Holiday Inn Express, UAE Review

The food here is excellent. I had the breakfast buffet, the lunch buffet, and a few catered meals for some events I was attending, and all of the food was excellent. The food was so good that my friends were sneaking it away in their pockets to eat later. Whoever the master chef at this place is...this person is my hero. Great, excellent food. I would come back just for the food. The hotel is good too. The rooms are basic and good, and they're exactly what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport, though. There's a free shuttle that runs infrequently. There are usually a few taxis milling around the hotel trying to charge high prices. But I found that the fastest way was to walk a kilo to the Emerites skytrain, and then take the skytrain to the airport. With that method, it only takes about 25 minutes.

A nice and clean hotel near to Dubai airport having GYM and bar facilities. You can get a free breakfast. Free WiFi service is also available with a reasonable internet speed. However, baggage weight machine and show polish/clean machines are paid. If you want to avail those services, do not forget to keep local coins in your pocket.
NB: View of this hotel is not so good. It is in a crowded area near to Dubai airport.

Room was clean. Even if the hotel is close to the airport you need a taxi to go there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. A little bit noisy, because guest arrive and leave the whole night.

I stayed for two nights. The room temperature can be controlled, and the bath fully equipped with the cleaning staff. I had my lunch in restaurant, and it was a open buffet the price is really acceptable. The hotel is 20 minutes walking from the airport, or you can take the specified shuttle bus which is free.

Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport is a big hotel very close to Dubai International Airport. Unfortunately it was not easy to find the shuttle to the hotel, I would suggest you to use the metro, one stop to Emirates Station, the hotel is 10 minutes by walk from there and the ticket price is cheap. It is quite far from Dubai Center and Dubai Marina, 30-40 minutes by metro. The hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast isn't of the highest quality, coffee is not good, but there is a wide variety of food.

Disappointed. Rooms are small. Smelly corridors. Linen smelt stale. Carpets looked dirty. Took a long time for someone to fix the hot water in shower. Windows were dirty - couldn't see out from them. Breakfast was decent.

Easy place to stay at the airport while traveling. Rooms are run down, building needed updating but it was a place to sleep. Included breakfast was decent.

Not far from the airport but you can get either by taxi or from the airport by a free bus that runs every 30 minutes.

Only stayed there because of my 21 hour stopover. The rooms were clean and personal friendly.

Short stay for one night, very close to the airport, but there is no road to pass, you must transfer to the free shuttle bus at the airport. There is a bus stop at the airport, but there is no bus after going out. You can only rely on the crowd to estimate the bus. Parking location, because there is no indication, the waiting guests are not lined up, if a little more people will become confused. The hotel is cheap and reasonably priced, and it takes about ten minutes to get to the nearest railway.

We checked in earlier than the official time and they still accommodated us as well as provided us with breakfast passes for that morning while we waited for them to prepare a room. Rooms are nice and well appointed.

Food was very expensive for what they offer (dinner was particularly disappointing but they gave us really tasty chocolate mousse when the Apple pie had run out and even offered to send an extra one to our room when we passed on our compliments. Staff were friendly. Shower was almost cold!

Easy to reach from airport with hotel shuttle bus, around 15 minute driving. Good services.

I was extremely disappointed in my stay. The TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work. There was mold in the shower. The non-smoking room smelled really strong of smoke. Old carpet and very uncomfortable bed. On my return I stayed next door at the Premier Inn for the same cost. It was a great hotel! 10X better. Everything was new and loved my stay. My company does an annual trip to Dubai. We have switched from this hotel to Premier Inn next door.

Beautiful proximity to the airport but the bus does not bring passengers from Terminal 3 only 1

Convenient location and despite the proximity to the airport and highway it has quite rooms.

I use to be traveling to Kuwait early morning, so I booked in holiday inn express , close, clean, friendly staff.

Ambience is good and arrangement is good.Good atmosphere. Most convenient to metro.

Normal Holiday Inn standards, free and regular buses so excellent as a transit stopover. Good breakfast, decent bar but very limited beer choice, and very quiet considering it is close to the airport (but not close enough to walk as no bridge over the highway). Free WiFi never works in the bar which is really annoying, buy an extra router you idiots.

Hotel ideal for those flights not particularly convenient times, as the hotel is opposite the airport and is equipped with convenient and frequent free shuttle to trafficking. Hotel quite minimal, compared to what is the average offer of the city. Unfortunately there are no restaurants or bars nearby

Holiday inn Express airport is a very good better than 4 star. This Express airport we can't compare to any other hotel. Management behaviour is very good. All are freinds with us. I have no words to say about its very very good hotel

We were to have breakfast,but were leaving at1am. The person at ck in said they had a grab bag we could pick up. I called in the morning and they said they no longer did that.

It is a decent stay near Dubai airport for overnight for next day fly with resonable price. Hotel provides free pick up from Terminals, but the stop is hard to find as there is no sign for hotel shuttle point. Please see map with pin, that Is the pick up point at Terminal 3. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. It is the best choice for the next day to fly overnight. The hotel provides airport transfers every 30 minutes. The airport pick-up point is a bit hard to find. See the pin location in the picture.

Nice place to stay for a night or two and especially if you are planning to catch a flight early morning.

I stayed here for 14 nights and it was a very great experience. They also provide a complimentary breakfast buffet which consists of various variety of food items. Great service and hospitality but it does not have a swimming pool but it does have a fitness gym.
