am, not 1am or 115am. Its rude to turn TVs off and usher patrons to hurry so bar staff can clean up.

Rooms are very large and comfortable. Clean. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Price was very reasonable for all the services that were provided. Could not ask for nicer place to stay

Based on the information provided the hotel runs free shuttle every 30 min 24/7 from Terminal 1 and 3 and vice versa. So i would find this hotel cheaper as the taxi is very expensive here. So this hotel is recommended to travellers stuck in Dubai due to any unforseen event. However you maybe required to wait if rooms are not empty. Complimentary breakfast is provided and the rooms are clean. However on the negative side the toilets have there own issues, the dustbins are rotted. While the bed material is torn from different places. Overall a 4 star place to stay at.

I arrived to Dubai on 06/27/2017 at 04:00 am and walked to IHG which operates Holiday Inn Express, I asked for a Room and the Representative told me that there is no way I can get a Room before 03:00 pm which is the Check In time in their Hotel in Dubai, I was shocked as what kind of Law is that? and than the Representative told me if I pay $300.00 extra plus the $65.00 than I will be able to get a room, I was truly shocked at that, when asked why?? the guy just said this is the policy and law but if I take care of him he will get me a room for $350.00. I walked to them again after 3 hours and saw a Lady there who called her Manager and this time the Manager told me the same thing except for him not asking for Tip this time. People! just stay away from these THUGS in Dubai,.

Very friendly staff, old rooms and facilities, humble breakfast, and very cheap price, near to the airport.
But personally will consider it again.
