Although the hotel and stay were good, friendly and efficient as you would expect from a leading hotel brand, it was slightly tarnished by the concierge advising me to board an unmarked taxi who wanted to charge me 80 dirham for a trip . When I vociferously declined the price magically halved. The official metered taxi was 27AED, remarkable.
I stayed at this airport for a night. Everything was good, just the front desk agent who helped me seem to be little distracted and wasn t paying attention to my questions.
Another thing, there are some tours available right outside this hotel. You can catch a taxi or there s an agent available outside who will try to hook you up with a driver but you pay him more. So my advice is you take a cab and then just go around the city. It wasn t that much for me while I went around for more than an hour and my can driver was great who let me step out and take photos.

The breakfast buffet is good and varied .. but needs to add more varieties as well as the lunch buffet is varied and the taste of dishes is delicious but needs to add more dishes to provide more options for some vegetarian or food items limited .. Rooms in excellent condition Nrihh miss rooms only a narrow space .. lived in another branch of the year Apmldah this year, the airport branch nor Manneh I have re-stay in it again

A clean and comfortable hotel situated directly across the highway from Dubai International Airport.
Despite it's close proximity to areas of heavy traffic- flows, the room I had was quiet and restful.

The worst hotel I booked the staff enter the rooms without permission and The staff entered the room and ask me if I will leave the room note that I have not completed two hours since my check in the hotel also There is no door lock There is no safety for the rooms

Felt like a hostel rather than a hotel. No staff memeber ever bothered or offered to help even with the bags clearly watching us struggle with two babies plus bags and buggies. Would never bother going there again

You can spend the night near the metro station, the shuttle to and from the airport. You can eat well at the bottom of the hotel, a buffet for children for free.

The hotel offers complimentary pick up service from all three terminals at Dubai airport. Servuce and rooms are great. Good value for the money.
A special hotel near Dubai terminal 3 is very convenient compared to the service
Hotel room was dingy. Not the quality I expected. I recommend you stay either inside the terminal or simply in the city proper. Somewhere near the Mall would be a great option. Also they probably have a deal with taxi out front. One tried to charge me an extra $40 surcharge for nothing. Hire RTI taxis or nothing.

Very busy hotel for weekend, airport travellers , the staff very helpful , the breakfast Buffett was good matching verious tastes . Be careful when trying to reach there using GPS since airport roads are not clearly defined ny the app , you may end up in endless loops. Better come from the back side of the hotel.

We stayed for one night when dropping my mom to the airport. The price was cheap and maybe thats why the room looked really dull, bed not very comfortable, very small room, but for this price I think its ok. Breakfast was ok. I didn't like the attitude of the reception staff, but again as I said - for this category and price its ok. Convenient location - just next to metro station, although we had difficulty finding a way to hotel at first, had to use navigation. Shuttle to the airport goes every 1 hr and takes around 15 min to reach T1

It was a quick 5 hour stay. The hotel itself is Okay but the airport shuttle can do some improvement unless one prefer to take the airport cab. The shuttle pickup from T3 is not easy to find unless you ask airport staff. Interval between shuttles is 30 mins so if you miss the closest one it takes quite q wait for the next.
The hotel shuttle to the airport this morning arrived more than 10 minutes later than adviced by the hotel checkout staff.

Excellent hotel for those who must spend a night in Dubai, excellent breakfast, free service to and from the airport, close to the metro to make a jump to Dubai Mall or Dubai beach, free bottles of water in the room all at a very low price ( 25 per person including breakfast in May 2019).
Value for money for a transit /stopover night before you flying out of Dubai. The attentive and proactive front desk staff make me feel pleasant and happy to stay here she is an African who assist us to take a free shuttle to the Deira downtown and give us proper information .

I stayed several times through my company that had arranged reservations there. It is close to the airport and their breakfast buffet is very large. Customer service is also on point as well.
It was very good place kind reception they first said you have to pay some money for early check-in but they allowed us anyway the thing is you have to wait don't pay immediately to go to room, room were clean and service is clean there is a gym I went two times it was good one or two items not there but not needed breakfast is buffet there are many kinds of food but not indian there may be one or two but mostly foreign overall nice place

Very bad service, each time I ask them thing they keep apologize and justify we are express hotel, go and take your things yourself. I think it was better to stay at apartment if I will not get the regular hotel service I m looking for!!!!

Rooms are worn, dirty and smell of cigaret smoke. Breakfast is ok and proximity to the airport is fine.
Stayed here for a night due to a long stop over. Was seriously impressed. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Quick friendly check in. Breakfast amazing, lots of variety and choice (better than some so called 5-star hotels!). You can take a taxi from the airport which will cost around 20dirhams. Or There's a free bus that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. Any future stop overs in Dubai, I'll be staying here!!
Most of the staff is friendly. Restaurant down stairs is awful. Slowest elevators I've ever seen . The nicer taxi that's always outside is terribly expensive.
A good hotel for those who have to spend a night in Dubai near the airport. Kind and courteous, but to have an extra star, breakfast should be reviewed. However recommended
